Loved the location and the clean modern vibe. Small hotel, has everything you need for a stay in Manhattan at an excellent price point. Also, the staff are beyond friendly! Beyond helpful! 5 star service and attitude!! Asked for extra toilet paper, plastic bag for my laundry. It arrived in 10min and always a YES reply.
Will book this hotel again.

central location, free laundry machine and free coffee machine and lounge area on 27th floor
one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in due to slamming doors and loud voices all day and night (could be alleviated if the hotel invested in soft door closers); avoid staying on 3rd floor - door slamming and shouting is relentless due to the communal gym; banana shaped bed mattress made for a terrible sleep

The value - comfort of the room (and bed), location and price - was unbeatable.
The gym was a disappointingly dank and unwelcoming space. And some complimentary coffee capsules in the room would have been a welcome touch,

The room was very comfortable--great bed and pillows--and I had a great view. The rooftop coffee bar was a wonderful start to my day. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Being so close to Grand Central station was very convenient for exploring Manhattan.
Some of the charging ports didn't work at all, and the one that worked had a spotty connection.
