Great hotel! Room was clean, spacious for a NYC room, and staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is right on the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy, so easily the best dining scene in the city. Fantastic dim sum around the corner at House of Joy, and plenty of nearby spots to grab a coffee and cannoli. Also close to the Mysterious Book Shop, the best bookstore in New York. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Location, helpful staff,clean, functional. Exceptionally comfortable bed with clean linen.
No air con, noisy fan unit in ceiling, poor quality finish to room. Tired.

Check in process was a breeze. The room was as expected from the photos. The location was near restaurants and public transportation.

location i sperfect 5 minutes walk to a choice of subways. On top end of chinatown across two blocks to litle italy
Don't let the bit of scuffed paint etc put you off - rooms are comfy and well sized

2 queen beds with excellent mattresses, very quiet, location in area with many restaurants within few minutes walking distance - Asian and Italian food, a few blocks to two subway stations.

We felt like we were walking into our own apartment when we got off the elevator. Very quiet, only two rooms on the 12th(?) floor. Bathrobes were a very nice touch ! The balcony was why I booked this room, it was wonderful; huge and not too high up. Great views of the surrounding buildings and park below. A good place to escape in the middle of the night for a breath of fresh air . Room was clean and had great hot water & pressure. Area very calm, residential, safe. Subway close by .
Had to move the coffee maker to use it , there was no electrical outlet where it was located. This room was too expensive for me to need to do that ! Carpet wasn’t awful, but it was just carpet…
