Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and professional. We love location. We spent there Christmas time and it felt like to be home.
Bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. TV was old, no Netflix or other streaming service.

Our room was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff helped fix a dripping tub faucet in a matter of minutes. Everyone was so helpful and the cheesecake next door was amazing. Will stay here again
The access from the street where someone could just walk in and go up the elevator. I’m traveling three women. Although we had double bolts and staff seemed there around the clock. It could be safer.

Great location and friendly staff! We loved our room, it was quiet and spacious and had beautiful decor. The beds are so comfy — we slept great. We stayed in a suite in the 23rd floor with a great view of the city. Oh, and our 7-year old loved the stuffed bear she was gifted upon arrival,

Best location ever! We walked to Central Park, Riverside Park and Lincoln Center, and the subway stop is an express one, so it's only 2 stops to Penn Station. Huge supermarket across the street, Trader Joe's down the block, great places for takeout nearby. Queen Suite was perfect for our family of 4. We could make our own breakfast at the kitchenette (there was even a toaster! As well as a coffee machine with pods, a kettle, stove, microwave and big fridge). The table was great for eating meals and playing games or watching TV in the evening. Sofa bed was super easy to use (but mattress very firm) and pack away, table rolled out of the way easily. Staff helpful, checkout at 12 very fair, nice open sunny view out the windows, which you could tilt open. Great shower, too. We can't wait to stay there again.
The internet was sometimes weak, but generally okay. The beds only have a blanket, not a comforter, so it was too cold to sleep with a window open in winter, if you like to.
