Location is fantastic overall hotel is really nice
Disclosure when I book the ticket it was disclosed that airport pick is included later on the airport staff didn’t help and they change the statement that they can’t help with airport pick as I did booking through booking.com which makes me wonder why it was included when I was booking the hotel

The location is great; you are literally in Times Square. They have many elevators, and you did not have to wait to use them.
At 2 am someone knocked on my door. We called the front desk to see if it was them, they told us no, so I asked for security to come check what was happening. Did not get any updates on the situation. I was staying with my best friend, and we felt insecure. The door next to my room was unlocked all the time; I do not know if this was the issue.

Friedman was okay for breakfast. Most at the front desk were kind, but the older white man w/glasses at the front desk was not friendly at all. Lady at concierge was nice, but Hispanic guy was not
The wine hour would be a bigger draw if there were a bigger variety of wine and more food.

The location and bellman/person services were great!

It’s right in the middle of theatre district, Times Square. If you plan to see many shows then it’s a good choice. However, its hustle/bustle 24-7.
