This hotel is ideally situated and the staff are exceptionally well trained. It was a gorgeous room with fantastic service in the Club Lounge and among every staff member I met. I would return in a second!
The elevators were very slow- with sometimes crowds of residents waiting for one to arrive- I suspect one of the bank of elevators was out of order which is why I had every time to wait minutes for one to arrive.

Wonderful staff, good size room for New York, and I would stay here again. Great Executive Lounge, and love that Iwas offered the option to upgrade without asking.
Wish the hotel had more to offer in it's facilities like a pool when it's warmer, was big enough to walk around the property, gift shop, but I know space is limited in New York. I would stay here again nonetheless. Gave 4 stars for location as I don't know NY enough to know if it was a great location.

Couldn’t say enough about the location and hotel it self…..
A well run hotel…and I loved the hot coffee and apple cider provided in reception every afternoon!
I stayed for six nights and i would have expected to have a level of recognition amongst staff but I didn’t get a sense that the staff were aware I was a guest!

Razor kit and dental kit not available in the room as well as a body cream. In the lobby at every open of the entrance door the cold wind is invasive
