The location of this hotel is so good. It’s just off time square, walking distance to loads of attractions and close to the subway for further places. The room was modern, it was warm and clean. I read reviews about shower having no pressure and temperature issues but we had no issues the shower was perfect. It was noisy with it being Christmas time but that was expected and we still slept fine. The room was cleaned daily and they did a great job- fresh towels everyday. The staff were all great. Highly recommend.
No complaints i highly recommend staying here.

I loved the location. The hotel was clean and service was timely when requesting support from housekeeping. Carlos was very helpful and had a sunny disposition.
Not having a refrigerator in the room.

Incredible location and quiet for Times Square. The beds was so comfortable and his is something I’m picky about due to my partner being 6ft 4 but he was more than happy.
Heated/aircon rooms was exceptional.
Gorgeously clean and attentive staff. From the reception early hours to late at night. Cleaners and maintenance team were also an absolute pleasure and just gorgeous human beings.
We had an issue with a tap one day. We came back and the tap had leaked. 5 mins later the maintenance guy was with us and fixed the issue. We was also offered a room change immediately but it was more of an inconvenience after a long day. I simply cannot fault their care for customers.
On our final day of leaving staff checked our bags in and arranged transfers to the airport.
Shower pressure was not ideal but this is the standard in NYC.

Clean, safe and Carlos was one of the nicest people we have ever encountered ay an NYC Hotel..EVER!!!
The room was crazy cramped you needed to be a Russian Gymnast to get out of the bed (that was comfy)!!!
The shower was a joke again based on size if you started the shower and got in the room got soaked!!

Location is perfect. As I want to see " Maybe Happy Ending " musical in Belasco Theatre, the hotel was just an opposite to the theatre. Also, Penn Station (NJT, Amtrack & Subway), Times Square, Empire State Building, MoMA, St. Patrick Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Top of the Rock, 5th Avenue etc. All these are within 10~15 mins walking distance. Very convenient.
Room is small and there is a no desk / chair available. Since I need to use my laptop for 1~2 hours, and join to a short conference call, I leveraged the ironing board as a desk and sit on the bed. Other than that, all was good.
