Everything was amazing staff, location,and food and drinks if you're in the area this is definitely a great spot I would definitely recommend and return to this location if I visit New York again

Not much. Comfy bed, clean that’s it..
First I book a room with a view & put in a request for a bath tub.. I got a view of dumpsters & no bath tub. The room was cold no matter what I did. The light switches don’t turn all the way off. The room is very expensive for the size & quality, amenities. They charged me extra on my card for incidentals when eveything should have been paid online. I also asked for a wake up call.. never got that.. instead I get someone trying to get into my room.. I go “uhm hello” they left , front desk called right after telling us it’s 2:30pm late check out is at 3. It’s like what the heck we didn’t want late check out. So as we hurry and pack up the hotel called once again. Mind you I already paid pretty much $300 and then at the hotel $100 more on card & because of this issue with the room.. we went to check out and they tell me it’s even more because the late checkout.. so of course that was another $100. & we never got the incidental money back.. this place is a lot smaller than pictures. And the staff we checked out with was rude.. they also don’t take cash.. & if they want to charge you more better make sure you have it. They won’t take the cash at all..

we had everyday housekeeping services and the amazon boxes that arrive they received them and handled it for free for us.room was very clean.
the people in the other rooms closed the doors very hard when they were going out or in to their rooms... my little girls got constantly scared when this happened.sometimes that also disturbed our sleep.

A fantastic stay overall. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the thoughtful touches—like complimentary drinks in the room—really elevated the experience. The location is amazing and couldn’t be more convenient, making it an excellent overall value. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms had a good size and was clean. Beds were confortable. Plenty of towels.
Expensive for the amenities provided on the room. Family room are just two rooms interconnected. No common space. Staff courteous but brief. Rooms functional but spartan. No slippers, no bathrobes. 3000$ for 4 nights. i guess this is NY!

Housekeeping was very good. Very clean
Hallways were very hot and smelled like rubber. No valet, doors slammed loudly- would shake the room every time neighbors shut doors. Neighborhood wasn’t the best but needed close to Penn station. Overall not a great value.

Location was good for me as it was close to place I went every day. They are dog friendly and they give you dog bed, bowls and toy for your dog and restaurant downstairs has dog menu which was very much appreciated. All the staff was super nice and helpful. Very good restaurant downstairs. We had dinner there twice and I tried breakfast one day and everything was delicious.
Room was very small, but that is normal for New York. I think they could do better job with cleaning before I came. Floor could be vacuumed better, I found hair in drawer and windows were dirty. That was disappointing.

The location was good, and the room was clean. A la carte breakfast starts at 7am also during weekend, and that was nice. Good selection of food for breakfast. It was fine to.order things with delivery to hotel, there was no extra charge for that.
I stayed in queen room and i find it to be small (okey for a short stay for 1 person). No slippers in the room (though they were in the description of the room on booking.com) and no bathrobe (as shown on the picture). Despite winter time and cold weather, only 1 thin blanket provided, and there were no extra blankets in the room. Room is quite basic.

Room wasn't ready--perhaps we were a bit early from the airport. Staff did an amazing job to be friendly and professional, setting us up with a fabulous room and offering free prosecco in the lobby. Fantastic team! The place smells great, is full of delights, super comfortable stay, other guests were interesting.

The proximity to the Penn Station and the spacious rooms
Some of the staff was not attentive to guests at checking. Had an experience with one staff member where they were chit chatting with two guest for over 20 mins and not even acknowledging that other guests were waiting.
