The location was excellent—right in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was well-maintained, and the room was a comfortable, generous size. The patio just outside our room was a wonderful bonus. We also grabbed breakfast at Tria Bakery nearby, which turned out to be an excellent choice.

Coffee is not offered in the room. Only in the lobby at 7am. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Staff very nice. No frills but a good hotel.
Coffee in the room is essential to me. I'm not sure I would stay there again because of this.

Location is pretty good. Quite street. The room was cozy, and comfortable. Easy walk to Chinatown and little Italy. Although not right off a subway, you are within a 4 block walk to two different subway lines.
We had noisy neighbors and the hallway can be loud if they were outside their room.

Wonderful
Staff was great. Location was convenient. Great price for hotel and NYC. Clean rooms. Excellent View. Size of room was good as well.
Could use a little refresh, paint, etc. inside.
