Excellent location within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were excellent. The bathroom was modern, and I really liked the in-room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee.
There were no slippers in the room, which made it uncomfortable after taking a shower. There was also no complimentary bottled water, even though a coffee machine was provided. It would be helpful to have drinking water available in the room.

The staff was so friendly and efficient, they helped place us on a high floor for my son first visit and upgrade our room so my mom could join us. We were greeted with friendly smiles and service everytime in the lobby ? the restaurant and lobby space were tight but overall for price and location it was a wonderful experience.
The key/elevator situation was testy

Perfect location…. Very clean. Loved the bar. Breakfast was amazing!!!!!
Housekeeping was lazy!!!!! Did not want to grab a duvet to place on my bed after she finished making it…. She said there wasnt anymore. She lied.. I’m in hospitality myself. Had to go to the front desk to get a duvet on my bed. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable…….

Hotel was safe and required keycard access. Staff was quick, attentive, and personable.
Shower floor was not slanted enough and water would flow onto the bathroom floor when showering. Sink water pressure was non-existent. Trash (plastic bags, lighters, tissues, etc.) was left from previous guest in drawers and behind bed. The sheets, bathroom, and wardrobe were otherwise clean.

room clean and neat. bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly. My check out was at noon but they hold my luggage until 5 pm.
Body wash was almost empty from the first night and never was refilled. coffee cups not refilled as well.

Our family loved the location. We could see Times Square from our window. There was a parking garage right around the corner. The room was comfortable, staff was excellent and we felt like we were in a safe location.
It would have been nice to have paring or a valet option, but that is being picky. We enjoyed our stay at this Hilton Garden Inn.
