I liked the hotel being just off 7th but also right next to the subway entrance. The rooms were perfectly quiet but you still got to see some interesting scenes outside, it was also very cleanly.
The elevators were a bit confusing since you had to first take it up to the lobby then again to your room. It can also get confusing when groups of people arrive and wait at the entrance, I wasn't sure if they were waiting for the elevator or luggage.

Michelle and G at the front desk were absolutely delightful—and so helpful. I could see that they treated every guest with the utmost respect and patience. Over my three-night stay, I felt like Michelle became my friend!
The location is so central and great for the bustling action of Times Square. Rooms are a bit small, but that's to be expected in the heart of a big city for the price point.

My taps only had hot water, and I tried to get it fixed daily, to no avail.
My floor, 22nd floor was boiling hot, no aircon until you got into the room

The room was good sized and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent.

Location…Right next to Time Square. Walking distance to everything & subway entrance only 1/2 block away. Nice lil bar & restaurant also.
