Dishonest staff who did not report the Jacket I left behind to the front desk. The matter was reported to the hotel management desk without any positive resolution. The issue was also reported to the hotel security via email and no response was returned.

Nice staff, wine hour was enjoyable
We had to complain to get a decent room for the 3.5k we spent. Otherwise we would have looked out our only window to watch brick walls and hear constant air conditioning running outside. After complaining we got a nice room in the 20th floor.

Proximity, easy in and easy out. We drove from NH valet was available and then when leaving it was a straight shot out to the highway. The staff was lovely and friendly and many of them have been with the Edison for decades! Nice to look forward to seeing friendly faces upon return visits. Rooms were clean and beds were so comfy. Also spacious and not too tight like mat nyc hotels and lobby areas. And never had to wait for an elevator!

great location
very small rooms and bathroom for 5 people staff were not great at communicating every time i rang reception no answer every time i messages concierge no reply or very short answer our room has a huge gap between windows therefore a massive draft came in room so we would turn the heating up to compensate and the heating made such loud noises kept me awake the manager did however make someone come to room and put foam in the gap to stop draft

Location was great and room was clean
Advertised as a family suite suitable for 6, it was tiny with 1 bathroom. You could barely move around not to mention if you have 6 bags!

The location was great and the staff was helpful.
The AC/heating was super noisy. We could hear people in the other rooms. No water/tea/coffee were in our room, we had to ask at the reception. Wifi was very slow.

Hotel was too busy and probably did not have enough staff. Service was poor . No one picked the phone from room.
Not given importance to small details when it comes to facility like hand towel hanger., providing enough blankets for everyone, focussed lighting when others are sleeping..focused lighting were too bright
