The location was close to Times Square, Penn Station, and Broadway. It was very near 34th and Herald Square Station so very accessibe.
One of the elevators was always under down but maybe that was for safety/repair purposes.

The location was excellent—close to major tourist attractions and the subway. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early. Our room also had a great view of the Empire State Building.

The hotel is in a great location in Midtown, close to the Empire State Building and Macey's, with a Subway station just outside giving easy access to all areas of the city. The room was spacious - we were on the 29th floor with a wonderful view of Manhattan skyscrapers. Excellent maid service and everything was kept very clean during our stay.
There is just not enough hanging space in the room; only one small built-in wardrobe allowing a maximum of 6 garment hangers, way too small to fit in clothes for any more than one person. Also there isn't a mirror above the dressing-table/desk, so drying and styling your hair is a real struggle!

The location was fantastic. Conveniently located to several Manhattan attractions and a metro station.
The quality of the room was a little disappointing for the price. The interior felt dated and the room was small. For over $400 per night, I expected more, but you're paying for the location.
