We love the Hyatt Centric Times Square and have stayed there multiple times over the years. It offers everything - convenient location, cleanliness, and a friendly and helpful staff. It really is the best place to stay if you are planning a visit that includes Broadway shows. We also enjoy the delightful little bistro T45 Market - the staff is extremely welcoming and made our day after a long day of travel. Thank you!

Wonderful
I didn't have a lot of time to really enjoy as my friend and I went to bed and woke early for our trip back home. The bed was very comfortable
I didn't like the fact that booking.com charged my PayPal card and the room was a gift from my boss and he sent me the receipt to verify this. I still am waiting for a refund and am very disturbed that it has not been rendered as of today, a month later.

It's in the heart of Times Square and very walkable! It has a very nice rooftop bar.
There was no hot water! Now, this was more a city issue as they were woking on pipes and not the hotel. With that said, I didn't know about not having any hot water until I tried to take a shower. I went to the desk to inquire to be told that there was a notice at the check in desk stating this. I thought I would be able to take one in the morning, but still not hot water. So I wasn't able to shower for the 24 hours that I was there. This was not good or very enjoyable. When I share this as I checked out, the person apologized and said she would credit me some fee. I have yet to see that credit!

The room was specious and modern, the hospitality is impeccable throughout the entire staff, the location is superb, the shower was great, the elevators were efficient even though we've stayed on a high floor.
They are pricing delivery starting with 3 packages. I think they can be more receptive on this.
