The bed was very uncomfortable and they really need to invest in
Quality sheets and new pillows! The pillows were awful. So much so that ai probably won’t stay there again. And the rooms were very hot and stuffy

The room was spacious and the staff was very friendly. Ofcourse the location was unbeatable right next to Times Square.

The property is literally half a block off time square.
The reception staff were unhelpful & not very friendly. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights & it took us three attempts on different occasions to get both rooms. Finally got them both at 8 pm.
Not great when you’ve been travelling all day & are tired. I will say that the doorman was very friendly & helpful.
