Good location - big room
The gym - firstly you needed a code for the running machine which was not in the gym but at reception which was not manned when I needed it at 5.30am. The the running machine& bike were peloton not just straight forward see how far you run machines which seem daft for a hotel

The property was PERFECT, it looked just like the pictures. We went there with my boyfriend for a week in the beginning of march. The staff was so nice, when we arrived to the hotel they let us in right away. The first night we also asked for a blanket and they gave it to us right away. The location was PERFECT, just at the corner of times square, you are in the middle of everything but there is no disturbing noise from the street. People were really nice to us. If we were to go back to nyc this hotel would definitely be out first choice. Not to mention they have great heating so if you go there in winter you’ll have no problem with the cold! They also have a grocery store close by

Room was small. Window view was terrible.
Water pressure was nearly non existent
The air conditioning came on at random throughout the night despite me turning it off. This was proper annoying as it was very loud.
This hotel seems to be based on a coke dealing road. The one night I was here, walking back at 10pm I was offered coke 5 times on the street. If you can get past that, it’s location next to times square is good..

The location is absolutely perfect if you are seeing Broadway shows. The lobby was always staffed and the room was clean and modern. Rooms in NYC are always tiny, so I judge the size of the room by whether there is a nightstand on both sides of the bed. Even our basic queen room had two large night stands on both sides, plus a small closet, so plenty of space for two suitcases and space to spread out and move around. Extremely comfortable beds.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to Times Square. It is easy to get to anywhere via the metro or walking. It was quiet and clean. The staff are also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable and the staff were so friendly. The room was very clean. The room is decent sized for nyc and location is fabulous
The lift/elevator is a bit rickety
