Location and cleanliness. Comfortable room
The man who checked me in was not friendly or helpful. But my experience with the other staff members at the front desk was reassuirng and made up for his unfriendly attitude.

Location location location!
Couple of minor things but nothing extreme. No fan in bath, really low flow showers, coffee station inconsistencies.

The location was great, 5 minutes from Times Square but on a side street which gave a bit of space from the chaos. The room was nice, quiet and spacious.
However, on the last day, my AirPods were stolen from my bag in the hotel luggage store. I reached out to the hotel management about this multiple times via email, but have had no reply. Soured what would otherwise have been a really great stay, and unfortunately because of this, would not recommend the hotel.

It was clean
It was very small, compared to the pictures I saw on the website. The bed was really small and I paid for a deluxe spacious room. I am very disappointed with the amount of money paid.

the hotel is 2 min from times squer ,with pubs downstairs. the room was clean and quite renovated
the bed is small (1.40 m)and the air con. is very loud. you can't sleep with its noise. if you come in spring or fall and you , don't need air con. it will be ok ( or if you are a heavy sleeper) but if you are a light sleeper it can be difficult.

The location was pretty good with the exception of significant street noise at night because our room was located there. The hotel is very clean but the absence of a general toilet area outside of bedrooms is a significant drawback.
As above and also there was a very large stain on the carpet on one side of the bed in our room. There were numerous pencil marks on tiles in the shower room where marks had been made in preparation for drilling holes in tiles. There phone in the bedroom wasn’t connected. The staff explained that the room was undergoing renovations although our booking stated that the hotel is newly renovated. Loose electrical wires were visible on a light fitting to one side of the bed’s headboard.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, but after returning home they charged my credit card for $361.53 even though I had already paid in full on booking.com (which included all fees) and there should not have been any further charges. I have asked for clarification and a refund multiple times now and they have not responded to me. It is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour, which has completely soured our experience. I will be escalating this further.
