Fabulous location!
Our breakfast was unacceptable. My husband had lox, and the meat was not edible. My eggs Benedict had regular bacon that was not cooked very well, and was extremely salty. I will never eat there again.

Very close to Time Square
In the room It was very noisy from a ventilation system located outside the between the buildings, first night the window wasn’t closing properly. I have to call the maintenance team in to sort it out also the room it’s very very small you struggle to keep in the there a large language. The pictures are making the room to look much bigger and nicer that how it is in reality. I will personally, not stay there again I will prefer to pay $20 more per night to try something else.

The room was extremely small and felt quite oppressive. I was already feeling unwell with a fever when I arrived, and the lack of daylight and ventilation made it very difficult to rest. The only window faced a wall just a few inches away, meaning there was essentially no natural light or fresh air. The room felt stuffy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. As a result, I chose to check out one day early.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Shocard Broadway during my recent trip to New York City. The location simply could not be better—right in the heart of Times Square and within walking distance of Broadway theaters, restaurants, shops, and several subway lines. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The hotel has a unique boutique atmosphere that stands out from the larger chain hotels in the area. The design is stylish, welcoming, and full of character. My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing and walking around Manhattan. One of the highlights of my stay was the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were always willing to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that guests had a pleasant experience. Their hospitality made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. Despite being located in such a busy part of the city, I found the hotel to be a great place to unwind. The overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, and the property was well maintained throughout my stay. The hotel's location, combined with its excellent service and charming boutique feel, made it the perfect base for my New York adventure. I would highly recommend Hotel Shocard Broadway to anyone visiting New York City, whether for business, sightseeing, or a Broadway getaway. It offers outstanding value, an unbeatable location, and a memorable guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to NYC.
One negative aspect of my stay was that my flight was delayed, causing me to arrive later than expected. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the hotel canceled my booking because I was unable to check in on the original date. Upon arrival, I was required to pay an additional fee to reinstate the reservation. While I understand that policies are in place, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility given that the delay was beyond my control.

The AC barely worked. The temp in my room was 79-80 with the AC on high. I had a difficult time sleeping because I was so uncomfortable.

Location, location, location! Right across the street from the subway. It’s not a luxury hotel but it was clean and fit the bill!
Sandwich between two other buildings, so no very good view outside the windows. I received a text every day, asking me if there was anything I needed. I told them twice I needed water and never got a response or the water. No ice machine and no daily cleaning service.
