Wonderful
I love the ambiance. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Upon check in, we received an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic.
The stay includes a free "grab and go" breakfast. We opted to get our breakfast sandwiches from Carve, and the bacon was not very cooked and looked odd, like it was a pork substitute. I wish it was posted on the menu, so we could have chosen a different sandwich.

Location, housekeeping services, wine hour and free breakfast were great!
The size of the room and the bathroom were quite small for the price we paid. There was no dresser or a couch or chair to sit and relax. The room was dated.

Horrible experience. Would never stay there again. The staff is horrible and treated me horribly. Huge negligence problem!! Careful! They also stole my stuff I forgot in my room and were rude to me
Think it’s like a family gang business that just looking for ways to make money, they steal from your rooms so careful!

I chose the Edison for the location and was not disappointed!
The room and bathroom were tiny! I have been in campers with larger bathrooms. It was $500.00 a night for 2 people.

Impeccable, dreamy, perfect, clean, with an excellent scent; the pool was also clean and spotless, and the room equally immaculate — I can’t wait to stay there again.

I liked the room being on a high floor. I also enjoyed having restaurants and the whiskey lounge in the building.
When I checked in the room, I was told that I was guest of the day. I was told that complimentary snacks would be in the room. The room that I was assigned wasn't ready. I was given another room without the complimentary snacks.

50 db and more … impossible to have a restful sleep
Why don’t you soundproof the rooms a bit better ?
I know New York City is extremely noisy but still ! One expects to be able to sleep during the night. The hotel rate isn’t exactly cheap.

Location is amazing, steps away from Times Square. Customer service was efficient and willing to assist with all enquiries. Good size rooms for that area with daily housekeeping. Ice machine & filtered water tap a bonus!
Layout of suite was a little strange with bathroom/lounge disconnected to bedroom which was the entry/exit. It is quite busy all the time if that's not what you're after.

My booking included breakfast. The choice for breakfast was limited and all the options were just horrible
The rooms were dark and untidy.
I complained and eventually moved to a better room
