The hotel accepted a package addressed to me after I checked out, even though I had explicitly instructed the staff not to receive it since I was returning to Brazil. I have been trying to contact the hotel via email, but no one is responding, not even the manager. I require a response with the utmost urgency.

Location is great and good size rooms
Water pressures is really low, windows not cleaned for a long time, heating was not working in the room so offered another one that was bigger but really loud. Not everything is renovated like bathtub or shower head. I would say a bit pricey for what you get.
