Good size room, clean, nice breakfast experience
Reception staff and their direct management. Rude, aggressive and unhelpful. Never experienced anything like it. They let down the brand, the rest of the staff at the hotel. Suggest IHG does some mystery 'shopping' and sees the problem and sorts it out.

Rooms good size, clean and good bed.
Appalling experience with reception staff. Rude, combative and unhelpful. They let the Kimpton brand down, the hotel down and the rest of the staff in the hotel down. We have never experienced anything like it.

Location is good and that is pretty much it.
Haven't received my deposit of 300$ back after 4 weeks. The hotel is not responsive. Waiting a few days now for literally any update on the issue other than "we escalated to proper department" and got nothing yet. So far looks like a scam.
Other than that it's pretty loud, both inside as the walls are paper thin as well as outside since it's just next to a busy street.

Location it was so close to time square and very clean
We had 4 people in a room and was only given 2 towels and 2 wash rags. Saturdays morning I asked for 2 more of each and never got them.

Had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Hotel Theta Times Square.
The room was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready right on time, which I truly appreciated after traveling.
The restaurant was excellent, and overall the experience felt smooth and well-managed. I also want to highlight Kerridon, who was very kind and responsive—always quick to reply and very helpful throughout my stay.
A special congratulations to Mark Pandaleon for doing an outstanding job managing this property. It really shows in the level of service and attention to detail.
I would definitely stay here again!
