Good location, clean, decent bed and comfy
Constant clanging of metal from the pipes all through the night, terrible soundproofing - woken up to housekeeping talking very loudly in corridor, only stayed one night so $150 incidentals felt very excessive

It is in a very good location, the MSG is very close and there is a lot to see in the surrounding area.
Our room was supposed to come with a City view but was completely blocked by a building and water tower.

Arrived late at night, you needed a card to get in or buzz reception. Reception didn’t answer any of the calls, I was stood outside for 10mins until another guest let me in.

Great locale and friendly staff. Room was always reset each day as well.
Slow hot water on our last day, but that's probably due to it being a Saturday. Every other day, it was great.

Staying here was an absolute delight, and the location couldn't be better. We were just a short walk away from so many of the city's main attractions, and getting around with public transportation was a breeze.
While the location was great, what truly made our stay memorable was the incredible staff. Specifically, I have to give a huge shout-out to Destiny. She was always ready to help with a smile, and she went above and beyond to assist us with even the smallest requests. Her kindness and helpfulness made all the difference and truly made our visit special. We can't thank her enough!

Location was nice. Room was clean.
We only had hot water in our room. It was scalding hot. You could barely shower and no way you could wash your hair. I notified staff and they said yes your particular room has boiler issues. Not sure why you would put guests in a room where they can’t shower comfortably and risk a liability. Also we heard pipes rattling in the walls all night long! Tough to sleep with that noticed.
