Great location, the hotel had a lovely scent when arriving. Room was imaculate and the bed was amazing. We had a great stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the heart of Times Square.
The shower, it was always luke warm. But managable.

It was clean, and in a good location.
The amenities were very lacking, no microwave or refrigerator, at that price point you’d expect better accommodation, also the toilet was not working properly on day one,

Great location
Two night stay. First night room was dingy, bed uncomfortable, and heating pipes knocked all night. Moved to a better room night two, nicer room, better bed. No knocking pipes but the AC still very loud each time it started up. All night.

We chose to eat out for breakfast. There was a deli 50yds away that served fresh cooked food. The location is very close to Times square.
The bathroom was dated and the toilet pan had poo marks on arrival. The worst thing was the air conditioning. We were part of a group of people with rooms on different floors. Everyone had the same complaint regarding the air con, it was unbelievably noisy and difficult to regulate.
