Property is in a great location. Although our room was at the rear of the property this meant it was quiet at night. Staff were lovely and helpful with storing our luggage etc.
We didn’t eat here but did have some drinks at the bar and it was really welcoming and warm despite the cold outside.
Absolutely nothing negative about this hotel.

Some of the staff was not attentive to guests at checking. Had an experience with one staff member where they were chit chatting with two guest for over 20 mins and not even acknowledging that other guests were waiting.

Staff were very friendly and informative. The location was great and convenient to get around. We had such a great time on this trip, and enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was comfortable and very clean. Will definitely be coming back.

The location is ideal. Could not be better if you plan to visit the various east and west midtown areas and hope to avoid Times Square unless you’re specifically headed there, in which case it’s super close and walkable. Our aim was Chelsea, Flatiron, NoMad, east and west Greenwich Village, the theater district, and Rockefeller Center. Easy walk to them all without the chaos of Times Square. The restaurant (The Wilson) is fantastic - it was great to have a good place to grab a drink and a snack (or an entire meal) before heading out. The energy is good all around. And we appreciated the option for two beds too!
The bathroom was a bit small for two of us females, as is typical for NYC, but we made it work.

The location of this hotel was great with easy access to Broadway and Times Square! The room was a good size for New York and the staff were lovely. The free drinks in the mini bar each day was a very nice touch.

There was issues with the fire alarm. On Friday afternoon there were some tests so couldn’t rest from jet lag, on Saturday night fire alarm rang 3 times, I took videos. First time at 3:30am then 4:46 and 6:25. That was lucky there was no fire but couldn’t sleep amd very stressful. I stayed 7 days the room was not done 2 times even when I specifically asked reception to make the room before I come back. No coffee machine working at the only restaurant for breakfast for almost the all journey. So was very disappointed
