The location was perfect. We were steps away from multiple theaters and restaurants. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our suite was amazing. We had the best meals at Bond 45 and Friedmans. We plan to return next year!
Our only request would be to find a way to position the refrigerator in the suite so that it could be opened when the fold out bed was being used. We had to get my daughter out of bed and then fold the bed to open the refrigerator.

I liked how close this was to everything, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful.
The opaque doors for the bathrooms in the room (renovated room)- you can see right through them and we had several teens with us. The water in the showers did not get hot every time, some of us took cold showers. The noise level (right in the middle of time square so it was expected). Also the lines waiting for the elevators could be long.

Location just a stone's throw from Times Square
Pull out bed was not very comfortable, and the room was tired and old-looking - in need of a refurb. The air conditioning unit in the room sounded like a jet engine.

The hotel has an amazing location, very close to times square.
The breakfast. All options are bad. The best one is Friedman's, but you need to pay $6.5 per person... NYC is crazy, never saw a hotel with no breakfast for the price I paid per day.

Great Location. Right in Times Square walking distance to everything shops, restaurants and subways. I imagine we got a newly renovated room. Rooms were spacious bed was very comfortable and bathroom was nice. Rooms had everything you would need.
It was extremely noisy at night. Even with windows closed you could still hear the cars beeping and works being carried out at nighttime
