The hotel was in the BEST location about 100m back from 7th Ave. We were right in the heart of things, but the sound proofing at the hotel was brilliant.

The customer service was exceptional! Youssef bellman was amazing. Front desk staff were very supportive in helping us get rooms near each other. Keeping our luggage while we attended Broadway show.
Parking in garage was a real challenge. Elevators were truly a challenge. Getting help getting luggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge.

A very nice welcome at check in made for a smooth and fast process. Our room was spacious and comfortable which was nice for relaxing after a busy day. The location was wonderful for exploring, but also nice to be tucked down a block from Times Square. Upon check out, a reasonably priced car service was offered to take us to the airport which was comfy and quick!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
I was double charged by your staff, who insisted it was Booking.com’s fault. The way the blame was shifted onto me and others is unacceptable.
This is not the first troubling experience I’ve had with Hyatt. At another Hyatt property, while using the swimming pool and spa, my credit card was stolen by staff. Now I have been double charged.
These repeated incidents make me feel scammed when dealing with Hyatt. I strongly suggest that Hyatt management investigate these issues and retrain your staff to ensure guests are treated fairly and respectfully.
