The heat didn’t work in one room, but it was a steady 68° so that wasn’t a real issue. I told the front desk and they fixed it within 15min

Very close to the Beacon Theatre. Very quiet room. Has kitchenette. Convenient to have grocery store near by where you can pick up meals.

All the hotel staff were polite and helpful. The room was exemplary, as was the cleanliness. AC/heating was easily controllable, quality toiletries, tea and coffee supplies provided daily, fluffy white towels and plentiful hot water for baths. Rhe bed was do comfortable. We could not fault our stay. Oh, and that view? Spectacular!

We went to a show at the Beacon theater. Location could not have been more convenient! I wish I could remember the man at the front desk who helped us figure out how to use the subway, he was AMAZING!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
No valet parking. It was very difficult to find a garage that would park our Yukon.

Fun efficient quirky hotel. My room had a microwave/ fridge / tea kettle etc etc Great location. Very very friendly and accommodating staff. A++ Also next door to a diner and a Starbucks.

Great location, very close to the subway so easy to get around but also a lovely neighbourhood with lots of places to eat nearby and close to Central Park. The staff were excellent, the concierge in particular was extremely helpful!

I was surprised that our 3 night staff had such a different rate for the 3rd night. First 2 nights $468 per and 3rd night $1052. When I looked at your availability calendar $1052 is significantly higher than any other night in the month.
