We stayed during the holidays and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location—close to the underground, with plenty of stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. At the same time, the area feels much less crowded than downtown. Central Park is just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
It would be nice to have a mini fridge.

Love the location and the staff. Also it seems like even the guests are all very friendly and nice. Elevators are very quick. Our second stay and we will continue to pick the Lucerne.

All our interactions with staff were excellent. They were professional, friendly and helpful. The location is near the subway for easy access to Times Square and other sites and museums. Easy access to Central Park and many good eating establishments nearby, especially Nice Matin.
