Great location, close to Times square, Penn station is also not far, I definitely recomment this hotel for your stay in New York City.
Breakfast is good but not the greatest or maybe my standards are different from the NYC standard.

The room was very clean and got cleaned every day. Tv was great even had Netflix on it for the evenings when my son went to bed earlier than us. I was also given the opportunity to check in early being an honors member. Great location to everything we needed .
The room was on level 2 very close to reception so could hear people in the evenings and mornings congregating downstairs.

Breakfast was extremely busy every morning and chaotic. Issues finding space to eat. Lifts were slow too based on usage at peak times. Sofa bed mattress was poor. Homeless group camped out next door.

Staff was simply amazing. They were so prepared for any situation. First our flight from New York was late and they allowed us to stay till 1:00 pm. Then, due to bad storm our flight was cancelled and they managed to extend our stay for one more day and even rescheduled the transfer to airport. What else can you ask? Thank you so much for the best service!!! Room was super cleaned every day, breakfast was very good.

Around the area of the hotel there were too many people on drugs. It was uncomfortable and it felt a little bit unsafe.

The rest of the staff were truly awful. So rude, and we had to ask multiple times for simple things (like having the correct amount of beds in the room). They had to change our room mid way through the stay because they agreed the bed was in such bad condition it should not be slept upon for multiple nights.
Aside from that, breakfast was too busy to find a table and somewhat poor quality, but nothing too bad and the rooms were relatively clean.

Excellent location, a stone's throw from Madison Square Garden and 10 minutes from Times Square, staff always available and smiling, ready to accommodate our requests. The room was very comfortable for us (3 people).
It would be better to have a few more seats and and a few more variations on the breakfast

Comfortable room, clean place, courteous reception staff and good breakfast arrangements. Very close to several good eating places and tourist attractions.
The location is such that it takes a long time to get and in and out! Traffic, signals and one-way streets make it tough!

Surprisingly quiet for where it was. Lobby, eating area, upper deck and outside areas were very nice.
