This place is a hidden gem in the middle of Manhattan's greatest neighborhoods. Quite frankly, I have never stayed in such a tiny room before, BUT, but this lovely room has everything. A/C, ceiling ventilator, large window, desk and chair, various lights. The bed is more than comfortable, with enough pillow settings and a very generously sized blanket. The bathroom is just wow! Apparently it is freshly renovated, equipped with everything you want. Full size shampoos, conditioners, body wash, hand soap. The drawers are filled with tooth brushes, pastes, razors, shaving creams, hair dryer, comb etc. There are enough towels. Everything is and smells super clean.
The hotel is located inmidst Chinatown, which provides you with the best restaurants. It is in walking distance to Fulton Street, the Seaport, Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge, World Trade Center and wonderful Canal Street. The F-train (0.2m) takes you all the way uptown, along the most famous Manhattan sights. Enjoying a walk at night offers you the most beautiful view at the bridges. It takes you only five minutes to Williamsburg Bridge, if you want to explore the neighboring boroughs or want to spend a day in Long Island.
The staff at the front desk is lovely. At arrival we were handed four pages of breakfast places, restaurants, shopping opportunities - all within a walking mile.
We liked our stay so much, that I already made a reservation for August! We can't wait to come again.

The front desk staff was very nice, especially Kathy, who took the time to show me how to get where I needed to be. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was absolutely fabulous!!!
I didn't like that there was no coffee station for the morning and that there was no cable tv.

Great clean spot centrally located close to a mta line in Chinatown! This was a great home base for our trip to Manhattan. One of the most reasonable spots for accomodation. Clean and cool room with a good fan system for circulation.
Nothing fancy here- there is a fridge that is communal in the basement but nothing in the room.

Small room in China Town new your. Worth the money. Staff is polite and can give you some local recommendations.
Yes there is train above hotel, but if you sleep you willn't wake up because of it.
If you eat breakfast in local cafes in China Town you can save a lot of money.
Room is small.

Everything clean and comfortable
The location in Chinatown is not my preference and to walk from the nearest subway station to the Hotel can be a strange experience.
Rooms are quite small but usual for Hotels in NY.

A perfect location to explore the lower east side, Chinatown and Brooklyn. The bed was really comfortable and the shower in our room was great.
Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room

The staff were very helpful and provided a long list of recommended restaurants and cafes when we checked in. The rooms are smaller, but they have been updated, and the rain shower was an unexpected surprise!
I was not aware that there wasn't any AC unit for the room. We were okay in the springtime with the windows open and the small ceiling fan, but if you are there in the summer you should definitely use the blackout curtains to keep the room cool in the daytime.
