I liked the location — it’s just a few blocks from Times Square. The room was clean, quiet, and had all the necessary amenities.
I didn’t like that the elevator took a long time because there were so many people staying at the hotel.

Perfect location, good breakfast. It was very nice to see my name as a welcome on the tv screen.
I paid extra for the room with the city view and we had no view. Plus the glass of the window was covered with the fabric. Very unfair to charge for something like that.

AC was stuck on 59 degrees. Only decaf coffee in room. $85 of other fees. Shower was cold. Called for help several times and line was always busy. Never got a receipt. Will never stay there again.
