Awesome staff all around. The location is incredible, and the beds are always comfortable. I love having breakfast coupons for Carve down the street.
On the lower levels, you do get some street noise. The heating was a little erratic and hard to adjust.

The staff was not pleasant and did not treat us kindly. The rooms were peeling, very old, and cramped. There was barely any space.

The location to the theater district was perfect. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
I thought the service fee was a bit high for what we used. A breakfast sandwich and water.

Fantastic location, cleaner took great care to ensure the room was extremely clean everyday. Room layout was good, two big sized beds for a family of four.
A little noisy but you're in the heart of time square so I can deal with that!

Location was great, half a block off Times Square. Staff was very helpful; I appreciate the security people who were checking that only hotel guests could take the elevators to the rooms. The grab and go breakfast was very good and very convenient. I loved the decor in the lobby area.
We had a queen room and it is definitely on the small side. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you are used to more space it probably best to get a king room.

Best location if you are in town for theater! The maid service was thorough and very pleasant! The grab and go breakfast was tasty!
The “suite” was SO TINY that I could barely fully open my suitcase!! On our first evening, I went downstairs at 10pm to request an extra blanket, I called the front desk again at 10:30 and again at 11. Someone finally brought it to the room at 11:30.
