I loved the location. The hotel was clean and service was timely when requesting support from housekeeping. Carlos was very helpful and had a sunny disposition.

Clean, safe and Carlos was one of the nicest people we have ever encountered ay an NYC Hotel..EVER!!!
The room was crazy cramped you needed to be a Russian Gymnast to get out of the bed (that was comfy)!!!
The shower was a joke again based on size if you started the shower and got in the room got soaked!!

Location is perfect. As I want to see " Maybe Happy Ending " musical in Belasco Theatre, the hotel was just an opposite to the theatre. Also, Penn Station (NJT, Amtrack & Subway), Times Square, Empire State Building, MoMA, St. Patrick Cathedral, Rockefeller Center, Top of the Rock, 5th Avenue etc. All these are within 10~15 mins walking distance. Very convenient.
Room is small and there is a no desk / chair available. Since I need to use my laptop for 1~2 hours, and join to a short conference call, I leveraged the ironing board as a desk and sit on the bed. Other than that, all was good.

I stayed here to watch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade and the location was excellent! You are right by the parade route. Literally a two minute walk.
Unfortunately, the elevators took minutes to arrive. They are old and they are very small, as seen in the pictures I’m attaching to this review. There really are no amenities. There isn’t a workspace to get things done. There really isn’t that much of a lobby to wait around in.

The location is great, the service was very helpful, we appreciated the Molton Brown products.
Our room was very small, the pictures you find in the internet are very well done. In real the rooms don’t look stylish and modern. There was no space for the luggage.The heating was very loud too.

The location for Aura is great if you want to be centrally located in Times Square. Great access to the subway. I didn't get a chance to engage with the staff that much but when I did they were friendly.
The shower was incredibly small and I never really got a hot shower. The bed wasn't that comfortable there could have been some extra blankets in the room.

Had issues with hot water.. had to get cold shower all days. Telling me it’s busy hours
Nice engineer came but also was told they were changing the boiler system so maybe that’s why no hot water
No TV remote control at room. Had to ask twice.
Also very dark room. I had huge wall in front of my windows
