We LOVED this hotel. We stayed in another hotel in Times Square a couple of years ago which was more expensive (and more well known) but we said how this hotel tops that by a mile. The facilities were brilliant and our favourite was the wine hour and coffee station in the morning which made such a difference. If we came back we’d absolutely stay here and would also recommend it to others too.
Not the property itself but the $50 fee for early check-in even when your room is ready is a bit of a shame. We stayed in another hotel in Manhattan on the last night of our trip and they allowed us to check in at 9am as our room was ready and it helped us out massively.

The style and the rooftop bar
We stayed in room 531, the door was incredibly heavy and don’t open fully. It hit my partner on her hip and has left a bruise. The shower was like a torture event too with the water pressure far far too high.
