Great location. Love the free coffee in the morning and the free wine in the evening. Lovely spacious rooms and so close to everything. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel.

Centrally located from all attractions and Hell Kitchen the right place to be if you are a foodie.
The small bath tub in the room is pointless and better to just have a walk in shower.

Great location and easy to navigate around the city from the hotel. Right in the heart of everything and everyone was very nice to work with.
I had requested to have my room close to my sister-in-law and nieces rooms, but that couldn't be arranged. Made it a little challenging to have my daughter a floor apart from her cousins, but it worked with it.

Hotel facilities and location are unmatched, beautifully renovated and the rooms are spacious. The distance to Times Square was very convenient as well as access to all touristic activities. The coffee shop staff and the roof terrace restaurant staff are awesome, the vibe in the restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious!
Some front desk staff members are a bit stand-off-ish, not very hospitable and on a few occasions we felt like we're bothering them with our questions (I'd even say they're condescending in a way).

Well located, great staff
The room walls seem quite thin as the next room was quite noisy and I could hear it all the time. The amenities once ordered (tea bags and a kettle) took time as it seemed they had limited staff
