The location of this hotel was ideal for our stay. We were seeing a show at the Ambassador Theater, which was right around the corner. Plus we were very close to everything we wanted to do without being in the middle of Times Square. The room was clean, nicely decorated and furnished and very comfortable.
We were very happy with our complete experience. I would definitely consider staying here again for any future visits to NYC.

The room was clean, good-sized, and quiet despite being in a very busy location. The front desk staff had to change our rooms and were great about it! Happy hour from 5-6 pm daily, and morning coffee downstairs was definitely a bonus. For the location and the price, I would for sure stay here again.

Great location. Love the free coffee in the morning and the free wine in the evening. Lovely spacious rooms and so close to everything. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Centrally located from all attractions and Hell Kitchen the right place to be if you are a foodie.
The small bath tub in the room is pointless and better to just have a walk in shower.

Great location and easy to navigate around the city from the hotel. Right in the heart of everything and everyone was very nice to work with.
I had requested to have my room close to my sister-in-law and nieces rooms, but that couldn't be arranged. Made it a little challenging to have my daughter a floor apart from her cousins, but it worked with it.
