Well appointed, modern rooms, located in the heart of Times Square, attentive staff, valet parking (no In-N-Out privileges though)

Excellent location, good clean hotels and view.
We extended our stay for 2 more nights which makes it total 6 nights and requested to extend the checkout by just one hour and they said it will be USD 50 per hour. I mean what kind of behavior is this. We stayed for 6 nights and u cannot give us one extra hour. Whenever I have requested anywhere in the world they happily do it till 2pm. In South Korea they even did it till 6pm. That's the only thing we didn't like. And the lady at the reception was also kinda rude when we requested. Male staff members are really courteous and kind.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of New York, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they made our stay even better.
