The receptionist must be more supportive. I asked for waving the deposit but they didn’t accept. I asked them to reduce but wasn’t accepted.

The location was great
Between the constant noise of the city, construction below the rooms and the extremely loud air conditioning/ heating it is impossible to sleep. Even after a room change to level 18 it is still so loud. With so much to see in NYC it is exhausting when you don’t get sleep it has taken the enjoyment away.

The grab and go breakfast was brilliant. All staff super friendly and helpful. In a good location in minutes of everything
Unfortunately our room did not look like the pictures. It was very dark and dated. It also had a lot of wear and tear e.g crack in the toilet and wallpaper lifting. There was a lot of noise coming from the hall which would frequently wake us up.

The location is very nice. The bed was comfortable. towels and bath robes are white and clean. The grab and go breakfast was nice.
We stayed in Signature Suite. The sofa is the living room wasn't good enough to sleep on, The staff was not very welcoming. The first day of my stay I had to visit reception desk three times asking them to make the sofa bed, as they had to prepare it before our arrival. The staff explained me that there are many rooms they have to serve. I think it is not my problem at all. We stayed there for 5 days and every day I had to remind them that there were three of all and we needed 3 bath robes, three bottles of water and etc. As well you have to pay 1 dollar per suitcase to keep it in storage room. I think room needs a little extra cleaning. You can open a window even a bit, so there is no fresh air in the room. The air conditioning in the room was noisy and didn't work properly. The bathroom had slight drain smell.

Perfect location for my Broadway loving self. The elevators were speedy and the grab n go breakfast was great. Especially saved me from buying water
The long lines for check in. It took me 45 minutes to check in at 530pm. They couldn’t help it though. My aircon was rattling intermittently

Everything was perfect! Bed, linens, the terrace! Loved the fact that the room included 4 luggage racks, 4 hooks in the bathroom, all sides of the bed had bedside nightstands with outlets! It exceeded our expectations!

The location was fantastic! The rooms were large and they were clean. I like that there was a grab and go breakfast included. It was a very nice place.
The bathroom was very very small. There was no fan in the bathroom. We had to go buy air freshener.

Maybe, the bathroom of the room, some facilities inside are bad located, for example: the light interruptor, and the toilet paper. You could take care about this little details.
