The location in midtown Manhattan is great. It's close to restaurants, parks, and theaters. And the hotel is beautiful.
The room was very small and you couldn't even take your clothes out of your suitcase. Also, for what you pay, breakfast is very, very poor.

The location is goid and the bed in the room were comfortable.
We arrived at the hotel around 6 PM and were surprised to find only one receptionist on duty. The check-in process took nearly 40 minutes due to the long line and lack of staffing. Unfortunately, the receptionist who assisted us was unfriendly and seemed overwhelmed.
After reaching our room, we discovered there was no refrigerator. Since we needed one to store medication, we contacted reception and were told a refrigerator could be provided only for an additional charge. Despite explaining that it was required for medical purposes, no complimentary solution or alternative was offered.
Our room faced the street, and every morning we were woken up around 6 AM by loud construction work, drilling, and sirens. The windows provided very poor sound insulation. When we raised the issue with the front desk manager, we were met with a dismissive attitude. Rather than showing empathy or attempting to improve our experience, he simply repeated that the construction was outside the hotel's control. While the source of the noise may not be the hotel's responsibility, guest comfort and satisfaction certainly are. A little understanding and effort to help would have gone a long way.
The lack of service continued throughout our stay. On departure day, despite traveling with multiple large suitcases and seeing several bell staff and security personnel at the entrance, no one offered assistance or even opened the door. It gave the impression that guest experience is not a priority here.
Additional disappointments included an extremely loud air-conditioning unit and a breakfast experience that felt poor value for money. Even with breakfast included, choosing to dine in the restaurant resulted in substantial extra charges, with many basic additions priced separately.
The service, responsiveness, and overall guest experience fell far below expectations for a property at this price point.
