The location was the best!!!! The staff was also friendly and helpful. Nice hotel in general.

The location is amazing!! Literally in Times Square! Also, the beds and rooms are super comfortable!
The breakfast needs help. There’s not many fresh food options. The coffee being served is the worst. Maybe, I’m a little picky about coffee but this was very acidic and tasted like it possibly had been sitting way too long.
My other thing was the shower. The pressure was great, but I could not get it at a manageable warm temperature only way too hot. This could have been user error.

Excellent location within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were excellent. The bathroom was modern, and I really liked the in-room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee.
There were no slippers in the room, which made it uncomfortable after taking a shower. There was also no complimentary bottled water, even though a coffee machine was provided. It would be helpful to have drinking water available in the room.
