We loved the room, it was perfect for one night, the bed was so comfortable. We met the staff upon check-in and they were so friendly and accommodating. Mark, the gentleman that checked us in, made sure we got to the airport safely, we were running late, and he got us there very quickly. We were able to walk everywhere and to the subway, it was a fair distance from everything.

This is officially my favorite place to stay in NY. The bedding is super comfortable and I slept like a log. My very roomy room had a mini fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine which is unusual for a hotel at this price point in NY and saved me from having to spend so much money eating out. I love the corner booth/work table in the room, the refillable water bottle station and toiletry closet on every floor. I forgot to pack the most basic things and was able to just grab them from their complimentary closet. The full size, good B&B products in the bathroom was a bonus. The staff is super nice and accommodating. The convenience of being next to Grand Central is also perfect for my reasons to come to the city.

The bed was large and very comfortable, and the pillows were firm. The bathroom was right sized for the room, with a shower head that was adjustable vertically, which I prefer. Huge big screen TV in the center of the room. Added plus was a Nespresso coffee machine.

Our room over looked the Chrysler building, which I was not expecting, we fell asleep using the city as our night light. It was a wonderful time! We had 2 days to spend in the city we lived in for 12 years (we moved 4 year ago) and this central location was everything!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Every single one, even just chatting in the elevator. The staff there are the biggest asset to your hotel.
Our room was larger than expected, always a pleasant surprise in NYC!
We appreciated the coffee machine in the lounge area and the water refill stations on each floor were a nice perk as well. We LOVED the rooftop terrace and spent time there each evening.
Location right by Grand Central was also convenient.
Surprisingly, I have no negative comments or saw any room for improvement. Keep up the good work!

The room itself was a great size on a high floor with enough room for all of our bags. The microwave and fridge was also a great addition for the nights when you didn’t want to tackle the busy NY streets. The staff were always very friendly and offered suggestions for good food and coffee nearby.
The lifts were very slow and busy, particularly when everyone is attempting to check in at the same time.

This location is perfect to be just away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to Times Square or grab a subway anywhere.
The staff was great! They checked in via text regularly.
Coffee on the top floor and in room were perfect to start day.
The hotel offers free refillable water bottles on each floor along with filtered water to fill and refill the bottles.
For anyone staying any length of time, they offer free washer/dryer and even provide laundry soap.
Only downside was the glass on the 27th floor was not clear enough to take picture at night of the iconic Chrysler Building.
