The room was modern and well appointed.
The entrance was being renovated which made it very difficult to find the hotel and bring in our luggage. In addition, it was dangerous getting to the elevators. We also were double billed by mistake since we booked through Bookings.Com and was billed by them and then billed again by the hotel.

Location is great, you can walk anywhere. Close to restaurants and supermarkets (Whole Foods is around the corner) Room was clean, had a mini fridge and coffee maker with coffee for free. The gym is clean, medium size, and they also provide some fruits for you to enjoy :)
It is under construction so the vibe is not there. It looks a bit ugly. Customer service is not very friendly. Water was not provided in the room free of charge.

Nothing I liked. The photos they have is from HOW THE HOTEL WILL BE LATER, not like it is now.
i did booked my stay with Hyatt Square New york but when i came there it was not like on the photos, the lobby was on the other side, everything closed outside and a very silly door on the side and A LOT of construction work. Totally disaster. I told the woman in the lobby I could not stay there because I do feel scamed.
I asked for refund and the woman in the lobby was nice and told me that she understood my situation and I could just leave and get refund free of charge. I went to other hotel in the neighbourhood and enjoyed. BUT I never got my refund from the hotel and they dont answered my emails or anything when i tried to contact them.
Just please get aware and go to some other hotel f.ex. motto by hilton is very nice on simular price.

Location and room itself
Undergoing heavy reconstruction which was noisy - even at night ie 2.30-4 am! - which meant elevators often closed except for service lift- for ALL customers.No pre-warning given at all.

LOCATION
The hotel was under construction. Which i wish I knew.
Only one small elevator. There was no lobby. Rooms where very small. Our room had no refrigerator. Elevator wait time was more then 15min.
