Location
I have paid and requested in person for an upgrade and left a nice tip also at check in but i was told he can’t upgrade because he doesn’t know how to.
I find that upsetting and disappointing as i was looking forward to stat there agajn

The only thing that was disappointing was that I had to check out and later in the day wanted to change my clothes, freshen up, and get ready for an event. There was no good space for this.

Location and lobby were great
Hotel was very dismissive of us we waited for a bellman for 45
Mins and they never came. We walked to them and then lost our luggage after we left it with them after check out. Once it was located they told us the only way to
