The shared space up on the 27th floor with great views, free coffee and both an inside and outside area. Location is incredible. Perfect spot for solo travellers.

Great location, abt 20 minutes walk from main attractions. Round the corner from Grand Central Station, great for Subway & mainline connections
Great views from the rooftop. Free tea & coffee. Free bottles water, which was great.
Fabulous comfy bed & the best pillows we have ever had in any hotel around the world, wanted tk bring them home
The room should be refreshed daily which is what the room card said however on 1 occasion it wasn't had to ask for fresh towels, which we did get. The next day no towels hadn't been left when room had been made.

Very efficient and helpful staff. Loved the coffee lounge and outdoor seating area on the top level.
Room comfortable and well equipped.exremely well located, just steps from Grand Central Station with lots of little eateries and grocery shops near by.
Would have liked a kettle in the room as coffee maker only made very small cups of tea for first thing in the morning.
