Great location for Port Authority, Times Square, and Broadway. Attached Irish pub (Garvey's) good place for late night drinks .

Location was awesome. Patio was decent. Need shade or awning.
Couldn’t check in on time because room wasn’t ready 1 hour later. Refrigerator barely working. Had to request fan AC was hardly working. Ice bucket had no bag in it. Just raw ice

Close location to times square
Dirty Window aircondition unit with loud noise, the shower mixer could not regulate the watet temperature, I showered with boiling water, and the reception staff lack customer service approach.

Location. Provided ice. Clean rooms.
A/C did not go below 80 so we were miserable in our own room. When pulled out the sofa bed touched the opposite wall leaving zero walkway to bathroom. Had to climb over kids sleeping to get to restroom in the middle of the night. Ran out of toilet paper at 11pm and did not receive a new roll until the next morning after calling twice. Had to let the water run for at least 20 minutes(no joke) before it got warm. Witnessed another room call front desk about the same issue and reception was rude and acted put out about the issue.

The hotel location is great, I was able to walk to most places and easily grab the subway just outside. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s very basic but I was literally in the room to shower and sleep and this fit the bill perfectly.
The staff was nice and the stay did include 1 free drink/day at the attached bar.
The carpet is weird. I had seen other reviews and agree, it’s got a strange feel under foot. There’s little to no natural light so the room is dark even with the lights on.

The property was clean and close to everything. Staff was friendly.
The mattress had a huge dip right in the center. It didn’t matter what side of the bed you picked, you would fall in the hole. I had to lay strategically so that my back wouldn’t hurt the next day.

Staff was Great, especially Elizabeth, she was great and took care all of my needs when I arrived.
Not able to go in the bar downstairs because there was a private event, there should be exception for guest staying in the hotel.

The location can't be beat. It's next door to a large broadway theater and under a 10 minute walk from most of the others. You step out your door and you're basically in Times Square. It's also impressive how much they fit into a tiny, tiny room.
The room was TINY. No windows. 1 large bed that is barely off the ground. A tiny bathroom with a shower. The hotel shares its space with an Irish Pub and they have free music most nights so my floor was LITERALLY BUZZING with the sounds of the band as I was trying to sleep.
