Wonderful
Location was very good, you have a lot of shops and subway stations near it. They were very helpful with what we needed, they also provided a small fridge when we asked if I could use one.
The room was very very small, we travel with a baby and was a little hard to stay there during the day. We knew that they have small rooms, but we didn't imagine that would be that small. So keep in mind that if you travel with a kid rise the budget and book a bigger room. Another thing that we didn't like was the door, sometimes I think that in US the doors are only to not see outside, not to isolate the noise. You could hear everything through it, all the guests. At the beginning of our stay we thought that someone was trying to enter in our room, actually was the guest from next door that was entering his room.

They don’t return the security deposit. It’s been already 15 days since we did the checkout and my deposit is still not there. They claim that it takes 7-10 business days to process is but it’s been already more days. Very unprofessional. Other hotels return the deposit right after check out.

Location was great. Clean. Comfy beds. Very friendly staff
One night we had some issues with our tv and AC. Perhaps electrical, but it worked itself out.

Location and view of new world trade centre from our room. Comfortable bed. Communal ice machine and microwave.
No fridge or microwave. Not enough room for two suit cases. Breakfast was ordinary.
