The design of the hotel, the cleanliness of all areas and the friendly staff. They have a very nice restaurant and bar at the top of the hotel. The breakfast was good as well. The location was great and near Times Square.

Great location. Rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. One of the only affordable places in the area where we wanted to be that had 2 queen beds instead of 2 full beds. Hotel staff was so helpful and generally amazing. Best place we’ve stayed in all our times of traveling to NYC.

Only the location
The room walls are very thin therefore when the person in the next door room showers your room shakes. Also guests and the cleaning staff chat/speak very loudly in the corridor starting 7am so it’s very loud and you can’t sleep past this hour. Plus the staff at check in are the kindest !!!!

Location, comfortable room and lobby
The sink kept getting clogged, they said theyd have someone look but no one came to see it, and some staff weren’t friendly. Other than that it was a great place.

Clean rooms and a good location.
Concierge team were really friendly upon arrival knowing they would be tipped, after that they hardly noticed us and made no comment at all when we left.
No hot drink facilities obviously available during certain times of the day. If you can’t buy one then there should be facilities in the rooms.
