Great location, in Chinatown. Easy check and checkout process. Very comfortable bed.
The bed was showing visible wear and tear. The walls could use some cleaning. Looks a little run down for a 4 start hotel.

We didn't realize breakfast was included and even though it required some thinking ahead (it's delivered from a local restaurant) it was fresh and good. This is a very nice place to stay for the price and location and size in NYC and the staff were very warm and helpful. Wonderful location for exploring Chinatown, and surrounding areas.
Wifi was not working well for us but we were barely in the room so it didn't matter much. Staff was attentive and if we had asked for more help with the wifi, I think they would have found a fix.

Nice hotel and quite new. It was clean. It was nice since we didn’t have breakfast with the complimentary coffee and tea on the 2nd floor.
I would like to be more transparent about the extra fees that you have to pay at the hotel after your stay. We knew it because we have read it before but if you are a tourist and don’t know how the tax is working on the US it could be a surprise in the end.

Exceptional
Everything went well, from check-in to check-out. The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful. They let us check-in 2 hours prior to our initial check-in time of 4 pm. They also allowed us to leave our bags in a secure location so that we could explore the city. It was freezing when we arrived to the hotel and they also informed us of level 2 where coffee, tea, etc. is served and that we could help ourselves to these amenities. We grabbed some hot cocoa and coffee to go which made exploring the city that much better. Our room exceeded our expectations - it was clean, very comfortable, and the views were so wonderful. We had a plumbing issue that was addressed right away. I have already told everyone about this experience and we have been asked for details of the hotel. We will certainly be back!
We did have a clogged toilet but it was fixed immediately and didn't impact our stay. There wasn't anything else that we would say we didn't like. It was a wonderful stay and we will certainly return!
