Very comfortable bedding, grab&go breakfast at Carvés was delicious.
Great location right next to Times Square

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Cleanliness, hotel was not clean at all, the bathroom was super dirty, the whole room smelled so bad , but the most important thing is no hygiene , you cant even take a shower because the tub was all yellow and disgusting

Location is great for a Theater Trip. The suite was perect size for 3 people. (one of us snores, so the ability to close the door between the bedroom and living room sofa bed was perfect.
It's not a dislike, however, the room was very warm. That is funny, since it was cold outside, but we had to turn on the A/C to keep the room below 75 degrees. Even turnign the units off, the room stayed at 75.

The room was too cold and the thermostat would not allow for the heat to be turned up past 68 degrees.

Room was in need of an upgrade, no bedside table, bathroom very small. Too noisy at night to get any sleep

Was a perfect stay for a girl's trip with my mom and aunt. Room was basic, a few "older" looking things (ie-paint, spot on wallpaper, mirror needs replaced) but we weren't in the room much because we were out exploring.

Great on the go breakfast sandwiches
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Can't think of anything major, just a little decor/update on items like mirror, sloppy paint in areas.
