It was a clean comfortable room. The hotel was in a nice area.
The room was a bit smaller than we expected. You could not close the bathroom door unless you were sitting on the toilet--it could have been laid out better.

Lovely dark rooms and lovely beds
Shower didn’t work , told staff , not resolved. Have had knee replacement so struggled. Couldn’t obtain extra coffee pods so we were limited to one cup a day or to share a tea

Staff was great, rooms were clean. Excellent location close to major subway routes to take you up or down town. Relatively safe area, I never felt unsafe leaving the hotel but someone who isn’t used to cities might feel unsafe.
We were told by the front desk that they had room service, and to our surprise when we tried to order it, we were told that they did not have room service
