Absolutely loved this stay. The room was so clean & beautiful. Loved the view. Staff were all friendly and kind. Made my birthday trip absolutely amazing!!!

Very friendly hotel staff. Very accommodating. Exceptional view of Manhattan. Very helpful.
Wish there would've been a complimentary breakfast or at least free coffee. Not enough coffee packets in room.

I was supposed to pay 330 with taxes for a corner king room but when I got there they said they don’t have any corner rooms and they will give me an upgrade for the same price. When I was checking out I found myself paying for extra money for the upgrade and the total was 457!! I’m never coming back again

The breakfast buffet was horrendous. The room service was bad, I had to make same requests multiple times. Hotel room is not well lit. It has bad wet odor throughout our stay. It’s a very bad experience especially after paying a lot for the room.

The food and drinks were outrageously expensive. I ate at a very up scale Italian restaurant and their food was not as expensive. A beer with tip $15, I had a Hendricks martini for $15.
