What a pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be. I travel extensively and have stayed in hotels across very different price ranges all over the world, so I have a pretty good sense of what represents good value. This place absolutely does.
The hotel is spotless, comfortable and very well looked after. Everyone I interacted with was warm, polite and genuinely helpful. The Club Lounge was one of my favourite features. Having coffee, tea and water available throughout the day sounds like a small thing, but it makes such a difference. There is also a beautiful terrace with a fantastic view, which became another favourite spot of mine.
The room was modern, thoughtfully equipped and had everything I needed. The location is also hard to beat.
One teeny tiny thing, and this is purely personal preference, I prefer a firmer mattress. The bed was still very comfortable, just not quite my personal ten out of ten.
I have already recommended it to friends, and I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in New York.

The location was close to the subway station which made it easy to move around the city quickly and easily. A few nice coffee shops and chain restaurants also make getting a quick bite to eat easy. 24/7 reception was appreciated as our flight landed in NYC at 1:00am.
The room was very hot and despite having a temperature control in the room, we were unable to change the thermostat. It made it very warm during the night and difficult to sleep. Using the elevators was frustrating as there were only three for the hotel and staff informed my partner that one was exclusively a service elevator despite it arriving at our floor when requested. There was not a proper door between the bedroom area and bathroom so minimal available privacy.

Friendly staff, cleaning done properly on time everyday . Great location and a hidden ge . Area is full of nice restaurants and take outs. Bring them and enjoy in their 27th floor . They have water dispensers on each floor , very handy to fill your requirements and amenities..
Gym. It needs a cleanup and possibly a revamp.
