Perfect location, good breakfast. It was very nice to see my name as a welcome on the tv screen.
I paid extra for the room with the city view and we had no view. Plus the glass of the window was covered with the fabric. Very unfair to charge for something like that.

AC was stuck on 59 degrees. Only decaf coffee in room. $85 of other fees. Shower was cold. Called for help several times and line was always busy. Never got a receipt. Will never stay there again.

hallway smelled bad and was hot----reception area tiny----water machine broken and reception refused to give me a bottled water----hallway dirty and cleaning equipment was left out in the hallway 24/7

Crowded small check in took forever , the hot water was not consistent showering was a nightmare in the cold New York

Location is very good. Bed was comfortable
Bathroom is dirty and hasn't been cleaned properly. Shower has no seal at the bottom so the water drains directly outside. If there is no towel there, you'll find yourself stepping into a pool. Window isnt fully sealed and makes an annoying whistling sound and prevented me from sleeping.
