Location it was so close to time square and very clean
We had 4 people in a room and was only given 2 towels and 2 wash rags. Saturdays morning I asked for 2 more of each and never got them.

Had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Hotel Theta Times Square.
The room was very clean, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was ready right on time, which I truly appreciated after traveling.
The restaurant was excellent, and overall the experience felt smooth and well-managed. I also want to highlight Kerridon, who was very kind and responsive—always quick to reply and very helpful throughout my stay.
A special congratulations to Mark Pandaleon for doing an outstanding job managing this property. It really shows in the level of service and attention to detail.
I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the rooftop restaurant for breakfast.
Loved everything, except it was time for a window washing, and our bed was getting a little bit tired.

The design of the hotel, the cleanliness of all areas and the friendly staff. They have a very nice restaurant and bar at the top of the hotel. The breakfast was good as well. The location was great and near Times Square.
