The location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Grand Central, Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park and Subway to LGA/JFK. Will stay here again because the location made everything easy.
Shower door was a little short so water spray got on the floor.

It was in a great location, closed enough to time square but far enough away from all the hustle & bustle to enjoy a great night sleep!

The hotel has a fantastic location for shows and major attractions. Despite being close to Times Square, the rooms were quiet and I heard no noise.
Rooms are clean and the reception area is welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who greeted guests and handled luggage, making us feel very welcome.
Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small, and we had to climb over our suitcases as there was nowhere to store them.
However, the biggest issue was how loud the air conditioning was. Whenever it switched on, it sounded like an alarm going off and made it very difficult to sleep. To be fair, the staff did try to resolve the problem by providing a mobile air-conditioning unit, but unfortunately this was just as noisy.
We were then moved to another room, but that also had a noisy mobile unit. We stayed for three nights and, unfortunately, hardly slept at all. The staff did their best to help, but the noise from the air conditioning really affected our stay

Very central in Manhattan. Staff was super friendly
One window was so wonky that the street noise was super loud all night (15th floor). And the WiFi was unusable on the floor. In the lobby it was fast but in the room useless.

Old hotel with old air con very noisy at night
Yes the air con very noisy- it was so old the maintenance guy came up with a hair dryer to defrost the ice.
