Wonderful
The cleaning staff were pleasant and efficient and the room was cleaned reach day. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
One of the elevators wasn't working and there were often l Iong waits. It was a longer walk to the subway station too.

Decent breakfast. Good location, walking distance to alot of landmarks.
Wasn't told of renovations being done. Parking was a good 3 blocks away and a little pricey

Good price for Manhattan.
I was there in January and the room had no heat. It took multiple calls to reception to get it fixed. Oh, and there was a shooting up the street and the police locked down the block preventing people from coming and going for a few hours. The next morning, construction started at the hotel at 9am.

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect. I liked my room. It was the perfect size for one person. The bed was comfortable. It was a good value for the money.
The seemed a little dated but I loved the ambiance. Parking is too expensive. Fridge didn't work. Bummer!

The staff is very friendly and the location is good, 15 minute walking from Times Square and many subway lines.
The breakfast is not so diversified and the first days the line to take something to eat very long and there waa not seats for all.
