The gym was great.
Some of the in-room amenities needed improving - the iron was leaking, the chargers on the base of the lamps were not working. The shower was challenging to get in and out of.

Location was great with spacious rooms - the small touches like warm apple cider in the entrance way were lovely. The staff were all exceptional. Very family friendly for our young baby.

This hotel is ideally situated and the staff are exceptionally well trained. It was a gorgeous room with fantastic service in the Club Lounge and among every staff member I met. I would return in a second!
The elevators were very slow- with sometimes crowds of residents waiting for one to arrive- I suspect one of the bank of elevators was out of order which is why I had every time to wait minutes for one to arrive.

Wonderful staff, good size room for New York, and I would stay here again. Great Executive Lounge, and love that Iwas offered the option to upgrade without asking.
Wish the hotel had more to offer in it's facilities like a pool when it's warmer, was big enough to walk around the property, gift shop, but I know space is limited in New York. I would stay here again nonetheless. Gave 4 stars for location as I don't know NY enough to know if it was a great location.

A well run hotel…and I loved the hot coffee and apple cider provided in reception every afternoon!
I stayed for six nights and i would have expected to have a level of recognition amongst staff but I didn’t get a sense that the staff were aware I was a guest!

Razor kit and dental kit not available in the room as well as a body cream. In the lobby at every open of the entrance door the cold wind is invasive
