The staff are very friendly and helpful which made me stay easier. But the facilities are very poor - usb sockets broken and unusable, air-con emitting foul smell and causing health concerns. The bed sinks on one side making every sleep an mountaineering adventure.

Beds not comfortable not enough outlets for charging devices mold on the bathroom. More like a youth hostel instead of a hotel. The lobby was dingy and need of a major refresh

Bed was comfortable, staff at front desk friendly. The man at the Front entrance very nice and helpful.
Room very small no luggage room, tiny bathroom, had to pay for early checkin considering room was already available.

I loved the location, the security around the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. And the security was great.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and didn't like there was no mini fridge . Also, front desk employees could have been nicer .

The location was excellent, right next to times square and also with easy access to other areas. Getting a taxi was easy.
The room was located at the back of the building. I got no help with the luggage either when i arrived or when I left and I had 4 suitcases - it would have been nice to have some assistance. Breakfast was very limited and although included still cost me $6.50 plus tax which was a surprise. The bed was too soft and made for an uncomfortable sleep. The AC unit was as load as a jet engine and took a lot of getting used to when sleeping.

I think that for the kind of room that I had, which is a family suite with 2 bed rooms we should have 2 toilets and not just one that is located in one of the bedrooms.

The first room we were put in was very noisy with the big fan at the rear , we went straight down after checking in to be we could only be moved the next day. When move to a higher floor the new room was also at the back but the air conditioning was much loader than the first night would not recommend any body to stay there with sensitive hearing
