Great location. Friendly staff. Centrally located. Easy walk to High Line, Broadway and other attractions. Walking distance to some of the most fabulous restaurants Chelsea has to offer. Large windows which let in lots of light even in the winter.

Modern and clean decor. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. The drinks in the fridge were very nice and having an umbrella to use was also great since it rained during our stay. The hotel bar and restaurant was very good- great cocktails and excellent service.
Check in was quick but our room wasn’t ready and We waited over an hour. Check out was a bit slow. Would prefer ‘quick’ check out done either in the room or remotely.

The property was very nice. Spacious rooms and a great location, it is a huge shame that our experience was tainted so much when we had one of our belongings stolen from the hotel.
My partner had just bought an expensive designer hoodie before this trip and on our second day it was stolen from our hotel room. We spoke to management as soon as we realised it was missing who spoke to the cleaner. The cleaner confirmed that they had seen the hoodie but left it on the bed. Clearly, it was stolen as the hoodie was not in our room when we returned. We were really upset by the whole thing as we no longer felt comfortable in the hotel or having any cleaner into our room meaning we didn’t have our room cleaned or fridge filled for 5 days. We felt the management were very shady about the whole thing and avoided doing anything about it. We also had a very unpleasant conversation with one of the receptionists who was extremely rude and asked me what I expected her to do about it. She also said that their policy was not to steal which we found quite amusing. Who sets a policy to not break the law? The only thing that the hotel offered us was one free breakfast. After this incident happened, I looked through some of the reviews of the hotel and found that others had also experienced their belongings being stolen from their room. There is clearly an issue at this hotel, do not stay unless you want to risk your valuables being taken!!!!

The location was excellent. We liked that they offered free water and juice in the fridge.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The room was also not in very good repair, the bathroom door would not close, the toilet wouldn’t flush 2 out of 3 times you try, the toilet paper holder was broken, the room generally really needed some maintenance.

This is a really great hotel right in the center of NYC. The rooms for New York are quite spacious and have have all the amineities you would expect from a hotel. The staff were great at both check-in and checkout and the housekeeping was brilliant each day we were there.
One minor point was both the check-in and checkout was a backed up resulting in good bit of waiting. The staff themselves were doing their best, but it seemed like they could do with some additional help during peak hours by having all the desks manned.
