Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!

Everything was great!
Location was perfect: just 10 minutes walk to Times Square.
Breakfasts were good: a good variety of hot and cold options. The hot options changed daily.
The rooms were clean, the kitchen had everything you need: especially good if you are traveling with small kids.
We also really appreciated a 24-hour complimentary coffee station on the ground floor: there was not just coffee, but also a selection of tea and hot chocolate. Perfect after a long day of walking.
Having access to the free 24-hour business center was great! One of the family members needed to work in a different time zone, and this business center was perfect for that.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location near Penn Station and a bus station, with easy access to New Jersey, the airports, and other parts of New York City. There were plenty of dining options within walking distance, and Broadway theaters were also easy to reach on foot. The hotel felt cozy, and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was tasty and offered a good variety of options.
Overall, my stay was very good, but the cleanliness could have been improved. The floor was slightly dirty when I arrived, I found a hairpin that appeared to have been left by previous guests, and I occasionally noticed some hair on the clean towels

The location was excellent, very close to Times Square, the room was spotlessly clean, large enough and had everything you needed. The hotel was very quiet, I personally never heard any noise. The breakfast was excellent and very well prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast area. I was very pleased and definitely if I went to New York again I would stay at the same hotel again.

We spent there 14 days, in a nice room, clean and well equipped, beds with good mattress, very cozy (oversized studio with 2 queen beds). Great location in the middle of Manhattan. Rich breakfast when every day it was different (eggs, bacon, pancakes, bread, fruit etc) + every Wednesday afternoon some snacks and soup for free in the lobby. A laundry room and a gym in the basement. We absolutely recommend.

good location, closed to NYC pen station for direct train from the airport. Cosy but comfort room. Coffee, tea and chocolate are provided 24 hours at reception hall. Excellent staff.
