Our heating unit didn’t work. The room was 56 degrees after we just walked through snow and sleet to get there. A tech was sent up to look at it and he said it wasn’t working, so he brought us a small space heater and a few more blankets. I appreciated his help, but I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered for this. No other rooms were free so we couldn’t move, we were freezing all night, and the only alternative was a device that’s a known fire hazard! I was very nervous about that all night and couldn’t sleep well. Also the toilet was broken and kept running every few minutes.

Helpfulness of front desk staff after they had cancelled our reservation because of BOOKING.COM
Breakfast was bad, hotel room had terrible lighting and was noisy because of slamming doors and carts in the hallway. Unable to close room darkening shade that couldn’t be reached.relly poor quality towels.

This hotel is a 17 minute walk to Times Sq.
I paid City view but being on the 5 th floor not much of City view. Checking and Checking out the customer service was great but during the day. the front desk was unprofessional and have no customer service. No seats for breakfast and didn't matter what time you went.

Myself and 3 teenagers stayed in a 2 bed accommodation, very small for 4 people. Breakfast facilities were great - I had pancakes, egg dish, yoghurt, juice and boiled egg. Location was suitable, close to Time Square but a couple of blocks back which meant there were places cheaper to eat.

the location to times square was walkable
My "view" was construction materials. The breakfast is OK but it took a long time to get food because the staff had to restock the food and milk constantly because a small amount was put out each time and they were not too friendly. the room was super small but all we needed was a bed anyways.

The hotel location was ideal for us. The breakfast variety was good and tasted good.
The arrangement of the sleeping room and bathroom is not ideal, and the toliet paper holder is in a bad location.

The front payio shoild be converted to lounge/lobby as hotel has big groups that block lobby and breakfast areas eith no placd to hanv out when they arrive early&depart. The row of large bins&rash cans on front poorch is ugly/wasteof front property space

The value was great here. Critically, the room and in particular the bathroom were very clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with, both housekeeping and the front desk. My only complaints were that there were too few elevators, so the wait for the elevator was long, and the rooms are small.

The breakfast location was crowded and there wasnt any type organization. The plates were in the middle of the food so everyone was grabbing. Should have set the plates and silverware at the beginning of the line and also have signs that show where the line starts. Also there wasnt a handicapped table so it made it hard for me and my family to find a place to sit.
