great location in Chelsea, unfortuntlly really small rooms to the point it is almost impossible to open a suitcase.. and small beds that need to be conciderd in a family trip. comfy tho:)

Great location and close to everything near by, suited the need to stay extra days in New York to recover from illness
Only 2 lifts, painfully slow sometimes having to wait 5min because lift was full when it arrived on our floor and had to go to lobby and back Room was very small, and curtains for window were only for decoration, unable to block out all light in room otherwise property was fine

Room was on the small size but manageable. Only negative was the old lumpy mattresses.

Amazing location with friendly staff
There was an issue when we checked in as they didn’t have a room to accommodate the four of us. We had to have two separate rooms for one night, then was moved into a family room for the remained of our stay

Great location. Comfy bed. Had all you need, for a good price in the city. Nice helpful, friendly staff. All items in room worked well and had controls of heating system which was handy. Shower was old but very good for a hotel shower. Liked the pillow choice, Firm or Soft.

I liked the location. It's a good area that is walkable.
They could manage their reservation system a lot better. We arrived and had to squeeze three people on one king bed when we booked and paid for a double bed.

Servicing staff were very noisy, shouting in corridors outside my room. It woke me up a few times. Lifts are awful - very slow and almost always full. Had to carry my luggage down 5 floors.

Great location as it lay centrally in locations and experiences I had planned to visit and felt a secure area given I was a lone traveller. Staff were very friendly and helpful. All requests were dealt with promptly. I liked that you got a little snack bag on arrival. Comfortable bed, with a choice of pillows.
The noise from traffic (which is normal for NY) was not a problem for me, but I did hear some residents raising this as a negative point. It wouldn’t put me off and I would certainly stay there again.

Proximity to the train station. Although small, the room was fully equipped and functional.

Room too small , bathroom door too large for the bathroom size which makes it difficult to use it without getting hit . No replacement cups for tea. Too noisy as the room was on the street and the windows not very well isolated

Good neighborhood, easy to commute anywhere as it’s located in the central Manhattan. Clean, simple rooms.
You can hear other people entering/leaving rooms through the corridor - doors doesn’t have any sound insulation. Not a big issue
