Great location.
Check in/ check out waits. Only 1 elevator and always took forever. Our room was near the elevator and was very noisy, even late at bight. There also was no fridge in the room and small with little to no storage which was very disappointing as well.

Location was good, close to many things and a short walk from Penn station. Very clean rooms. Room cleaner does a great job
Staff were friendly enough but lack communication with each other. Had to explain things many times. I originally emailed and didn’t get a response back. Gym was very small, no floor space.

Location is good, as lot of places can be reached on foot. A couple of staff helpful at reception and kept our luggage.

the sink water was cloudy but it didnt smell.
the hot water goes fast but you need to turn on the sink so the water stays hot.
the bed was not the best it had like dents on it but i slept on it fine it bother me a bit but it was ok .

I requested 2 beds in May do a stay in late December for 3 people and was given a full size bed! I slept in the floor. We were told in the phone they could accommodate 2 beds. “ it shouldn’t be a problem”

I stayed at Holiday Inn Manhattan 6th Ave Chelsea in October and my security deposit has still not been refunded, despite multiple follow-ups.
We are now in December, and every time I contact the hotel, I receive the exact same generic response, with no concrete explanation, no timeline, and no refund processed.
This situation is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A security deposit is meant to be returned promptly after checkout, not held for months without justification. I have tried contacting the hotel directly through the official booking platform and by message, but nothing has changed.
I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious and to keep detailed records regarding deposits, as getting your money back appears to be unnecessarily complicated.
I am still waiting for my refund.

It was a clean comfortable room. The hotel was in a nice area.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected. You could not close the bathroom door unless you were sitting on the toilet--it could have been laid out better.
