The location was exactly what we needed for going to the Broadway shows that we had booked. And we loved having the restaurant options in the hotel. And after we told the front desk we had a long day getting to the city, we were offered early check-in, which we took advantage of.
We didn't have the robes in our room.

The location.
The staff was pretty rude. Felt like a criminal every time we walked in the lobby because they demanded a key if you were in various parts of the lobby. When we were checking in, they wouldn’t even let us sit down until we had a room key. Was very unwelcoming.
