Location is great and the room/bed was very comfortable. The coffee shop/cafe in the lobby was awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.
The elevator was slow, but not a deal breaker.

The hotel was in the BEST location about 100m back from 7th Ave. We were right in the heart of things, but the sound proofing at the hotel was brilliant. The staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

The customer service was exceptional! Youssef bellman was amazing. Front desk staff were very supportive in helping us get rooms near each other. Keeping our luggage while we attended Broadway show.
Parking in garage was a real challenge. Elevators were truly a challenge. Getting help getting luggage upstairs was a bit of a challenge.
