Breakfast Included is only true if you are willing to stand in line 30+ minutes at the pastry shop attached to the hotel lobby. Very inefficient!

location was best factor. Room size, furniture comfort, and cleanliness were excellent.
There were only two rather small working elevators, which made for long waits at times. Breakfast wait was quite long. The facilities fee/service charge was higher than you had estimated.

Location and room/size met our purposes. Easy to come and go in Manhattan by walking and by subway.
Highly unexpected, but cleaning forgotten twice (out of three). Also paid for breakfast, but it ment vouchers for a small and nice independent bakery. Bakery was busy and offered no seating nor vegan options.

close to food, shops and venues. lobby and staff were outstanding. very clean and comfortable. includes breakfast coupons to the authentic french bakery in the lobby.
bathroom in room was awkward in all regards. sink water pressure was overwhelming at the slightest touch. shower pressure was outstanding, but temperature control was difficult. Impossible to turn on the shower without being in the shower.

Location was excellent, the staff were lovely and New York was a buzz as usual.
Very close to Central Park and a number of subway stations only minutes away to bring you wherever you need to get to in NYC.
I hope we're back sometime soon.
Really pleased with our room initially, good size, clean, comfortable and looking out over Broadway. We were delighted.
Unfortunately though, due to the fact it was a connecting room, we could actually hear everything that went on next door, including full on conversations etc etc.
It didn't seem to bother the 3 German lads that were our neighbours for a few days/ nights and if ye are reading this, ye can't sing.. I suppose you hope everyone shows the same respect for whomever is next door, as you try to have yourself.
Not really a hotel problem in that respect, although maybe they should inform guests in these rooms that there is just a door connecting the 2 rooms.
We were on the go all the time so it was just a small inconvenience.
Also, there seemed to be some work going on in the lobby area and one of the lifts was out of action for the duration of our stay, which meant taking the stairs to the 6th floor at busier times.. Good for the heart health all the same and this minor imposition has most likely been rectified by now.
