The hotel is in china town, which is not a great, but a decent area. It's also near Little Italy and Soho which are great places to go out and have fun.
Bad hotel, location is perfect, but the amenities were not satisfactory. Not very clean also and pricey for what they offer. With the same rate, we stayed on a better neighborhood and far better hotel in New York. Do your research and not settle. - Cleanliness. - Shower. - Room. - Heat.

View of city from room great. Most of the staff were excellent and accommodating. Facility was clean and well maintained. Hotel seemed very secure with plenty of measures in place. Nice modern touches in most areas. Conveniently located near Little Italy which has great food. There was also a parking garage very closeby that, while expensive, had a clean facility great staff.
Hotel was the bright spot of an otherwise somewhat sketchy area. Probably not the best area for families, especially those with young children. The rooms were lacking some needed minor repairs in a few areas (paint, iron burns on carpet, broken soap dish.) There was no breakfast offered. Those looking to park will need to account for a $60 per day fee at the closest parking garage.

The hotel is tidy and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Everyone is very efficient. The room is a decent size for Manhattan. The TV has many good options and the air conditioning was great, particularly important as it was really hot outside. They have secure baggage storage. The best thing is the location. It faces Columbus Park and it is nice to come out and see all the greenery. Safe and walkable location.
