Location , bed was comfortable and quiet.
The welcoming was not the best, the person in the front desk wasn’t the most friendly. I sent messages before my arrival never got any answer, check in time when booking says 3 pm the fri t desk told me I could only check in at 3pm last but not least carpet cleaning would be great! It felt humid and dirty.

Location, right smack in Times Square. Also linked to an Irish Bar at the lobby.
Staff not friendly, and ignored us when checking-in. Later, gestured us to wait by raising his index finger!

The room was very small. There is no microwave or mini fridge in the room. Housekeeping did not check with us if we wanted our room cleaned for our two days stay!

Location was great. Check in was quick.
Size of room was tiny. For what I paid it didn’t meet expectations. Bathroom I came close to smacking my forehead on the wall when I needed to use the throne. There was no table or chair. I ate a sandwich sitting on the floor. Only window was feet from another building so no natural light. No clock. TV didn’t even have Netflix.

The location was perfect for our visit. It has an unassuming and subtle aesthetic.
Our bathroom door had a big crack in it and made a loud noise due to the crack in the glass.

I liked the location, and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bed was also very comfy. I also felt safe.
The room was soooo small. I have never stayed in a room so small, and there was a window, but to a dirty brick wall. The entrance was a bit chaotic. I also felt like the check in time was quite late. I left and came back, and the right time and the room still wasn't ready.

Great location for Port Authority, Times Square, and Broadway. Attached Irish pub (Garvey's) good place for late night drinks .
