Wonderful
I was traveling with my adult daughter. We both like a separate room for a little privacy and our sleeping habits are different. I was unable to get the family room which I have had before but the living room with sofa bed worked well. The cleaning staff were very nice and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
My first night I arrived late due to flight delays. I was very tired with two rollers and a purse after checking in at the front desk. There was no one else in the lobby area. I went to go to the elevators and the man by the elevators would not stop until I got the key pack back out of my purse when clearly I just checked in. I understand wanting to make sure non-guests go into the elevators but it was a little munch when he saw me walk in with luggage and go to the front desk and then come to the elevators.

Convenient location
Way too busy and impersonal with constant asking for proof of stay. Plus I booked 2 rooms and was made to pay $1600 for a third room. Plus I don’t believe I have my deposit back from the hotel. It was taken immediately but return is a different situation.

We enjoyed our room on the 17th floor with a balcony. It was a clean and very comfortable space for my family of 4. The staff there was so kind and helpful. The location was perfect for our stay. Grab and go breakfast options were amazing. Would definitely stay here again!

Right in the middle of the Theater District and steps from Times Square, we were able to easily walk to most of our outings. The staff went above and beyond and the amenities offered - discounted food, wine nights, NYC information - was so valuable. We will definitely stay here again.

Very central location to Times Square Historical hotel
Room was quite dirty and dusty. Upgraded to a bigger room and so glad we did, as that was small, it made me claustrophobic. Windows didn't open and view was a brick wall opposite another rooms window, therefore blind was continously shut for privacy. Requested a kettle for the room that didn't arrive so had to request again. No fridge in room.

a lot of fast elevators
Very rude employees for the most part. Mold on the bathroom tile. No mini fridge in room. No Coffee pot. Booking says breakfast included, but the only free breakfast is a dried out breakfast sandwich, bagels, sweet roll, coffee, tea, and juice. Eggs and potatoes and one piece of toast was offered for $6.50. Not the quality for the price. I have stayed elsewhere for less money and better breakfast included, and good location. Definitely the staff was a lot more friendlier at other locations.
