Great location 2 blocks from subway in either direction. Good bar down stairs excellent staff in the hotel. Good info any time we asked for it. Easy access for taxis. .
Shower valve wasn't easy to navigate but that was mostly user error. Overall an exception stay

Well the bed was very comfortable. And it’s right next to time square. It’s perfect for 1 person stay the rooms are just a bed small.
The entrance is confusing it feels like you are going into a bar the actual entrance is a corner it looks sketchy!!! The space of the hotel is very very small our window has no view of anything it was a brick wall so no sunlight.

No bugs or anything. Close to Broadway shows.
No coffee. The lobby should offer it if there are no pots in your room. They give you ONE voucher for ONE coffee a day at the next door restaurant. Went down at 7 for a morning coffee and the restaurant doesn’t open until 8 am. Next day went down at 8 am and no one was there to open the restaurant. If you are a coffee person like me pack a travel one cupper. Trust me or you gotta go buy coffee somewhere everyday to wake up.

i liked the privacy and the cozy vibes it gave, also having a fridge in the room made it better. the AC was noisy but it worked REALLY well, having toiletries (shower gel, shampoo & conditioner) next to the shower was a convenient option.
the main picture creates a diff idea from what the hotel looks like, it is a tiny hotel with a tiny reception which is shared with a pub. there were PLENTY trash bags next to the tiny elevator and the AC was VERY loud. you gotta be careful with the hot water since it’s BOILINGGGG.

My friend and I liked the possibility we were given to check-in a little earlier than 4pm (at 3:15pm) and the possibility to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out. The complimentary drink (one per room per day) was also a nice perk. Both the ladies at the reception (afternoon shift on Sunday and morning shift on Tuesday) were very nice and accomodating.
The reception area doesn't feel safe. It is shared with the adjecent pub and on Monday night there was a group of people (probably Doordash/Grubhub riders) inside eating McDonalds and they didn't seem guests of the Hotel nor clients of the pub. We picked the location because we had a couple of events to attend nearby but I would not recommend to stay anywhere near Times Square. It is not safe. The room we were assigned to(209) was on the first floor directly above the pub so the room smelled like food (probably coming from the kitchen downstairs) and at times it felt like they were playing music in our room for how loud it was. The room featured a tilted window on the ceiling but we couldn't figure out how to open it and a frosted glass window probably looking directly into a brick wall (but this too couldn't be opened). The guy at the reception (morning shift on Sunday) wasn't very helpful. We are still waiting to get the deposit back even though the staff told us we would get it the day after check-out.

I was there to see a show, so the location was stellar. And, because it was January, the room was a decent price.
This may have just been my particular room, but the bathroom door consisted only of the external, metal frame. The entire middle part of the door wasn't there for some reason, so if you wanted to open the door, you could simply reach through, and turn the knob on the other side.
