The staff were flexible and understanding. I asked that I have NO housekeeping done during my stay and they complied. They were flexible about my friend/travel partner arriving later, halfway through my stay.
I asked for a quiet room, and expected the usual city noises, but my room was next to the housekeeping/janitor closet, so I awoke several times at night to clanging-banging noises. Also, the HVAC unit in the room was VERY rattley-noisey! It was like a truck engine running in the room!

Location and price. Our room was abit small but still adequate for our needs. Great hot shower. Discovered a coffee/bar at the back which looked really cool but didn’t get a chance to use it. Cute gift back with treats provided to us on arrival which was a lovely touch and great with a cup of tea.
The Lobby was abit underwhelming and messy. Might have been under construction.

Not very nice, very small room, cramped spaces. Poor value for the money. Fees were 25% of the nightly fee.
