Disappointing
Great location
Very disappointed. Did not receive the room I booked. Shower was lousy. Hotel charges for packages you order.

It's in the heart of Times Square and very walkable! It has a very nice rooftop bar.
There was no hot water! Now, this was more a city issue as they were woking on pipes and not the hotel. With that said, I didn't know about not having any hot water until I tried to take a shower. I went to the desk to inquire to be told that there was a notice at the check in desk stating this. I thought I would be able to take one in the morning, but still not hot water. So I wasn't able to shower for the 24 hours that I was there. This was not good or very enjoyable. When I share this as I checked out, the person apologized and said she would credit me some fee. I have yet to see that credit!

The room was specious and modern, the hospitality is impeccable throughout the entire staff, the location is superb, the shower was great, the elevators were efficient even though we've stayed on a high floor.
They are pricing delivery starting with 3 packages. I think they can be more receptive on this.

It was centered correctly nice place
The breakfast was not spectacular. On the bill the tip was already included and wanted to recharge us again. Don’t know if it was done in purpose or what.

The location/facilities are great.
Some of the staff were not very friendly, or arrogant? Our room had not been cleaned when we checked in, and we had to wait until 4 p.m. to get access. When we finally entered, we found bread left in the drawer and snacks in the refrigerator from the previous tenant.

Perfect location, just few steps from Times Square.
Comfortable beds.
Water and coffee available in the room.
Quite small rooms.
Basicly there is no loby in the hotel, only entrance and front desk with few chairs by side.
Front desk staff very different, e.g. lady on departure very unpleasant and unwilling to explain anything regarding the account.

We arrived early, and a hotel staff member guided us to the luggage storage area; however, my family had to carry and place all of our luggage there ourselves.
The staff member also offered to notify us by email when the room became available, so we provided our email address, but no email or notification was ever sent. Although the official check-in time was 4:00 PM, we had to return to the front desk ourselves around 3:00 PM to ask if the room was ready.
At check-in, we were only given the room keys and informed of which floor the room was on. No assistance with luggage was offered, and my family had to transport all of our luggage to the room on our own.
We booked a high-floor room and paid approximately $4,600 including taxes for a six-night stay. Considering the price, the level of service provided was very poor. This hotel lacks even the most basic services expected of a four-star property. If we return to New York in the future, we would choose a different hotel.

Wonderful
Much larger room than your usual New York size. Very clean and comfortable. Great location.
The only thing to dislike is the lack of soundproofing. The noise from the street is constant, even on higher floors.
