location is central and very practical but there must be a management issue in this hotel, staff is well intentioned and nice but obviously untrained and uncoordinated. Management need to stop underpaying and undertraining staff it's shame and reduces value to customers

Great location and the hotel has a good vibe with friendly staff on the whole. This is the second time I have visited and the first time was a much better experience than this time.
Customer service in the restaurants was lacking. Waited 30 minutes for a yogurt and croissant and the waiter was as very rude. We were also forgotten about when we went for dinner one night and sat waiting for over 15 minutes before we could even place a drink order.
It’s a very noisy hotel due to its central location so expect to be woken on several occasions through the night from noise outside.

Great location. Clean. Not too loud.
Check in was a nightmare. We waited over 30 mins past Check in time bc our room hadn’t been “quality checked”. They did offer a complimentary breakfast to make up for the inconvenience. But at a destination like New York. Our first trip, with kids, every moment is accounted for, and losing time to explore to wait for a quality check was…::a big low point of our stay. That should not be a reason to hold people in your lobby. If check in time is 3pm all the rooms should be ready by then. VIP or not

The location and interior design make this one of the best choices for a midtown New York Hotel. The desk staff were extremely helpful. When I asked for a room on a higher floor, Julio managed this, and having given me the wrong key when I got to the room I suddenly saw him bringing me the right key. Exceptional service.
More sockets in the room. More staff to clean the rooms. Can be slow given the small number of cleaners

The staff were helpful, the location was ok and the rooms were clean.
The loud DJ set when we were checking in late afternoon, you couldn’t hear the reception staff. Rooms were quite basic and small.

The location is excellent, the rooms were quiet and well-stocked. We appreciates the free water, nespresso coffee, and sparkling beverages.
With three of us staying in the room, stocking more coffee and cream in the room each day would have been great.
