Choose a room on the north side of the building for a great view of the Empire State Bldg. Rooms on the East side looks over entrance to Williamsburg bridge. Noisy, congested and bright. Rooftop bar/restaurant has incredible views. Staff super helpful and polite.
I just didn't like the location. Far away from subway stops, lots of traffic, inconvenient.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great roof top view at sunset and sunset. Hotel offers some activities, like puppy yoga and walking tour of ChinaTown - whilst we didn't take up any as our stay was short, but we thought this was a nice touch. We were 3 adults in king room with bridge view and it was very comfortable.

This was such a good hotel. The staff are so friendly. The rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. Its actually pretty quiet for being in the city and such a busy area. The location is central for walking or biking to different areas. Breakfast was really good and there is a roof top bar/club at night. Honestly it was a fantastic hotel! I would go back.
Hotel distance to airport is also good.

We had an amazing room, we had a corner room with views of the city. We had excellent views of the Manhattan skyline from Chinatown. The room was spacious enough for 3 adults, the bathroom was able to manage toiletries for 3 women. The hotel staff was accommodating and gave us plenty of towels. The front staff was always happy and helpful. The locations was great for two subway connections to north Manhattan and to Brooklyn. Breakfast was great, the staff on the rooftop were friendly.
No fan in the bathroom.
