Location, hotel is renovated, clean and safe. Nicely decorated with two functional elevators. I was a little worried after reading reviews that there have been not explained charges on credit cards. That has not happened to me, no charge at all. The room was paid in advance on booking.com.

The hotel’s location is excellent — right in Times Square, close to both the Times Square and Bryant Park subway stations. We booked the Executive Queen Room, which is listed as 27 sqm, and it was indeed spacious, especially compared to many Manhattan hotel rooms that are typically much smaller. During our 14-night stay, the room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The water and ice machine on the 2nd floor was convenient for filling our bottles anytime. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they helpfully stored our luggage on both the first and last days of our stay. We also requested a high, quiet room away from the main street, and it was indeed peaceful and quiet.
While the room itself was spacious (27 sqm), the bathroom was really small in comparison. The shower water pressure was very low — I had read comments about this before our stay and thought people were exaggerating, but they weren’t. Hot water was also an issue; in most showers, we didn’t have any, and when we did, it often took 5–10 minutes of running the water before it got warm. The air conditioning was another challenge. Although we visited in October and didn’t plan to use it, the smart thermostat was set to a target temperature, causing the AC to turn on automatically several times during the night while we were sleeping. I tried to change the settings but couldn’t, and since the unit was close to the bed, the noise was noticeable until we got used to it. I also felt that a small fridge was missing in the room. Our friends stayed at a hotel in a similar price range that included a fridge, complimentary basic breakfast, and 24/7 water, tea, and coffee in the lobby — small touches that make a big difference.

Perfect location near Times Square, 15 min from Central Park and 5 min from Bryant park. Great lunch/dinner spots nearby. Accessible Subway and bus stop near the property.

The room was too small for a couple w 2 50 lbs bags, but it was predictable from the size of room
Note that the room is really small so there’s not enough space in wardrobe to put all your stuff
Also, if you’re not from US bring a plug adapter w you, there was only one type-C usb port in room that worked

Location
Very small rooms. I was staying a block away for a conference for the same price. No rooms available for the last night so we had to move hotels. Chose this due to proximity. Other rooms were twice the size for same price.

The room was nice, and bigger than some rooms in NYC and tastefully designed. The bathroom was small, but had a good shower.
I asked for a quiet room, but sadly got a room on 44th street and it was extremely noisy well into the early morning (3am!). I rated the hotel low because of this, since I couldn't sleep. I guess that is a downfall of being so close to Times Square.
