Fantastic location and close to Times Square, which is a great place to set yourself during a visit.
The heater in the room was incredibly noisy and would wake my partner and I about 5 times a night. You couldn’t adjust the thermostat. When it would automatically trigger it would blow cold then hot air direct on the person on that side of the bed. No bar fridge in room to keep drinks or milk cold. They also turned the water off on a Sunday night at 10pm and didn’t turn it back on until 7am. Bad if you wanted to leave early. Only communication abt the water situation was a note in the lift. Nothing said direct to guests.

The activities that were going on in the hotel- wine happy hour, comedy show, etc. The breakfast vouchers are very helpful because the food is expensive. The beds were very comfortable.
First, the heating and air were not working in our room. The first night, it was either really hot or really cold in the room. The next day, we told you all and you sent someone up to look at it. As a result of their visit (I am not sure what they did), all night, the air and heat alternated by cutting on and off. Then 2 times in the middle of the night, the machine was just banging, and we couldn't stop it. We did not sleep well either night. I tried to address it with management Sunday morning, and the man I spoke to just said, "I'm sorry," and stared at me. It was my understanding that we were supposed to have a coffee machine in our room and I had to call 4 times to get the machine and the appropriate number of pods for us.

The hotel itself offers very good facilities, comfortable rooms, and a nice, well-organized breakfast that gives you a great start to the day. However, what truly makes this hotel special is its staff. Everyone is professional, friendly, and always ready to help.
A very special thank you goes to Sabaheta, who truly made our stay unforgettable. Her service was outstanding—she was always incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. From the very first day, she made us feel at home with her positive energy and genuine care.
