Room was pretty comfortable and a nice from the 22nd floor. The temperature was amazing and I Loved that you could open a window and hear the city noise, but with it closed it was pretty quiet. The shower had amazing pressure. We also ate at the restaurant and it was so amazing!!! Yum!!!
Our shower seemed to leak and cut water everywhere. The little store area in the hotel is Stupid priced and had next to no stock (I really needed tums, a ginger ale, 7up or any digestive aid) late at night and despite claiming to have all the needs covered the only needs were Tylenol and ibuprofen and drinks were limited to dark colas and fruity Gatorade which all cost $8 to $10 But there was a CVS not far away and a Whole Foods so j just waited to morning. But these were minor inconveniences considering the pros

Great location near Times Square.
Great location but absolute trash room and service.
We booked a 2-bedroom hotel but we ended up in a 1-bedroom hotel in the first night. Imagine having 4 people in one bed! So some of us ended up sleeping on the floor. Then the next day before getting moved to a proper 2-bedroom, we dealt with a ceiling water leak! Some of our shoes and clothes got wet!
So they apologized and promised us two nights free as a compensation for the above. Yesterday, when we checked out, we noticed that our credit card got charged for 2 additional nights!!!!!! Instead of deducting it!!!!! So now we’re looking at $4219 for seven nights plus $1300 for the two nights that was supposed to be a refund but instead we got charged!!!

Good location, right in Times Square area, if you are going to the theater. Just 2 blocks to Bryant Park. No Lobby to speak of but a small area offers free coffee/tea and water and there is a very small but serviceable alcove selling snacks, etc. There is a restaurant and bar which we did not check out.
I would have liked to have an easy chair or some kind in the room.

The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm.
The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal.

Great location. Modern and we'll designed.
Dirty rooms. Noisy air conditioned. Despite having available rooms they do not let us in at 1pm. They asked for additional 75 usd. No cold water in the room, only very hot.
No streaming service on TV!

The location is great. Plugs in the rooms didn’t work.
The front desk guy who worked in the evening was NOT friendly and had an attitude. He did not have a friendly customer service personality. I was not impressed the rest of the staff was nice.

Excellent location within walking distance of Times Square and Broadway. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were excellent. The bathroom was modern, and I really liked the in-room coffee machine and the quality of the coffee.
There were no slippers in the room, which made it uncomfortable after taking a shower. There was also no complimentary bottled water, even though a coffee machine was provided. It would be helpful to have drinking water available in the room.
