Good location, central near Times Square.
Very noisy room on the 5th floor, view on a wall (resulting in a dark room), with some construction work happening all day long (and ongoing noise at night).
Also, some work was done on the floor during my stay, with a strong smell of solvant infiltrating the room.
Way too expensive for such amenities.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave great recommendations. There was a lovely happy hour with free wine the night we arrived, which was a nice surprise. The room was larger than most I’ve stayed in the same area. It was very close to all of theaters and was along restaurant row, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they refunded our destination/resort fee when the cable went out and we weren’t able to watch any of the World Series games.
There was a strange hole in the wall between the beds. Not sure if it was supposed to be there as part of the decoration of the room. The bathroom wasn’t super clean when we arrived (spots of blood or makeup on the walls, hair in the shower).
