Excellent location within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were excellent. The bathroom was modern, and I really liked the in-room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee.
There were no slippers in the room, which made it uncomfortable after taking a shower. There was also no complimentary bottled water, even though a coffee machine was provided. It would be helpful to have drinking water available in the room.

The staff was so friendly and efficient, they helped place us on a high floor for my son first visit and upgrade our room so my mom could join us. We were greeted with friendly smiles and service everytime in the lobby

The Room was very good it was clean but a little too small
The elevators were an issue. to get to the room we had to wait on line to get to our room
