Fantastic location right in the heart of New York, in Times Square. Our room was quite noisy, but that can sometimes be expected when choosing location as the top priority.
The hotel itself may benefit from a renovation in the coming years, as some areas feel a little dated. The grab-and-go breakfast was very basic but served its purpose.
Overall, it was a good stay and a convenient choice for exploring the city, just not an exceptional one.

The location was excellent, so easy to get to theatres and many sights on foot. The hotel had a lovely jazz age feel to it and decor. The rooms were a bit tired, drawers that were not stable and the bathroom was old. Apart from that the room was very comfortable, comfy beds. Staff were all really helpful.

Staff were very helpful and supportive. I really mean all the staff you just could not fault anyone's ability to make your day a better place. Location is excellent for being in the middle of Times Square. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
The main bedroom and the bathroom especially was very very small. Which in light of the price per night excluding a decent cook breakfast was not what I expected. At £305 a night I expected a lot more for my money. baring in mind this did not include a cooked breakfast just some grab and go options if you selected this option. They had no eating restaurant that was for hotel guests only. Both eating facilities were separate businesses integrated within the hotel that also catered for external customers.

the location is very good and central
The hotel needs significant improvements.
First, they should pay much more attention to cleanliness. Second, the air conditioner in our room had several problems. It was leaking from the ceiling, and it could not be turned off using the control panel. The only way to stop it was to disconnect it from the electricity. When we asked for a solution, instead of fixing the problem, the staff simply brought us towels to place on the carpet to absorb the water.
The hair dryer was also extremely dirty, to the point that it was unpleasant to even touch it.
When we checked out, our flight was in the afternoon, so we decided to leave our luggage in the hotel's luggage room. We were surprised that the hotel charged us for every single item, including our coats as well as our bags.
The grab-and-go breakfast was the worst breakfast experience I have ever had. It was very disappointing and far below what I expected from a hotel.
Finally, there are many small improvements that could make a big difference. For example, the hotel should provide a luggage scale for guests. In my case, I asked to borrow the handheld luggage scale so I could redistribute the weight between my bags. Instead, I was told to bring all four of my bags down to the lobby, which was very difficult and inconvenient.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I believe the hotel has many areas that need improvement.

The location was only half a block away from Times Square and backed onto Broadway, you cannot possibly get a better location. Our room was a decent size and our beds were comfortable.
Nothing whatsoever! The hotel even organized drinks and entertainment downstairs for quests. The security was strict enough that we felt safe in and around this gorgeous hotel.

Although I booked Suite room and paid for it in advance on booking.com, but they gave me a normal room, saying they do not have it available, since I arrived New york at 9 PM, I had no other choice accept the normal room at price of suite room
Terrible customer service, staff trying to be too rude, because they downgraded me to regular room, and they did not like when I questioned them, the only answer was to talk to booking.com, as you have not booked directly with us

Our Ac wasn’t working in our room BUT they brought a whole new unit in and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. The only thing I have to say is the hallways was a lil too warm but who stays in the hallway anyway
