The location was excellent. It was near a subway station and many great places to eat. The staff was very attentive and professional.

The cleaning staff does an excellent staff and are friendly and courteous. The doormen are helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable. I love the location--quiet, but near the subway and crosstown bus. Central Park is a block away.
The staff at the desk are efficient but not very friendly.

Concierge answered texts two days after they were sent, in room phone could not call front desk, excessive condensation on windows resulting in puddles of water on window sills, no heat at all in our bathroom for a deluxe room

We stayed during the holidays and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a great location—close to the underground, with plenty of stores, cafés, and restaurants nearby. At the same time, the area feels much less crowded than downtown. Central Park is just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.
It would be nice to have a mini fridge.
