Disappointing
The location is great, walked out of the hotel and into time square. Pizza place right next door.
The room was very small for a queen the bathroom door was non existent on the first night. The room did not have working outlets on the side of the bed, the sink did not drain and the room was musty. Due to the check in employees not being available at night we were unable to change rooms the first night. We had to change rooms first thing in the morning. They then put us in there best room which did not have a full length mirror and no counter space in the bathroom.

Really great location. Central to all the trains & transportation & so easy to get to (even in a snow storm). Rooms are compact but provide everything you need & were comfy.
While we were checking in, 2-3 other guests were there to retrieve their bags that had been stored for the afternoon. All of their bags were missing. The 2 employees at the desk were very empathetic to the guests with missing bags, but did say this is a common occurrence & not even the first missing bags of that day. They felt bad that there was nothing they could do about it, but stayed bags have been regularly going missing. We had planned on storing our bags for a few hours after we checked out the next morning while we grabbed brunch, but obviously decided against it based on this conversation & skipped brunch entirely. We opted to carry our bags around the city in the snow, & head home early instead.

The sheets were very clean and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very accommodating.
The room smelled and was very musky. Definitely could use new carpet. We did not have hot water in the morning for showers.

Location
Very small room, loud noise from the bar downstairs, noisy AC, poor lighting, one power outlet did not work, and front desk staff were unfriendly and not interested in helping with any issues

Great location, clean room and bathroom.
The room is small but comfortable.
The bed has a good size but it's right against the wall, which makes it a bit hard to get in being 2 people.
There was a massive cold draft in the bedroom right by the bed. The window wasn't properly sealed and just had a piece of tape.
There was also a lot of noise from the neighbours.

Wonderful
This was such a fun and quirky hotel! The bed was super comfortable. We went in November and the room was warm and cozy and the shower was hot! We stayed in a basic room so it was pretty small but perfect for our quick weekend stay. We also enjoyed the Irish pub. The staff were so nice and let us leave our luggage on check out day so we could explore more. You can’t beat the location which is the real selling point. You are right at Times Square, many of the theatres, and big shops.
The room was tiny, but all we needed for a weekend trip. If staying longer than a weekend, I would want a bigger room.

Location!!!!! Friendly front desk staff. Complimentary bottle waters. Clean!
Only two outlets in room - one in bathroom and other by bedside. The one by bedside didn't work so we had to charge our phones in bathroom.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from the train station as well as everywhere we wanted to visit.
The bed was very uncomfortable.
