The room is very clean, and housekeeping does a good job. The TV is large, which is a nice plus that usually other hotels don't have. The bathroom also has a good size, and the location is great.
There is no mini-fridge, and the TV isn't a smart TV, so you can't stream anything on it, which is ridiculous. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, too.

Location was great!!
Right next to Times Square and a few blocks from 5th Avenue.
Room was exactly like the pictures, yet it seemed a bit small.
Staff was very helpful. I left my baggage in their storage room and they called us a cab for the airport.
Bathroom, could have been a bit bigger, specially the sink area.
Shower water was not hot enough, just warm.
Bathroom plug did not work, so we could not use the hairdryer there.
We let housekeeping know, and they fixed it that same day.

Bellboy team was perfect , they were so polite , smiling face and ready for help , thank you team .
Front desk lady on 9/18 in the morning ( 9-10 am in the morning ) was not willing to help , she did not even listen and understand me . Only requested a paper which shows hotel expense to the name of my compony but she did not even understand or she totally does not want to help or to find a solution , only said we can not give .
I said as already other hotels are giving but she said they can not give .
i SAID HOW THE OTHER HOTELS ARE GIVING AND YOU DO NOT . since 15 years i am travelling and stayin at NY hotels , only this time changed my hotel and this is the result .So sorry but will not advise your holel to my friends and also i will nots stay again .Pls try to keep more polite , willing to help and problem solver team at frontdesk/reception .It is a nice hotel but needs better team at fromt desk/reception .

Location good
The rooms were like tombs, filthy, poorly cleaned, and the shower lacked pressure. You shouldn't buy a room like this for this price. Please read reviews on Google as well, not just Booking.com.

The staff made it. They were so kind and said welcome back everytime we returned. They also asked about or day and were so helpful. The room was beautiful with clean facilities and it always smelt nice in the lobby and rooms.

Good location near to Times Square. Rooms small but well equipped and space for luggage. Bathroom was clean and spacious enough for 2 of us. Given 2 comp drinks at the bar next door was nice but a shame the hotel didn’t have its own bar/restaurant facilities.
Extremely noisy on a night as no sound proof windows. Air conditioner was also noisy. Did let the hotel know we were visiting for a birthday but nothing extra was given (I know this isn’t a given but have received things from other hotel chains in the past and it really does make a difference). Beds are small, my 6’6 partners legs were hanging off the end but we managed.
