Proximity to Penn station. Madison Square Gardens is right next to Penn station so a 7 minute walk from there. Room was nicely furnished and shower good size. A very comfortable bed!

The room was being cleaned every day which was very positive, also the room temperature was good and felt warm during cold weather. The location was also good, we could walk mostly to the hotel when we go out in the city. We liked that a lot. Overall, I would suggest.
The price was a bit expensive in my opinion. It could have been maybe okay if breakfast was included but other than that we didn't have any issues during our stay in this hotel.

Location. Easy to walk to several landmarks as you are basically in Mid City. The Wilson restaurant is convenient and breakfast was tasty. Check in and check out process was efficient.
Too much noise. All doors literally are slammed every time someone leaves or enters the room. So there was noise pretty much all night as it was a busy weekend. The check out time is at noon but for some reason the key was deactivated prior to the check out time. Had to go to reception to show my ID and get a new key. Not ok. Room was small. Reservation said that it was a 20 mt2 but not sure how this was measured as the room definitely didn’t have this size.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Good location. Friendly reception staff.
Cleanliness could be improved. One of the fresh hand towels in the bathroom drawer had a crusty zit sticker of who I can only assume was the former occupant - yuck!! Also, super busy hotel so some wait for the lifts and nowhere to sit and quietly chill in lobby.

Central Manhattan. Late checkout, friendly staff. Our room was upgraded free of charge. Stored our luggage. Beautiful bar and restaurant. Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed as we were looking forward to having a drink there. Incredible city views from our 19th floor suite.

The cleanliness and WATER! Free water! That was so wonderful to have! The staff was unbelievably great too!
It was a little tucked inside making it hard to find cabs.
