The location was conveniently located near times square.
The water temperature for the shower was inconsistent and needed adjusting every 10 seconds. The bathroom sink was clogged. The elevators took too long to arrive. The room door blocked out little to no noise from the hallway. You could hear doors open and close from outside every 45 minutes throughout the night which made it hard to sleep.

Didn’t eat in the hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but we didn’t spend much time there.
