The dove washes.Very neat and very comfortable
The shower was reduced when I was showering almost to nothing.And my window was overlooking construction.The shower curtain made the floor wet.

Location
We were unexpectedly assigned an underground room, one of only four at this level. Unfortunately, the main building's air conditioning unit is located directly outside our door and runs continuously, making it impossible to sleep due to the constant noise.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing and falls far short of what was advertised. The condition was worse than what you'd find at a budget motel, and it bears no resemblance to the photos displayed on your website. This feels misleading to guests who book based on those images.
The underground location combined with the noise issues and substandard bathroom facilities made for an unpleasant stay that did not meet our expectations based on your online listing.

I like that it was close to the cruise ship port. We were able to walk.
It was a little crowded for breakfast people say elbow to elbow. Some construction was going on so it was a little noisy, but not excessive.

It was a good location for time square and the cruise port.
We got stuck in an elevator for 45 min had to jump or between floors also the parking does not work for trucks or suvs had to go further and pay more. The rooms are extremely small like a closet no couch or chairs.

I really appreciated the morning staff on 30 Aug. I informed them of the issues in my room (dirty sheets and black mold), and they immediately provided another room and moved our luggage while we were out. Kudos to that morning staff!
The staff that checked me in (29 Aug) was not friendly or accommodating. I let them know our sheets were dirty, and they sent sheets to the room but didn't change the sheets. I was expected to change the dirty sheets. UNACCEPTABLE! And there was black mold in the bathroom.

Very close to Times Square. Prices. The room was very clean
Air conditioning not working on the room we were assigned. We called the front desk and they told us they were going to move us to another room until the following day and that they were going to give us a discount for the situation. We spent the first night of our stay without A/C and it was terrible. We got another room but we didn’t get the discount. Breakfast was very simple.

It is close to Broadway and convenient location after a late show.
There were many issues, from an excessively noisy fridge to an overcrowded breakfast area and noisy staff rooms alongside bedroom.
