The location is absolutely fantastic.
The room was quite dark, making it difficult to get ready in the morning, whether it was dressing or putting on makeup. I found this to be quite inconvenient.
Additionally, the breakfast options were very limited for a hotel in this price range. While there was butter and jam available, there was no bread, simple cheese, or ham. The options consisted of just a banana, a Danone yogurt, and an egg, which was quite disappointing.

We found the room dirty and dusty. The ladies toilets on floor 2 were discussing. Doors in toilets need cleaned. Breakfast included??? What breakfast? Hard croissants or a biscuits.

Clean, staff.
Extremely noisy in room 425. Near street level and Monkey bar. Industrial noise all night long. People from bar outside talking and laughing. Pillows over our heads did not help!

Everyone on staff was very helpful courteous. Enjoyed the lounge area on the second floor. The location was great with easy access to the subway and walking distance to many attractions.
