Very Poor
The staff was very kind and they held baggage before/after check out while you still walk around.
The facilities were not as shown through Booking.com. The room had no fridge, so I couldn’t refrigerate my daughter’s meds, which is required. Upon booking, it stated we would have a fridge. The room was so small, I could not even open the suitcase on the floor. And all three towels we had in our room were dirty. No accommodations offered nor acknowledged for this.

RECEPTION STAFF
LADY AT THE RESTAURANT WAS GOOD on the first day BUT THE SECOND DAY I HAD TO CATCH MY FLIGHT AT 9.00AM i went to restaurant and asked for the coffee around 5.30 AM the man in charge and his friends were drinking liquor showed his face and said they open at 8. AM only why did u come to the restaurant. the coffee for two of us was an offer free for our stay .... why not provide coffee maker and for us to serve for ourselves instead of begging before these people

The rug in my room was dirty. The wallpaper was falling off and was stapled to the wall. The window was dirty and overlooked the heating and cooling system. The room was the size of a shoebox.

Perfect space for sleeping and resting. Great location to Times Square, Broadway shows. Good street for Taxi pickups and drop offs. Great that they stow your bags before check in and after checkout so you’re not lugging your baggage around the city if you fly out in the evening. Thank you!
Nothing that isn’t within control of the building. Obviously it’d be nice to have natural lighting to wake up to in the morning but hotel is sandwiched between buildings so totally understandable. Everything was wonderful.

Wonderful
Hotel was clean, quiet and very centrally located. We were able to walk to our broadway show, times square and so many restaurants. I felt safe staying here as a mom with my young daughter. We loved the Irish pub located downstairs as well. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We received a room upgrade which really made our trip.

Location
I should have listened to the previous reviews. My stay here was a massive disappointment, especially for the price. The biggest issue: the hot water. To get even lukewarm water, I had to let the shower run for over 20 minutes. And then, I had less than 5 minutes of hot water before it turned ice cold. This is a basic necessity, not a luxury, and the hotel failed to provide it. For nearly $800 for two nights, you expect a functional room at the very least. This hotel offers no amenities or services to justify the cost. It is severely overpriced and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

Literally the hotel we stay at every time we come to NYC. Location CAN NOT BE BEAT! Subway entrance right across street. Bryant Park/Whole Foods a few blocks south. Free drink at attached Irish bar. Pizza place right next door. We love it here!

The staff was amazing - Alonzo and Antonio at the front desk rock! General manager introduced himself and remembered my name when I returned at the end of the day (very impressive for a busy nyc hotel). Rooms are small but super clean! Great Irish bar with awesome bartenders! Bob Ross on the TV in bar - you know the place rocks!! Location was perfect! Walk to everything or jump on train on the corner! We had a blast and can’t wait to rerun!
Wasn’t aware of the $150 security deposit prior to arrival - so budget for that if you stay here
