Location perfect! Beds comfortable and good size room.
I am a hilton honors member and it was very disappointing to be charged when checking out $5 per bag so they could keep our bags until our train.
They even counted a small shopping bag, ridiculous and never had to do that at any hotel before!

The room was very comfortable and roomy. The location was perfect for out needs. It was central to all the locations we wanted to visit. The bar was very nice with a nice selection of cocktails. The early checking in fee was well worth the cost.
My only complaint, which is very minor, would be that I had a little trouble locating the entrance. I was expecting a larger facade that stood out more; although, there was a sign but I did miss it walking by a few times.

This hotel is in busy Times Square, but entering the Hilton made it feel like an oasis in the middle of all of the busyness. Basically giving the best of both worlds.

The staff was very nice & friendly the house keeper was very nice & friendly as well . Love it.
The only think I don't like was that when I walk in the room it had a cat smell. I spoke with someone that was working in house keeping and she got right on it and came to my room and took care of the smell . Thanks to house keeping.

The location was perfect for us. We were close to many theaters, subway stops and lots of restaurants. The rooms were spacious.
There was really nothing wrong with the property. It’s just the New York prices! It’s do wish the sink had been separate from the main bathroom, but that doesn’t really seem to be a thing these days.
