The customer service from everyone was absolutely wonderful. Although the parking lot was expensive and the complimentary drink was extremely limited, it was very convenient that the lot was so close with good service. Same with the drink at the bar next door. It was a very nice gesture and the service there was very pleasant. All of those things really go a long way. Thank you!
The room just had a slight chill to it so it would have been nice to be able to get a thicker blanket maybe.

The location was excellent.
The doors slam on the rooms and we were woken early hours every morning by other guests.
We listened to the doorman/the guy who holds the suitcases when you check out and he showed us a sign and said the hotel can taxi you back for a set 85 dollars! Don't fall for it, we have come home and initially charged 106 dollars when we arrived at the airport and since coming home it has gone over 156 dollars! We tried contacting the hotel and all they have done is delete my email.
What was a brilliant stay in a great location has left a whole in my account!!!

We arrived at this hotel a day into our holiday after a very poor experience at our first hotel. We were greeted by Jonathon who was so friendly, helpful and kind. In fact, all of the staff were really friendly, so accommodating and couldn’t do enough to help us. The hotel was beautiful, clean and in a perfectly central location. You really did make our stay in NYC- we will definitely be back. Jonathan was particularly fabulous- we are so grateful to him for setting us up and being so welcoming!! Thank you.

It was a great location and very clean
The staff was and still are very unhelpful. Before check-in, I emailed many times to request early check in but they never responded. At the time of my stay, due to a weather storm and flight change, I had to check out earlier. I asked the receptionist to give me something written to acknowledge early checkout as I will be speaking to booking com for a refund of one night but she didn't give me anything and told me to speak only to booking.com. Even now, when I email them, they never reply and booking.com won't help me as long as they don't reply.

Everything. I had visited back in Feb 2020 and since then it has been renovated. It’s clean, tidy, smells nice and the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful.
I can’t say I found anything I didn’t like about it.

Location is perfect, just a block from Times Square. Room was small but very clean and comfortable. Room is not soundproof, if this is an issue for you, so expect some noise at night given the location. Staff is friendly and professional. Overall, great experience.
Expensive, but within normal NYC price range.
