It was very quiet even with being in a tourist area and black out shades were good.
No second electrical outlet near the bed so couldn't charge two phones and use a cpap. Water turned temperature many times during shower, sometimes freezing sometimes scalding. Be ready to move. Spent more time adjusting temp than being able to shower

Clean room, little small but ok. Shower was nice and hot too. Not keen on the windows not opening but that is the same across the world now I think
Small issue, the replenishment of toilet paper was slow and the bar of soap for the sink was small and only had the one for the full 8 nights

We had an issue with the couple next door arguing for 2 nights running and I mean full on shouting, swearing the lot. I cant believe no one did anything it was crazy. I know its NY but jeez.

Excellent location. Easy check-in. Small but sufficient rooms - clean. Bathooms great. Occitane copy products.
AC was loud and not working. Very hot adn uncomfortable in room. Would not stay here again unless they fix the AC.

Discounts were nice but the comfy bed was my favorite! The beds at more popular hotels always hurt my back. Also really liked that we could check our bags after checkout and keep walking around town before catching the train.
Rooms were smaller than expected, but not unexpected due to location.

Cozy room with plenty of lighting. The bathroom design was interesting. It was at the end of the hall so no sounds of foot traffic. I also like that we were steps away from Time Square. The staff was friendly when checking in and out.
A window view of anything beyond the neighboring building's roof would have been nice. The bathroom door was hard to close. We were right above the venue so the noise comes right into the room. Luckily we were too tired to get disrupted by it.

The location and cleanliness were perfect ! We also loved Garvy’s bar.
The only issue I had with this property was the friendliness of the front desk staff. They were always on their personal phone calls and too busy to even acknowledge us. Checking out we couldn’t even find anyone to help. After waiting several minutes we had to leave for the airport so we just left our room keys on the counter.

I love the ambience, accessibility to train starions, food and activities. The music in the lobby bar was great for me. The room was well lasted out. I had great sleep.

It was a great location, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
The room did look like the pictures
The staff talked on their phones the entire time during check in, and anytime you went to the front desk.
There was hot water, scalding hot, burn your hands on the faucet hot. But the shower was tricky, it was very hard to get the water to turn hot, and at one point the steam caused the fire alarm to go off. It was difficult to adjust the water temperature on the shower.
