The bed, was so comfy i couldnt stay out of it
the staff were so nice and friendly
cleaning lady cleaned it like it was her own house
we were able to check in early for 50$
when checking out needed to pay 5$ per bag to store it..
if you are taking a view to times square and a high floor beware because times square isnt seen from 40th floor

We had a horrible room with no view and customer service was slow. They would not tell us when our room would be ready only that check in was at 4pm and come back then

Booked a room for pay on arrival, when we got there they told us our room had been cancelled after travelling all day. Then the manager then said they had a room for us, paid more than we originally booked for, paid for 4 nights stay. Then they took an additional nights stay for a night I had already paid for. Prior to my arrival I had attempted to make contact with the hotel via email via booking.com messenger no reply for 5 whole days of contact. Calling from the uk was not working. Poor communication and poor service.

Absolutely loved this stay. The room was so clean & beautiful. Loved the view. Staff were all friendly and kind. Made my birthday trip absolutely amazing!!!

I was supposed to pay 330 with taxes for a corner king room but when I got there they said they don’t have any corner rooms and they will give me an upgrade for the same price. When I was checking out I found myself paying for extra money for the upgrade and the total was 457!! I’m never coming back again
