Our t.v. wasn't working. No, we didn't go to New York to watch t.v.., but we did want to watch the events prior to the ball drop. We woke up one morning and the bathroom faucet was leaking, everything was wet. It was fixed quickly.

breakfast was good but can include more eggs variations . also it was the same breakfast menu everyday few changes would be great idea. drinking water availability.
Location of this hotel is great and you can walk everywhere around. Timesquare is just outside 2 min away. eating joints are closer. big bus , railway station , even uber is easily avilable.

Clean, comfortable and exceptionally large rooms for a NYC hotel.
Being a local, I absolutely hated being in Times Square at holiday week. Only booked because family from out of town booked first(without consulting) so we booked as well to be polite.
Was stupidly expensive and there was only one person at the reception desk to check in everyone in an extremely busy day. She was an example of grace under pressure, never loosing it with people
being less than patient with the long wait. Wish I remembered her name, she is great.

Expensive to park; I asked for an extra blanket, told there were none at the time, but one would be dropped off when available, and never received it; toilet seat needed replaced badly; shower wasn’t great

The location is unbeatable. Easy walking distance to the main tourist areas and just half a block to the subway. The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast keeps you going all day. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had great views. Safe area.

Good location, nice lobby. Great bellmen.
Can’t get ahold of them at all, had a couple questions and left an item and can’t get ahold of anyone, very frustrating! No check in instructions prior to trip, so I didn’t know where to load/unload- that was a HUGE issue. Wish there was a restaurant on site aside from the buffet option.

I had one of the worst hotel experiences at Hilton Times Square, and I will never return to this property again.
From the moment we interacted with the front desk, the hospitality was unbelievably poor. At check-in, we were told clearly that if we needed our car, we should call one hour in advance and simply show the valet card at the front desk. I followed exactly what they told me—called an hour before, showed the card—and still, when I went downstairs, the staff rudely told me I needed to wait another hour.
When I explained that I had already called earlier, the front desk person argued with me and said, “You didn’t tell me that,” and even added, “That is your mistake, not mine”. His tone was loud, rude, and completely unacceptable. It was embarrassing because people around us were literally listening to the whole argument. This is not the level of professionalism you expect from a Hilton property.
The previous day, when I asked for an extra bed, instead of politely saying they couldn’t provide it, the staff told me to “go buy one from Target.” I’ve never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful hospitality at any hotel, let alone a Hilton.
The level of rudeness, lack of accountability, and zero customer service is shocking. This stay was extremely disappointing, and I will never book this hotel ever again.
Avoid this place if you expect even basic hospitality
