Wonderful
Nice, new, clean room with plenty of space and comfortable bed. Fantastic rooftop bar and also nice amenities on the 2nd floor with lounge and outdoor space. Right at Chinatown and close to Little Italy, Soho and walking distance to Wall Street.

Beautiful sunrise view from our window. Enjoyed the location for early morning walks through Chinatown and Little Italy, when all the vendors were setting up and area is coming alive with coffee shops, barbers, fish market...so cool to see!
I had to turn on the room fan because of the noise from bridge, etc.. but would still book the same room anyway, the view was priceless. Only suggestion would be to open part of rooftop for sunrise viewers.

Rooms are very comfortable especially for New York City standards. The shower is roomy and bathroom is nicely appointed. The staff is very friendly. In a very central location of Chinatown/Manhattan

Location was good, although limited places to have breakfast. Roof top bar is great, incredible views of NY and location is great.
Rooms were not very soundproof. A lot of road noise at night and I was on the 18th floor. Front desk staff weee a little cold.

Great location, in Chinatown. Easy check and checkout process. Very comfortable bed.
The bed was showing visible wear and tear. The walls could use some cleaning. Looks a little run down for a 4 start hotel.

We didn't realize breakfast was included and even though it required some thinking ahead (it's delivered from a local restaurant) it was fresh and good. This is a very nice place to stay for the price and location and size in NYC and the staff were very warm and helpful. Wonderful location for exploring Chinatown, and surrounding areas.
Wifi was not working well for us but we were barely in the room so it didn't matter much. Staff was attentive and if we had asked for more help with the wifi, I think they would have found a fix.

Everything went well, from check-in to check-out. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. They let us check-in 2 hours prior to our initial check-in time of 4 pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags in a secure location so that we could explore the city. It was freezing when we arrived to the hotel and they also informed us of level 2 where coffee, tea, etc. is served and that we could help ourselves to these amenities. We grabbed some hot cocoa and coffee to go which made exploring the city that much better. Our room exceeded our expectations - it was clean, very comfortable, and the views were so wonderful. We had a plumbing issue that was addressed right away. I have already told everyone about this experience and we have been asked for details of the hotel. We will certainly be back!
We did have a clogged toilet but it was fixed immediately and didn't impact our stay. There wasn't anything else that we would say we didn't like. It was a wonderful stay and we will certainly return!

The property is clean, updated and located centrally to many different neighborhoods and subways. Staff is professional and polite.
The bed linens are nice but the bed was not comfortable.

The service was outstanding! I arrived seven hours before check-in and was graciously offered an early check-in, by James if not mistaken, along with a room upgrade featuring a beautiful view at a minimum cost.This thoughtful gesture made my entire trip so much more enjoyable. I’ve stayed here twice now, and this hotel continues to be excellent in every way!

The room and the view.
Room was a nice size, view was fantastic, staff was very helpful. The Crown bar at the top has raggedy, furniture, and it's finishes are worn. The best part is the rooftop and the view.
