I liked the room, and the view from it was nice. Room service handled everything well, and the beds were always a divine way to end the day.
There isn't anything specifically bad. The elevator was down, which was a major inconvenience. So I guess just repair your elevator and you've got a pretty perfect hotel.

The girl that checked us in and I wish we would have got her name was so kind and so sweet my granddaughter quickly called her friend!
Elevator when only one was working at check out time was challenging for sure took a while to get to the lobby

Convenient access to a lot of the areas we wanted to visit.
We booked the room for 4 to include breakfast but the vouchers were only valid for two people.
