The property is well located and the room was clean enough but not spotless. The room was a good size and there was a steamer in the room which was really helpful.
For a mid-range property like this I was disappointed that there wasn’t a doorman to help open the extremely heavy doors into the lobby. There was a ‘press to open’ button which is inconveniently and awkwardly located. Staff were completely monotone and unhelpful, racing through instructions so fast that I didn’t understand any of them. I was also told on check in (a few hours before the official time) that my room was ready but that I’d have to pay quite a sizeable early check in fee (despite also being an IHG platinum member) so I declined but found that also quite disappointing.

Location was great! Right in the heart of the theater district. We went to musicals Peloton studios a Yankee game and Central Park. Everything was easy and accessible
The ice machine on our floor was broken and there was a weird clicking noise all night from our AC unit that kept us up.

Wonderful
Was on a 5-day solo trip to see six Broadway shows the weekend of the Tony Awards. The location is EXCELLENT for feeling right in the action of the theatre district - just steps away from many of them, while still being removed enough from Times Square to feel away from the craziness. Every staff interaction, especially with the valet and concierge gentlemen who were funny and always kind. Front desk staff were always helpful and the housekeeping team did an incredible job of refreshing my room every day.
Nothing to report here! To date, this has been my BEST stay in NYC!

The location, friendly staff, very neat room with comfortable bedding, vibrant atmosphere.
It would be great if the rooms had a walk-in (standing) shower rather than a shower over the bath with a curtain, as I prefer that setup for comfort and convenience.

The staff are super helpful, nothing is a problem for them. I had lost my apple charger, they lent me one for my entire stay. Room serviced daily, complimentary wine served 5pm-6pm in the lobby area.

Location is everything. Our room was very spacious. The hotel is very modern, finishes are fantastic.
The fire station close by can be a lot. The noise at all hours can be pure madness.

Best location!! Walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Midtown port, etc.
Lots of good restaurants nearby.
Some staff were good. Others not so kind. My friend who came later to trying locating me was told my res was cancelled. I cancelled first res but rebooked one with breakfast included. He had to call me to my room.
