My Review of The Langham Hotel:
This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The level of service was shockingly poor — most staff performed their duties with clear disinterest and absolutely no willingness to assist guests. To make matters worse, there is no room service available after 11 PM, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber.
The concierge team was outright incompetent and directly caused me a financial loss of nearly $600 due to their ignorance and complete lack of professionalism. When the manager finally stepped in, she promised to either rectify the issue or arrange a refund. Sadly, these promises turned out to be nothing but empty words, and she failed to take any corrective action.
The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the exceptional conduct of Mr. Imad and Mr. Justin at the reception, who displayed genuine professionalism and courtesy — they alone deserve acknowledgment.
As for the concierge team, they were a complete disaster. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere. Their appalling service and utter incompetence ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay. This establishment has shown a total disregard for guest satisfaction and accountability.

“The staff were always friendly and helpful, and we were very satisfied with their services. The hotel is not only in a great location but also very clean. I definitely recommend this hotel.”
We would like to express our sincere thanks, especially to Mr. Ender from the 4th floor club staff, and to the kitchen chef who prepared special omelets every morning for our son Atlas, for their attention and excellent service.

The hotel felt so welcoming instantly and was a great space after a busy hectic New York day.
The suite we got for the family was incredible and so spacious- our kids said it was the best place they had stayed!
Staff wonderful and everything clean and tidy.
I loved the turn down in the evenings which was very welcomed.
Location wise you’re central so easy enough to get anywhere.
