Great central location, able to walk to all major sites. It had all the amenities one could need or want and a nice gym and restaurant on site. We loved that we got a free upgrade from our booked townhouse suite to one that included a huge balcony.
Soft mattress on bed, but likely just my personal preference for a firmer one.

Location, gym and view from 20th floor. Reasonable price for location. Staff friendly and helpful. Cold water in fridge. Quirky and cool hotel, nice vibe. Will definitely recommend.
We booked very late due to a cancelled flight so we're given a disable room, which was fine given the circumstances but not sure if it was just because of the floor, there were lots of building noises, doors slamming etc. It wasn't terrible but otherwise it would have been a perfect score. I will stay again.

Very nice vibe, good restaurant for breakfast (they make an excellent Americano) room facing the back was quiet while still light and open. Staff was phenomenal, location great

Housekeeping was very good. Very clean
Hallways were very hot and smelled like rubber. No valet, doors slammed loudly- would shake the room every time neighbors shut doors. Neighborhood wasn’t the best but needed close to Penn station. Overall not a great value.

Great location with a well furnished and sizeable room. Staff were kind and attentive, we appreciated that they stored our bags before our room was available and after checkout. Deposit was returned promptly.
We could hear more noise from the hallway than we expected, this did not impair our sleep but is probably due to the gap between the door and floor and could be easily remedied with a draft excluder.
