The location was great for visiting museums. The room was clean.
We wished that streaming was available on the tv. They had on demand, but it would have been nice to have Netflix.

The location is fantastic. Love the fact that the rooms have kitchenettes. If you're there with family or for an extended stay, you can hop across the street to Fairway and get provisions to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
The lighting in the rooms is a bit dim.

My room was on one of the recently renovated floors (23), and it was beautiful, modern, and spacious. I don't know what the not-yet-renovated rooms look like, but judging by glimpses I got of the hallways on those floors, they must be dated.
The gym in the basement had basic cardio machines and one pulley weight system, but I would have preferred dumbells. Also, there was a really awful high pitched sound in the gym which made me want to leave immediately.
