Couldn’t tell we were at the right location with all the scaffolding. Paid $600 for one night’s stay for a very small room that the three of us had to take turns getting to the bed. The air conditioner didn’t go past 72 degrees so we all had a bad nights sleep.

Hotel really noisy, under construction, they pretended to locate us on a construction floor, full of dust and on construction. The staffs really didn't care about the situation until I requested to talk with the manager. I don't recommend this hotel to anybody, not value add other than location.

Good location
Too much crowd in the morning breakfast area. The staff personnel was rude. He said parking fee will be reimbursed after i give him the receipt from the parking garage. He accept the receipt but did not reimburse amount paid. When i asked him, he said i should have first obtained some kind of a signature/seal from him before paying the parking facility. I raised a ticket with the hotel group describing the situation. The support team said they resolve the issue but never got back to me.

I like because he was easy for me and family to good everywhere because everything was close.
I didn't like because I call the front desk to request the thing they never send the housekeeping until I left the hotel. And I didn't have my room clean or réservé new stuff in my room.

Service, facility, cleanliness room all bad condition. They assigned one queen bed room for 4 although the reservation was for 2 queen bed. Had to que for elevator since only one worked most time. Flies and filthy lobby.
