Great location, beautiful views of the Empire State Building, and VERY spacious rooms for NYC.
The lobby and restaurant area is much smaller than it looks in the pictures, and they don’t have room service.

We loved the location especially having places like Target right across the street.
I am on a special diet & my 12 year old daughter was modeling during NYFW. We were unable to use a microwave without paying $20 a night & the front desk staff refused to warm up food for both my daughter and I after not eating. That was disappointing.

Only one staff member Raquel was amazing and that’s it! Nothing else!!
It was worth the money at all!! The bartender was no good! Only attentive to one man both times I visited the bar and attentive to two females that were together.

The breakfast had a variety of fruits, muffins, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, bacon , and meatballs, as well as oatmeal and other items.
They didn't have many gluten free, dairy free or vegan options.

Everybody was fantastic, we are coming again for sure the location was perfect.
The beds are too hard no give at all for me. Also the toilets are super low to the ground with no grab bars. I have a tumor in my spinal cord which was painful for while visiting Sloan Kettering. Other than that My son and myself loved this place.

Valet, front desk, staff on all levels were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The room was clean, furniture was nice, the view was amazing. The continental breakfast was delicious.
The market didn't have important things travelers usually need because they left it at home. I needed a few things but the market didn't have them.

When I checked in the hotel said they were out of rooms, I made my reservation 2 months ago and at midnight after flying from California and arriving at the hotel they told me they didn’t have rooms and they would refund me the first night.

Good location. All great just 1 concern that at the time of checking in they are taking 100 $ depoait per day which they dont accept cash. And take many days to refund back in credit card.
