Large room - big enough for 3 adults, fridge and kitchenette. Lobby and seating space, gym.

It was located within walking distance of a lot of NYC sites. Easy access to the subway. Clean and well-maintained inside and the room was a good size for Manhattan. Free breakfast.
Could’ve used slightly heavier blankets on the bed.
Next door to the hotel, There are a few uninhabited buildings with scaffolding outside. During our stay, a handful of homeless folks were loitering about the area at all hours using it for shelter and recreational drug use (meth/crack). I’m not sure that the hotel can do much about it because it wasn’t happening in front of the hotel and the unhoused people have nowhere else to go… not sure that involving the police would help.
The presence of unhoused people wasn’t a huge problem for me because I’m a medical provider and used to interacting with them. But my kids insisted on avoiding the area because on one occasion one of the guys wasn’t looking where he was going, ran into me, and nearly knocked me over.

Location was close to attractions. Very easy to get an Uber. Staff was friendly. Facilities was clean. Best part was every other day maid service. Late-check out to 1 PM was the added value. It was much appreciated as well.
The only downside was the homeless close to the building. It did look like some were drug users. That was the only draw-back for this location. I would still stay here again though.

The walk from the corner to the hotel is very frightening due to the large population of homeless on the sidewalk. Our final night there we had to walk in the street.

Very nice, clean and adequate accommodations. Glad to use the washer and dryer, although 2 of 3 dryers were down. Exercise room looked nice, but I got my exercise getting in triple the amount of steps I usually get in! Breakfast was very good, lots of options for any taste or preference. It is a busy hotel, but it was not hard to get seated. I felt very safe and well attended to by the staff. Great team, all around.
Environs (completely outside the control of the hotel), had homeless and drug users, but this is par for a good part of the city.

Great location! We were able to walk to all the theatres, Times Square, and Hudson Yards. Near subway stations and Penn Station for when we wanted to go farther.
Wonderful free breakfast with large variety. Kitchen with full fridge in unit.

Exceptional Service and Comfortable Stay: Location excellent, Times Square, Empire State Building at walking distance , Breakfast was very nice, staffs are very helpful, room was very good, kitchen nice ,
I stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton New York/Midtown Manhattan Times Square-South for 6 Nights, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located, clean, and offers excellent amenities, but what stood out the most was the outstanding hospitality.
A special thanks to Ms. RAHIMA AFROZA, the manager, who went above and beyond to make my extended stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and consistent care made a big difference. Whether it was attending to requests or ensuring a smooth experience, her presence was reassuring throughout.
Highly recommended for both short and long stays in NYC. Will definitely return!

Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent and helpful staff. Breakfast typical, some variety, mainly fruit salad, eggs in different forms, and white bread. The hotel's location is excellent. Nice gym!
Breakfast was often crowded and finding a seat was challenging.
