The playground in walking distance
The elevators took forever waited 10min a few times. The housekeeping was horrible and didn’t even throw away the trash just changed the bedding . Front desk had me wait over 2 hours for a trash bag . The didn’t have the luggage dolly and had to carry 9

Location is great. Very close to Times Square.
Breakfast is just ok... Space is not good, it cannot accommodate all guests. Actually its is a nightmare. Line to grab food, line to take a table. Hotel was under some refurbishment (main entrance), so not good. Rooms are below ok and cleanness is not good.

Call numerous times for towels, bed linen and concierge informed me that someone would come to bring items but never showed and I had to call again. I told them the room had an odd odor. Once again they said someone would come up but no one showed up.
The service and the staff was not professional nor friendly the furniture was broken and never fixed when informed

We liked the location which is why we chose this particular hotel as well as the cost.
The outside of the facility was misrepresented in photos as it was covered in scaffolding. There was no outside seating for breakfast like in the pictures. The breakfast area was very small and not enough seating. The size of the room was smaller than expected and due to our neighboring room smoking habits, my children were exposed to the smell.

Room was tiny despite being labeled as "extra floor space", garbage in the front caused a lot of rats to linger in the entrance area, most disappointing was the breakfast. Dried out sausages and muffins, burned eggs, at the beginning of breakfast time!

Staff are rude and unhelpful. AC is not working, and they had to move us to another room, no microwave in the room although it's mentioned in description and when we asked for one, they kept passing us to each other. Horrible experience!

It was a great location and on a quiet street , close to the hustle and bustle, but quiet enough to feel calm.
There really wasn’t much that I didn’t like. Any problems that I needed to address were promptly resolved.
