The location was great. The place looks renovated and looks clean.
The shower didn't have a door or curtain. The room was a bit too small but that's a norm in Manhattan for inexpensive rooms. There was a smoke smell coming from outside like a generator in the back of the building.

Location was awesome. Patio was decent. Need shade or awning.
Couldn’t check in on time because room wasn’t ready 1 hour later. Refrigerator barely working. Had to request fan AC was hardly working. Ice bucket had no bag in it. Just raw ice

Close location to times square
Dirty Window aircondition unit with loud noise, the shower mixer could not regulate the watet temperature, I showered with boiling water, and the reception staff lack customer service approach.

Location. Provided ice. Clean rooms.
A/C did not go below 80 so we were miserable in our own room. When pulled out the sofa bed touched the opposite wall leaving zero walkway to bathroom. Had to climb over kids sleeping to get to restroom in the middle of the night. Ran out of toilet paper at 11pm and did not receive a new roll until the next morning after calling twice. Had to let the water run for at least 20 minutes(no joke) before it got warm. Witnessed another room call front desk about the same issue and reception was rude and acted put out about the issue.

It was central as when you step out you’re immediately in Times Square. The metro and bus stops were close by which is quite convenient. They were helpful when we asked for a room change.
The building is right above a bar and when we were there there was a construction going on right in front of it so the first room we were given was sooo noisy non-stop. The second room was behind the hotel which at least avoided the noise from the construction however there was still music coming from downstairs until later at night which was still annoying. Also the first night we came (after flying 10+ hours) we were asked for a deposit and their poss machine was not working after we tried numerous times with different machines they were still being a bit difficult about it (mind you it was midnight). We solved it in the end but it was annoying regardless. The communication was not great overall.

Pleasant
The hotel location is great, I was able to walk to most places and easily grab the subway just outside. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s very basic but I was literally in the room to shower and sleep and this fit the bill perfectly.
The staff was nice and the stay did include 1 free drink/day at the attached bar.
The carpet is weird. I had seen other reviews and agree, it’s got a strange feel under foot. There’s little to no natural light so the room is dark even with the lights on.

The location is perfect, staff is very helpful
The rooms were very small and had virtually no natural light. The air conditioning unit was very old and extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The property was clean and close to everything. Staff was friendly.
The mattress had a huge dip right in the center. It didn’t matter what side of the bed you picked, you would fall in the hole. I had to lay strategically so that my back wouldn’t hurt the next day.
