The rooms were modern and very clean. Being able to open the window was key - I want to breathe fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. You don’t feel like you are confined in a closed box. But the window was double paned so it was quiet when closed. The staff was always welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is light but has options so you can begin your day. The location is great, in walking distance of restaurants and a pretty park.

Amazing gem of a hotel. Great staff, very clean, lovely continental breakfast and afternoon tea/cake, super location. Excellent value for a central New York hotel.

Beautiful room with a small balcony that was so quaint. Every morning there was a nice breakfast and the
coffee machine that had wonderful cappuccino! Staff was friendly and helpful with everything.

The hotel size (73 rooms), and the foyer felt peaceful and unhurried. The room was pleasant and quiet. We loved the decor and style - mid century Viennese.
We felt the quality of the breakfast could have been better, although the coffee was good.

Comfortable and very clean room in a great location. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Doesn't make sense to have to wait for an elevator to go downstairs to the bathroom from the lobby.
