The location was incredible in the flower block, minutes away from Madison square garden, flatiron and walking distance to Chelsea/High Line.
Sasha was very helpful throughout during our 15 days stay, Sara was very kind too ♥️
One of the receptionists, the Chinese woman of the night was very closed to us needing a late check out with an 8 months old baby. Also breakfast could improve a bit.

The rooftop view was the best!
The location of the hotel is great. The room was big and cozy.
Breakfast was nice, not having as many options as in other countries. Be aware that the food is generally not that tasty in the US, so it is not a hotel issue.
The room doesn't have a big main light, which was a bit annoying.

Our room was on the 15th floor and was a corner room with a beautiful view. And the rooftop view is simply incredible! I already miss this place and will definitely be back! ❤️

The location, the view, the laundry inside the room & the breakfast!
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The person from our group who slept on it was unable to get a good night’s sleep at all. I would not recommend this room for three people, as the sofa bed is simply not suitable for sleeping comfortably.
Unfortunately, the staff were also not very friendly or helpful. When we tried to explain the problem we were experiencing, they showed very little willingness to listen or address our concerns.

The location was perfect for what we wanted to do/ see. Every member of staff was very helpful, polite , friendly, professional and went out of their way to give assistance- the reception staff/ breakfast staff were superb. The lead receptionist ( we didn’t catch her name) really set the tone and standard of the hotel and Olivia in the breakfast room with her team provide a very nice complimentary breakfast.
The Den room we stayed in was absolutely spotless- well done to the housekeeping team too.
Absolutely nothing to dislike.
A thought ….. maybe have a way of asking guests if they need towels/ linen changed every day, as we didn’t require this for a 3 day stay.
