The staff was very kind and they held baggage before/after check out while you still walk around.
The facilities were not as shown through Booking.com. The room had no fridge, so I couldn’t refrigerate my daughter’s meds, which is required. Upon booking, it stated we would have a fridge. The room was so small, I could not even open the suitcase on the floor. And all three towels we had in our room were dirty. No accommodations offered nor acknowledged for this.

Regardless the location the whole infrastructure was really bad. Less than 9 sqm room (bathroom included...). Room was very uncleaned and we had to sleep with no heating since it was broken (we asked for assistance and the guy spoke only spanish). BIG RED FLAG

Water exposure in the building and evacuating in the midnight. So noisy air conditioner. Cold room. Not be able to change the temperature. Long time more than 10 min to have warm water in the bathroom. Tiny room. No window in the room.

There was a major water leak in the building. Water leaking from the rooms and the hallway on multiple floors.
They promised a full refund to booking.com and to the customers. They have been avoiding booking.com customer service and myself, and ended up changing their words on refund from full refund to partial refund. The partial refund also did not include facility fee and multiple taxes on those. As of right now, the refund is STILL pending. Also, the front desk staff left me on hold for longer than an hour without any explanation.

It was probably one of the worst experiences in a hotel I have ever had
Our room was gross and dirty
Then our next room was gross
They had no water
Then the water never was cold
Then there was a a leak and we could not leave our room

Wonderful
The location is amazing! The staff were super helpful, they let us leave our bags before check in and after check out, provided some water and 1 free drink per night at the bar.
The only issue was the shower is a little funky as it is either burning hot or cold, but all in all not that big a deal. Would stay again!

Disappointing
The location is great, walked out of the hotel and into time square. Pizza place right next door.
The room was very small for a queen the bathroom door was non existent on the first night. The room did not have working outlets on the side of the bed, the sink did not drain and the room was musty. Due to the check in employees not being available at night we were unable to change rooms the first night. We had to change rooms first thing in the morning. They then put us in there best room which did not have a full length mirror and no counter space in the bathroom.
