I’m don’t usually submit reviews but this was an awesome stay. Not only the location is amazing (walking distance to a lot of NY tourist attractions), but the staff was so great, polite, great energy! They also let us check in two hours earlier. The room and bathroom were super clean and the bed was really comfortable. There was a water dispenser right next to the room and a Nespresso coffee machine inside the room. Will definitely stay here again!

Clean, close to Grand Central, and the staff was kind and helpful.
No restaurant in there or breakfast. The payment methods. They don’t accept cash and some cards. The bill must be paid in full in one card. We can’t split it. Need more socket power .

rooms are small but adequate if just in room to sleep. beds comfy. extra blanket delivered promptly. shower water hot and good flow which is most important. And the price is excellent given Manhattan;s high hotel rates. One get's one's money worth. No frills, no extras but clean and convenient.

The location.
No food service. When we registered for this hotel, and right up to the time we arrived, there was to be a restaurant and drinks served on the outdoor terrace.

I really enjoyed my experience with this hotel. Unlimited free water bottles; good wifi; Nespresso machine with free capsules in the room. Staff was very welcoming; the room was spacious, had a table for eating, very comfortable bed and pillows, huge TV that was easily connectable with my devices. Shower was also great: water pressure, adjustable showerhead, good quality shampoo and soap.
Light comes in from beneath the door; lightweight shower curtain not ideal.

Complementary coffee and tea on the 27th floor was great and the staff was very nice
The room was very clean
The shower was lovely with good water pressure and water was very warm
Location is great, underground and Grand Central nearby and convenient.
The bed was worn out or broken or unbalanced, and too fluffy somehow uncomfortable
Elevators are rather busy especially because cleaning staff use them.

The location was fine.
Our room was not cleaned or made up until 6 pm on our second day. The elevators were too busy, housekeepers were too noisy, the phone in the room did not work properly.
