Good location and room size for NY. Having the lounge was especially handy. Midtown East is much cleaner and quieter and than Midtown West around Times Square etc.
While breakfast is basic and ‘complimentary’, there’s a lot of sugary items, ‘no fat’ yoghurts and boiled eggs but nothing to accompany the eggs.

Very lovely boutique hotel. Staffs were all kind and supportive. Easy access to many places(Central Park, museums, grand central, downtown and uptown). Lounge was nice and good for a break. Room was spacious and daily cleaning was great.
Area was convenient but a bit too busy. Many people, many cars, horn beeping and sirens etc. AC in the room was quite noisy. Breakfast selection could be better.

Spacious rooms and a great location. The guest lounge, where one can have coffee or soda and a nibble or some fruit 24/7 is a nice touch.
The free breakfast included in the room price is very limited: coffee, pastries, a hardboiled egg, some fruit. For this price, as a European, I had expected a sizeable breakfast buffet.

Wonderful
Room was very comfortable, as was the hotel. It was extremely quiet even on the 4th floor. Having the Monkey Bar off the lobby was a big plus. Valet parking was a breeze.
