the kitchenette was wonderful
the room was most comfortable
the location was fantastic:: the diner/cafe next door was so convenient for breakfast and lunch and we were walking distance to Lincoln Center which is why we chose the Beacon

The hotel , location and staff were all brilliant
So glad we stayed here and not in time square
Hotel is one block away from subway which is vital for trips
You can easily walk to Central Park and on to 5 av
The staff helped us countless times , made our first time in nyc effortless
We will be back same time next year : )
No complaints here , our stay was amazing , the hotel and staff played a big part in the experience

Great staff, good sized and well-decorated rooms (they look better in person than in the pictures, in fact), fast elevators with almost no wait time, and an excellent location in the upper west side with plenty of shops and restaurants, near transit and Central Park. Highly recommend. This is the best hotel I've stayed in in NYC in this price bracket.

The location was excellent - it was in a quieter part of the city and it was safe and clean. There is a great grocery store across the street and the kitchenette was great for making breakfast each day.
We did use the sofa bed and it was hard, but most are! It was small but great for four of us.

Very clean- even the windows from my room which overlooked Manhattan were sparkling. The location featured many memorable eateries. Took the subway & buses with ease. The staff did a great job doing their work. Thank you so much.

Location was great. Laundry facilities were handy.
We booked one bedroom with two beds ( suppose to fit two people per bed) - but the beds were tiny- more like a single bed. There was heaps of room to put in two queen beds - no idea why they had such tiny beds - we had to sleep on the couch. Also we had the concierge order a cab to take us to the airport however we were charged double through some sort of scam. Hopefully the hotel checks who they order cabs through in future!

The staff is so friendly and helpful at this hotel. We came for a dance Intensive at Steps on Broadway across the street. This hotel is perfect for families because of the kitchenette and the wonderful markets across the street. I think this is a good hotel for anyone visiting for the summer intensives at Steps. It is located very close to the 1,2,3 line, so you can easily get all over the city. The neighborhood is safe and clean for New York.
