Room was lovely and clean. Amazing location to get to and from. Had all the right facilities. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the ‘cheaper’ options (although still very pricey) but worth happy with the room.
Tv didn’t work and not much natural light as window opened towards a brick wall. (Although we were out all days so didn’t bother us too much).

Pre ordered a fridge but didn’t get one despite being told three occasions it was coming when a room checked out . Ended up cancelling it day before end of my stay .

The location is excellent, really close to times square and broadway etc, but is still nice and quiet. The hotel is decorated in a very stylish/trendy way- the bedrooms weren't huge but perfectly fine for us as we were out pretty much all day. We would stay again.
Staff were friendly and helpful when asked, but weren't informative when we checked in, e.g. didn't explain where things in the hotel were, check out times etc. Also we had a leak from the floor above into our bath on one of the days, bits of the ceiling plaster were falling off into our bath- this was fixed quickly when we went out for the day but nothing else was mentioned to us about it. Despite this, we would stay again as the positives outweigh this.

The room was clean and included a desk, which allowed me to work comfortably during my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the TV and the bathroom amenities. Some members of the staff were especially polite and helpful, particularly in assisting me with transportation arrangements.
I stayed on the third floor and was unable to sleep properly due to the noise. In addition, the bathroom door would not remain open, and the water pressure in the bathroom was very low.
Finally, the property was unable to provide me with an invoice because the booking was made through Booking.com. This has never happened to me before, as I have always been able to obtain an invoice for my stays booked through the platform.

The location is great, directly at the times square. The room was big compared to NY standards.
The first room we got was extremely loud. The window isolation is pretty bad, especially for rooms looking to the street. Then, we asked for a new room that faces the inner courtyard and it was quiet
