We were amazed at how well located it was. The free hthappy hour was a welcome bonus too.
The stairs up to the breakfast area aren't the greatest.

Convenient Location for Broadway shows and Times Square without being right in Time Square.
We liked that the black SUV taxis were right there when we needed to get to the airport.
The coffee at Otto Cafe was good and we liked the water filling station on our floor.
We could hear guests in the next room talking so we figured they probably heard us as well. It wasn't a big deal though.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was just a 3–5 minute walk to many Broadway shows, with a subway entrance only two blocks away and Times Square about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The staff was great, and the lobby was inviting, modern, and comfortable. Our room was spacious and surprisingly quiet, especially considering the central location. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The water pressure was pretty low, and our bathtub drained slowly. The tub faucet was also quite loose, and the towel holder was loose as well. These were fairly minor issues, but they could use some attention.

Hotel is very close to Times Square and many of the Broadway theaters. Nice and spacious room, good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
