Lovely breakfast, comfy beds, great views and perfect location.
It's noisy outside with booting etc but that was to be expected. We needed a kettle to make tea.

Excellent room, well appointed and comfy. Very good breakfast, only issue closing time at 9am is a bit too early, would have preferred 9:30 or 10
I made the reservation through Booking. I am a member of Hyatt Club, in fact have been for many years, and I was told that the nights would not be credited to my account since I didn't book at Hyatt.com. This doesn't seem right, I paid for these nights. Other hotel chains do credit my nights when I reserve with Booking.com

Good apartment! Small as all in NY. The structure is amazing, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure comfort and convenience. Great location, amazing gym (best part and and amazing view of the city)

The room was big (for NYC) and clean. We had a corner room with a great view of 6th Ave and the WTC. The rooftop terrace was also cool. The location was very good, near Madison Square with plenty of choices to eat and shop.
Breakfast was lacking in quantity and quality. The scrambled eggs served were consistently over-cooked. Plates, bowls and silverware seemed to be in constant short supply which led to some testy exchanges between the staff and guests.
The fire alarm was set off by workers in the building, which sent many guests down the stairs to the sidewalk. Various USB ports in the room did not work.
No bar/bar was closed.
