I've been to nyc a few times this is one of the best hotels ive found. Why..... Location is unreal, 1 minute walk to time square the midtown location makes all the sights so accessible. The staff were so friendly rooms newly refurbished and a decent size for a city hotel. Very comfortable beds, pillows and sheets and no waiting on lifts like some other very big busy Hotels. I will 100% be back. For context ive stayed at the Westin The edison The Hilton on 46th and this is by far the best. I was with my husband and two kids and the room was a fine size as you're just sleeping in it.

The location and the staff very friendly
The rooms are very small and there is a tiny “wardrobe” that you can hang only your coats. If you are staying more than 1-2 days, you are obliged to keep your clothes in the luggage. We had some problems with clogged toilets and also the bathroom is very very small. The heating system is very noisy. I don’t think I will choose it for my next trip to New York.

Great location with comfortable rooms. Staff is always great. We had Danny and Carlos this time and as always they made us feel at home. Check in is easy and quick. The parking garage is right next door and Time square literally a 2 min walk. We'll be back soon

The location is great. The hotel was clean enough for it being in Times Square.
Could use renovations in the hallways to make it seem less dingy. Elevators were also annoying to work.

Good location - big room
The gym - firstly you needed a code for the running machine which was not in the gym but at reception which was not manned when I needed it at 5.30am. The the running machine& bike were peloton not just straight forward see how far you run machines which seem daft for a hotel
