The hot breakfast ,but the juice machine was not working right it served room temp.
My room was in the basement room 102,yes basement. Electrical outlet issues, the A/C was not working right. Since my room was in the basrment my wife and I could not sleep well. The noise from the housekeeping dept. laundry bins loud staff talking

Hidden gem in Hell's Kitchen - better than many 4 star hotels in NYC. Loved the small refrigerator and the great breakfast (loved the fresh coffee) Will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Breakfast was great!
Was not made aware of that the facility was under renovation, which was very disappointing. That wasn’t able to use the patio. That was the whole purpose of me booking this hotel. I would prefer being like some money back on this hotel the fact that I couldn’t use all amenities.

Location
Couldn’t tell we were at the right location with all the scaffolding. Paid $600 for one night’s stay for a very small room that the three of us had to take turns getting to the bed. The air conditioner didn’t go past 72 degrees so we all had a bad nights sleep.

Good location
Too much crowd in the morning breakfast area. The staff personnel was rude. He said parking fee will be reimbursed after i give him the receipt from the parking garage. He accept the receipt but did not reimburse amount paid. When i asked him, he said i should have first obtained some kind of a signature/seal from him before paying the parking facility. I raised a ticket with the hotel group describing the situation. The support team said they resolve the issue but never got back to me.

Hotel staff are not honest check in at room 204 I accidentally forgot an ipad but the hotel staff did not help to solve the problem.. keep calling and put you on hold ...

I like because he was easy for me and family to good everywhere because everything was close.
I didn't like because I call the front desk to request the thing they never send the housekeeping until I left the hotel. And I didn't have my room clean or réservé new stuff in my room.

Our room was next to the elevator. A little noisy. We could have moved rooms but chose not to.
