I love the location, which is very close to the subway stop and Central Park, and only a shortish walk to Lincoln Center. There is also a good selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room is nice and spacious and clean, and it was great to have the kitchen facilities although I only used them to make tea and coffee.

Wonderful
Great location in the heart of Upper West Side, many shops, cafes and supermarkets close by, Subway two blocks away.
Beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and attentive.
Walls are a bit thin if you’re a light sleeper. The gym could have some weights in addition to the treadmill. Price/Value could be slightly better but that’s NY.

The staff and the location are great. I had a friend stay there before and they really liked the place. She was traveling with her young son and the kitchenette made a huge difference, as did Fairway market across the street. We were here for culture and were happy to be able to leave our car in front of the hotel for a small price... and they were not uptight about it at all. In general, the staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was large for NYC, though a bit pricey as with everything. It is not a "deal" but good value for NY prices.

Staff super nice, friendly, and efficient.
Location ideal. Upgraded to suite with great view!
No noise from Broadway.
Ability to open windows as heating made room very dry.
Couldn't get the Keurig to work properly but maybe that was my fault: very watery coffee

Location, big and clean room, view from the upper floor rooms, small kitchen to make breakfast and keep my fruits.
It doesn’t come cheap.

The location of this property is perfect and the views from our rooms were fantastic.
The rooms are dated and could use refurbishment. The kitchenette’s were ok…burner didn’t work in one of the rooms.

Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom was a little tight especially where the toilet was. A bit cramped.

The staff was incredibly nice - we could check into our room much earlier which allowed us to travel around NYC without luggage and they even gave us umbrellas for pouring rain when we were leaving even though they knew we would not be able to return them, the room and beds were very comfy, we had incredible view, great location - easy access to subway and close to Central Park and museums. Highly recommended.
