The location was really super good. It’s near time square only 5mins away. Natalia helped me a lot at the front desk by warming my food and carrying my luggage to keeping area. She has a good heart. And Elizabeth has a good heart she let me to check in before because I was so exhausted. Thank you guys.
The entire clue has good services.
The lift reached at a point of not working in middle of night. We some were all waiting until they operated it. And room is quite small but for me was ok for two or one person.
All was good to me.

Room fits fine for two of us, we just have one luggage.
Our room location is also good though and quiet.
Sink drains slow and shower just take a while for it to warm/hot.

The place was clean and comfortable, and the best part was its amazing central location. Everything was within walking distance, which made it perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

location and 2 free drinks at the bar.
I did a late check in around 11 PM? there was nobody at the front and asked around at the bar connected to the hotel. we were told someone should be there. we waited 30 min before we got checked in. And my bf asked for towels downstairs, housekeeping just opened up the door and i had to sit down beside the bed because i was just wearing a bra. the housekeeper doesnt seem to understand english, i had to point at the towel that we needed that but not understanding english was not the problem, it was that she just opened up the door without knocking is not ok. location was the best part but service overall from check in and the incident with the housekeeper, it needs to improve.

Room was small, but perfect for our trip. Location of hotel was amazing.
Hot water was not very good for shower purposes. Bathroom was cold even with the heat on in the room.

Our 'go-to' hotel whenever we go to NYC. The location at 41st can't be beat. Subway entrance right across street. Pizza next door. Attached Irish bar with live music (+ hotel provides free drink coupons for ea night you stay)
Check in was to be at 4pm. We arrived at 515pm and room was not ready. Not too big of a deal--they held our luggage used the drink coupon and had a drink at the attached Irish bar
