We had three double queen rooms. They were all a little different in size. Ours was the smallest but they were all decent sized for being in the city.
Beds and pillows were comfy and bathrooms also good. I was so happy we were able to open the window just a bit and it was surprisingly quiet.
Also great to have an amazing restaurant just beside and the location was amazing. Just one block from the subway. I moved the neighbourhood feeling with cafes, bagel shops and restaurants around.
We were planning on having 3 people in the room but the beds were really small queen beds (about 140cm) so we took an additional room. But that’s the only thing. Would definitely stay again!

The staff and location were very good. Bed was comfortable.
No fridge in the room. Coffee wasn’t always topped ups plastic glasses and paper cups in room. Hotel lift very slow.

The location is in a residential area so it is safe & free street parking during the weekend is a bonus

Solid room with basic amenities (coffee machine) and a good bathroom. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. Large TV. Free ice vending machine on another floor. Very good location near line 1 and central park. Good breakfast lunch and dinner options nearby.
Shower is very loud. You can also hear shower turning on in neighboring rooms. No minibar/fridge in the room. Inactive streaming apps (Netflix) on tv in room (it is not that there is no paid netflix account - the app is disabled and cannot be used with own account either). Noise from A/C units from rooms above dripping condensate very loudly (probably on some sheet metal surface). In general, noise is our main complaint, that in the end did not bother us too much as we were exhausted from exploring wonderful New York and fell asleep easily. Next time we would stress we need better insulated rooms and a room with a fridge/minibar to make the stay even better.

Family room was a good size with cupboard for suitcases. Ideal location for Central Park.
Beds was comfortable and staff was lovely and accommodating
Shower was temperamental while adjusting heat.

fantastic location - Upper West Side is perfect, truly new york, not so busy and crowded as downtown and Times Square, but you can see true new yorker's everyday life. lots of cafes and restaurants. Hotel is 1 min walk from subway station. Great staff, very helpful (at 5AM there was no problem with asking for pot for the tea. And they have Peloton bikes at the gym!! Very good prive fot this standard

No fridge in room, pillows were gigantic and extra firm, could hear people on walkie-talkies in the hallway while trying to sleep

Perfect location, friendly staff, spacious room for family, clean.
poor soundproofing in the rooms, slow elevator (that is also part of staying in an older building, so not just negative), no breakfast included (only a little discount for the restaurant next door that is quite expensive)
