Mud all over window and broken, two big garbage bins outside room, WiFi didn’t work because of window, no air and can’t open window.

Good price. Good location. Far enough away from the insanely crowded Times Square area but close enough to walk to shows and anywhere we wanted to go. Clean room and bedding. Housekeepers were so sweet and attentive.
This is an extremely basic accommodation. Our room was tiny with very little floor space yet we were given a room they claimed had “extra floor space”. Small beds. Smallest sink vanity I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Patio out front was unavailable. Smokers were out front so had to walk through them every time we left and returned. There’s really nowhere to hang out in the hotel besides your room. We had a stormy day and it was not ideal.

My bedroom window (ground floor) was filthy to the point I could barely see through it. It was also broken. When I showed a manager she was indifferent to it. Construction workers working in the back could “see” into my room except for the dirty window. The back was a disgusting mess of construction.

The Check In interaction was pleasant...
The Room had several issues. Black Mold in the Shower and stained Calcified windows. Among other shortcomings. Choose another location until Management takes things seriously!!
