Loved the location to Times Square. The pub on the first floor was a great addition. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Room was great for what we paid.

The hotel had a band playing in its cafe/lounge until midnight or later--it was impossible to sleep because of the noise. And they were a pretty lousy band. Hotel management must be dumb as dirt: don't treat your customers with contempt. They should refund me my money.

The staff was very responsive to my complaint and upgraded my room, which was much better and roomy
The first room was very small with no chair or desk to work. I would have liked to have a coffee maker in the room...

The location was absolutely top‑notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The place itself is awesome, with tons of great food options nearby, which made the whole experience even better. They also offered complimentary drinks, and having a locker room available was super convenient. It’s really a prime, popping location — I even saw a star next door at the auditorium!
The rooms are a bit small, so it might be difficult for two people to stay comfortably if they plan to spend a lot of time inside. This is really more of a place to sleep and then head out to enjoy the city.

The location can not be beat! Right in the heart of Times Square and right next to the subway it’s a 30 second walk.
The room view was of a corner of a brick wall. The room itself the carpet in the room was lifting and frayed badly and I mean badly. The outlet by the bed did not work and the solution was a surge protector. When they held my luggage at check in it was right by the front desk and the front desk person was gone when I came back so anybody could have walked in and grabbed the bag.

The room was very nice. I stayed in the penthouse suite and couldn’t have asked for a comfier environment.
I would’ve liked a gym, however, everything else was amazing.
