The room was very comfortable--great bed and pillows--and I had a great view. The rooftop coffee bar was a wonderful start to my day. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Being so close to Grand Central station was very convenient for exploring Manhattan.
Some of the charging ports didn't work at all, and the one that worked had a spotty connection.

The location was great and the staff were excellent.
The room shown on the website was not the same as the one we received. The air conditioning was very noisy, and the window did not seal, so the city noise was loud.

Neat, clean, and centrally located near Grand Central Station. Water station on each floor was much appreciated.
Need a couple of hooks in the bathroom to hang bath towels. The hooks are inside the room.

Very friendly staff, great location minutes away from Grand central station. Very clean and free drinkable water always available. A lot of places to go eat nearby.
Booked a room for 3 people, got king sized bed and an armchair that unfolds into a single bed which was very comfortable but a bit narrow. It was fine for us, but could be a problem for a larger person.

The hotel boutique is nice as far as for affordability goes.. The location is smack in the middle of everything. Time square, Broadway, and much more. And staff is nice and accommodating.

The hotel has a shared facility at the top floor with free coffee and tea. This is exactly what was needed after long day walking around the city! The room was good for two people.
You can hear neighbours open their room doors very well. Another night a weird dripping sound in the room woke me up at night, I couldn’t find a source to fix it, perhaps it was AC or heating.
