We’ve had a great experience in this hotel.
Even with little issue at the beginning of room being completely different than the one we have booked. We asked at the reception to change it to the one we’ve seen at the pictures while booking it. As it is quite costly we didn’t want to stay in the room we haven’t chosen. The lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful, she made sure we got the room we paid for and apologised for inconvenience. We visited during the heat wave but the AC was working perfecly. Room was clean and comfortable.

The location was excellent. The front desk gentleman, Alonzo was very friendly and super helpful. He was kind checked us in very quickly. The rooms were very clean as was the entry way. The bartenders were also nice. I appreciated the complementary daily drink and the 10% off breakfast and 15% off lunch.
The room was so much smaller than I anticipated. I couldnt even get in the room because the bathroom door was left open so when I opened to door to get in it hit the bathroom door and blocked me from being able to open it all the way. My door also stuck. It made a VERY LOUD screeching sound when you opened it every time because of how stuck it was. My husband walked right into the bathroom door at 4 am and has a big egg on his forehead because there is no room to walk. I have had closets bigger than these rooms. It made being in the room very uncomfortable.

I liked the hotel’s location. The room was also clean.
However, it would be nice if there were a chair and disposable slippers in the room, as well as the option to have breakfast delivered to the room.

The location is exceptional, right off Times square yet quiet. The room had everything one needs. There is a great pizzeria next door.
Would be nice to have a window that would have sunlight. Also, the room was only cleaned when requested, so it's not a given, but we only stayed for a couple of nights, so it wasn't too crucial. The mattress was about 30cm shorter than the bed frame, luckily we're not very tall so the mattress was sufficient.
The location, however, makes up for all of this and the price was good too, but it's not a hotel room where you'd want to spend time, so you crash there in the night and leave early in the morning to explore whet you came for - New York.

Room was a little small but perfect for the one night we needed. Watch out for the water, the hot water gets boiling hot.

Location was excellent.security was good and was with an Irish bar and restaurant
No hot water for shower. Used another room but still didn’t work. Man trying to fix it late at night had to order parts. Was told management would be in touch with reimbursement but not heard anything.

Check in great, staff really nice, and useful to be able to leave bags in the lobby when out and about before/after check in/out. Location is superb.
Rooms dark, shower was broken in our first room and clearly had a 'quick fix' earlier that didn't work out - pretty lazy in terms of maintenance.
