The room was nice and clean, also it is super close to Grand Central stations, walking distance to 5th avenue, and lots of good diner in neighbourhood.

Very Good
Very comfortable room overall, love the nespresso machine, good hot water, nice linens and towels. Appreciate the coffee machine on the top floor and refillable water bottles on every floor. Excellent, friendly staff.
As a single woman traveling alone, I would feel much safer if there were a secondary lock/chain on the door. Also there was no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower except for the floor. A proper lobby/meeting space for friends would be helpful also.
