The property was well maintained!! My first time in New York for my birthday and I’m glad that I chose to stay here, literally steps away from Times Square!! Everything was great, breakfast, atmosphere. I can’t say anything bad about this place! I’m 110% satisfied!

The location was great!!! The room was a little small for three people. We felt that it needed a little more drawer space. The room was clean and we liked that it had a fridge.

There was a HUGE Crowd when we arrived. We finally got the front of the line only to learn our room had been cancelled and there were NO rooms available. We had gotten confirmation from both Hilton and booking.com the day before we were confirmed. This was a HUGE problem.

The location was perfect for where I needed to be for work.
If you're going to Times Square, it's an excellent location.
Loved my room. It had lots of windows and cool views. I could see them tearing the NYE ball drop.
All of the staff was great.
It often smelled like weed, especially coming in and going out.

The hotel was extremely close to time square and Bryant park. It was literally a short walk to these locations and places to eat! When it came to traveling to the 911 memorial, boat tours, and Chinatown… it was not a bad distance. We could see Times Square from our window. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave, and tv.
The rooms were small for the price. The elevators stopped working one day. It made us miss our boat tours and we could not get a refund. The hotel was not responsive to this situation.

The staff not helpful or friendly whole stay from security at door to frontdesk; don’t stay on 5th floor ( although short elevator ride) noise allnight from slamming doors-office,electrical,maintenance &staff all had rooms on floor-can ckin early for $75!

The breakfast was not free of charge but it was good, and a fair value for NYC. The location was unbeatable. The room was clean, comfortable and functional. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
