Needs badly updating. Carpets warn out, Infact everything was tackyCould not adjust temperature for shower and just dripping. For the price paid, no complementary water, no shower cap. Sad these little things make a difference. A rip off, really should get a part refund.

Location great, bed very comfy, hotel staff v helpful when needed, shuttle taxi from airport much appreciated
One of the lifts didn't work for much of the time, which meant it took ages getting to or from the floor; toiletries not changed regularly enough

Location is very comfortable - you can easily get anywhere. Staff is very kind and helpful, rooms were clean.
Can be quite noisy at night, especially if the windows are on the street side

The location is perfect and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff from the front desk, to the concierge, to housekeeping were all friendly, efficient, and top-notch in customer service. Rooftop bar was enjoyable - good happy hour!
One elevator was working for 14 stories. Often a long wait in the evening when the public came to the rooftop bar.

Amazing location: exactly in the center of Manhattan so easy to reach any area of the city even by foot; many nice restaurants around the hotel.
Our room was small, but with a vey comfortable bed and equipped with all the necessary. Room service was good and the room was clean.
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned and the facility was not well maintained as one would expect: the building looks very historical, but the maintenance was not adequate to the standards.
Despite being one of the cheapest hotel in the city center, the price is quite high.
