Coffee is not offered in the room. Only in the lobby at 7am. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff very nice. No frills but a good hotel.
Coffee in the room is essential to me. I'm not sure I would stay there again because of this.

Location is pretty good. Quite street. The room was cozy, and comfortable. Easy walk to Chinatown and little Italy. Although not right off a subway, you are within a 4 block walk to two different subway lines.
We had noisy neighbors and the hallway can be loud if they were outside their room.

Paying between $200-250 was a far better value at this hotel than in other similarly-priced hotels I've experienced in NYC that were recommended to me through Booking.com.
inability to control room temperature / thermostate; the room was 65 degrees on a cold night, with no ability to put on the heat. I slept fine, but I may have wanted to make the room a bit warmer.
