The value was great here. Critically, the room and in particular the bathroom were very clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful to deal with, both housekeeping and the front desk. My only complaints were that there were too few elevators, so the wait for the elevator was long, and the rooms are small.

Great location
No curtains on the window - just a net blind which didn’t keep light out or provide privacy. It was clear an additional rail had been removed. Reported this to front desk staff who sent someone to look - we were given no feedback. Very disappointing.

The breakfast location was crowded and there wasnt any type organization. The plates were in the middle of the food so everyone was grabbing. Should have set the plates and silverware at the beginning of the line and also have signs that show where the line starts. Also there wasnt a handicapped table so it made it hard for me and my family to find a place to sit.

Basement room, window looking at the back of the shed and so dirty it was almost impossible to see out. Had various holes in the wall and fixtures without things on them and generally looked quite shabby. It was almost impossible to get into the breakfast area for breakfast and not possible to find anywhere to sit.
