Our room was absolutely freezing, in room temperature control didn’t seem to work, and was next to a large generator or something outside so constantly noisy. The room itself was also old and dated.

Location to the theater was excellent! We ate at the attached restaurant (Bond 45) then walked across the street to see Hamilton. Perfect location on a cold night!
The shower in the bathroom would have benefited from a glass partition to keep water away from toilet

Great location in the theater district! Concierge was very helpful. The room was very dark with no overhead lighting.
Check in was a mess! Long lines.. people were all over waiting! Took too long. No room service. Wanted to take a drink from the Rum bar that opened into the hotel, but it was not allowed because "it's not part of the hotel." Still not sure about check out. I asked for an itemized receipt and was told it would be emailed. Still have not gotten it. Bathroom was tiny!!!! Not sure i would stay again.

Location is very convenient and not too noisy, at least on the 20th floor where we had our room. Breakfast was quite good. Room and bathroom were clean.
A bit too expensive for what you get! Staff was professional but a bit cold.

The location can’t be beat! The staff is amazing. The beds were comfortable.
The heater was broken and the answer was a space heater. The bathroom is incredibly small. The window blind were broken.

The location was perfect for our stay. Ate at both the restaurants in the hotel and liked the grab and go breakfast! All the staff were very nice and helpful if we had questions.
