The location was perfect time square was right next door. Also there is a bar connected to and the hotel gave us coupons for 1 complimentary drink per night which was a plus. The rooms are small and can comfortably fit 2 adults and a child I would say max. Keep in mind there is a 150 dollar deposit as well! It is refundable when you check out though! Great hotel for the price and location! Highly recommend

The place was clean and comfortable, and the best part was its amazing central location. Everything was within walking distance, which made it perfect for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Room fits fine for two of us, we just have one luggage.
Our room location is also good though and quiet.
Sink drains slow and shower just take a while for it to warm/hot.

I did a late check in around 11 PM? there was nobody at the front and asked around at the bar connected to the hotel. we were told someone should be there. we waited 30 min before we got checked in. And my bf asked for towels downstairs, housekeeping just opened up the door and i had to sit down beside the bed because i was just wearing a bra. the housekeeper doesnt seem to understand english, i had to point at the towel that we needed that but not understanding english was not the problem, it was that she just opened up the door without knocking is not ok. location was the best part but service overall from check in and the incident with the housekeeper, it needs to improve.

Room was small, but perfect for our trip. Location of hotel was amazing.
Hot water was not very good for shower purposes. Bathroom was cold even with the heat on in the room.

Our 'go-to' hotel whenever we go to NYC. The location at 41st can't be beat. Subway entrance right across street. Pizza next door. Attached Irish bar with live music (+ hotel provides free drink coupons for ea night you stay)
Check in was to be at 4pm. We arrived at 515pm and room was not ready. Not too big of a deal--they held our luggage used the drink coupon and had a drink at the attached Irish bar

location was good, easy to walk places.
It wasn't clean - our linens were stained. There was beer left in the refrigerator. The couch cushions were dirty. My shower went ice cold mid shower. The parking garage was supposed to be $50 for the night and I was charged $88.

the location was superb and the staff were friendly.
We were not told upon check in that our room did not have heat. There was a small space heater provider that did eventually heat the room but we couldn’t leave it running so everytime we returned we were freezing. Then we didn’t have hot water both days. Everytime they said they a fixed it- it was out again after 10 mins. This was unacceptable for 700 a night.

I did not like anything, the staff they are not respectful and they are bad, until now I didn't get my deposit, I try to call but nobody talk with me on the phone about. They refused to give my deposit back, I don't know what kind of person they are.?

The room sizes were a joke; size of a small closet. And for $900 for 1 night?!? Never again and I will never recommend it to anyone.
