Basement room, window looking at the back of the shed and so dirty it was almost impossible to see out. Had various holes in the wall and fixtures without things on them and generally looked quite shabby. It was almost impossible to get into the breakfast area for breakfast and not possible to find anywhere to sit.

Location, staff were helpful
I booked this stay on 23 Jul. Our room was below level 1, lift smelt of spilt booze. The room was tiny, dirty, blinds could hardly come down, Outlook was a mess of crap, TV didn't work. Funny Reception offered us a change of room for next day which we did. I would like someone to contact me for a refund of 1 night.

The photos were completely different from reality. The room was small and cramped, and the place had a bad smell.
The room was much smaller than shown in the photos. The hotel does not respect its guests — there was constant noise from early morning, and workers were operating right outside my window using chemical materials and paint, the smell of which entered the room through the air conditioning vent. The staff showed no sense of apology or respect toward guests. A formal complaint will be filed against the hotel with the official authorities in New York.
