I love coming here, I love the staff and everyone is amazing and the room doesn't disappoint <3
Seems like the check in is now 21+ but ive always been able to get in at 18+ so im not gonna be able to stay here anymore unfortunately, I dont understand why as a 19yr whose been to this hotel a crap ton already (since 2024), and has put so much money staying here just suddenly cant. When did the age restrictions change???

Due to my itinerary everything was in walking distance or close to a train station.
The bed was hard. And the $28 wasn’t worth it.

Our room was very clean and comfortable for a New York City hotel room! Definitely small, but I felt it was worth it for the price. The staff was SO nice! They helped us with directions and answered all my questions with ease.
I thought when I booked a “city view” room that I would be high enough to see more of the city. We were on the 19th floor and all we could see was the roof of the building across from us. It was fine - but I wish I wouldn’t have paid more for a view when there really wasn’t one…

I thought the location was great, services and staff were great.
Didn’t like the pillows and wish there was a mini fridge under desk. That is the only suggestions I have. Every thing else was great.

The staff was very friendly. And tried their best to a make us comfortable. That's all I can find to say that I liked about the facility. The location was convenient.
The bed was hard with a mattress that was on a metal slab. Every time you move or turn over the metal was flexing and making loud sounds. My body was sore from the hard bed. The hotel had no vacancy to change to a better room with 2 beds. The hotel has a lot to be desired. The room is 185sq feet. In the double room, the bed rested on the wall heater and AC. I had to stuff pillows on the AC vents to keep the air from blowing directly on the bed. Also, we had to step past the toilet very close to the tub to close the bathroom door. I have never experienced a hotel room that small. In the main lobby, there is no lounge area with chairs to relax or wait on your ride. Just a front desk. There are tables and chairs outside the building, but the weather was too hot to sit out during the day. Online the breakfast was posted at $20.00. But the hotel was charging $28.00. The staff never took into consideration what we stated was on the website. Never again for the money we paid per night. Such a disappointment.

Fraudsters?
29 (TWENTY NINE) attempts to charge money from a card that wasn't even added to the reservation. We tried to use it at check-in, but it didn't go through (or rather, they said it didn't). But (allegedly) the staff cloned it. 26 attempts to charge money from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. on the night of our departure. And today (two weeks later) there have been three more attempts. We have confirmation of each attempt to charge money without justification. We are already taking the necessary measures.
