Two main issues were evident: (1) The staff could improve their customer service skills across all areas, as they tended not to listen attentively to clients. Service in the restaurant was slow, with employees often engaging in conversation among themselves. (2) The room with two beds was small, and the bed was not spacious enough for both my wife and me to sleep comfortably.

Great staff, very friendly, polite and professional, on all levels. High standards, good gym, very good beds and bedding, very clean hotel including bathroom. I'd recommend it anytime even to my most esteemed friends.
The rooms are on the small side, dark and deco a bit old BUT, most of the time is spent outside of the room when in NYC so.... Not a complaint really....

Great hotell, old school with very kind personal and professional.
Excellent breakfast buffe.
Nice room for 4.
Just a few minutes from metro and Rockefeller Center.
It appeared that the breakfast was only for two (in a rum of 4) so we had to pay separately for our children.
The want a guarantee of 200 dollar per day, that was quite a generous amount.
