The staff is very friendly and the location is good, 15 minute walking from Times Square and many subway lines.
The breakfast is not so diversified and the first days the line to take something to eat very long and there waa not seats for all.

The location is brilliant, it’s far enough away that it is quiet enough to sleep but only a 15 minute walk to time square. The bed was comfortable, room plenty big enough for 2 people and I really like that you can get free hot drinks 24/7. Breakfast was very good for a free breakfast but make sure to get down early as the later mornings are chaos with long queues and no table space! The views from the 10th floor were pretty good. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which were all Dove and smelt amazing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage the day of leaving as we had a late flight. We would 100% stay again if ever visiting New York.
We were on the 10th floor and at busy times you could wait 15 minutes for the lift!
Breakfast was chaos.

Our heating unit didn’t work. The room was 56 degrees after we just walked through snow and sleet to get there. A tech was sent up to look at it and he said it wasn’t working, so he brought us a small space heater and a few more blankets. I appreciated his help, but I feel some sort of compensation should have been offered for this. No other rooms were free so we couldn’t move, we were freezing all night, and the only alternative was a device that’s a known fire hazard! I was very nervous about that all night and couldn’t sleep well. Also the toilet was broken and kept running every few minutes.
