The location was amazing for the price, right off Times Square. Most of the staff very friendly and room was spacious considering the price too.
Reception area floor looked under construction which wasn’t mentioned and the bathroom in our room could have done with a little renovation

The room was very clean, location was great, everything we needed was within walking distance, The restaurant/bar next door "The Long Room" is great for breakfast or a quiet drink
We have no complaints about this hotel, had a fabulous stay

Great location, always smells lovely, really friendly and helpful staff.
The water temperature in the shower is very temperamental, goes from very hot to cold intermittently. But that it’s literally my only complaint.
