Good location, right in Times Square area, if you are going to the theater. Just 2 blocks to Bryant Park. No Lobby to speak of but a small area offers free coffee/tea and water and there is a very small but serviceable alcove selling snacks, etc. There is a restaurant and bar which we did not check out.
I would have liked to have an easy chair or some kind in the room.

The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm.
The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal.

Great location. Modern and we'll designed.
Dirty rooms. Noisy air conditioned. Despite having available rooms they do not let us in at 1pm. They asked for additional 75 usd. No cold water in the room, only very hot.
No streaming service on TV!

The location is great. Plugs in the rooms didn’t work.
The front desk guy who worked in the evening was NOT friendly and had an attitude. He did not have a friendly customer service personality. I was not impressed the rest of the staff was nice.

Excellent location within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were excellent. The bathroom was modern, and I really liked the in-room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee.
There were no slippers in the room, which made it uncomfortable after taking a shower. There was also no complimentary bottled water, even though a coffee machine was provided. It would be helpful to have drinking water available in the room.

The staff was so friendly and efficient, they helped place us on a high floor for my son first visit and upgrade our room so my mom could join us. We were greeted with friendly smiles and service everytime in the lobby ? the restaurant and lobby space were tight but overall for price and location it was a wonderful experience.
The key/elevator situation was testy
