Ceiling started dripping with urine-like liquid on last day. Noticed it when drops hit my head. Most disgusting thing I’ve ever experienced in a hotel room. I have pictures and a video.

Didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is a fantastic diner right down the block (Andrews) that served that purpose. Great location to travel. Easy to get around by car, train, bus or walking with unlimited places to shop & eat....
This is probably unreasonable & not possible but based on the number of floors. I believe 31 in total with so many rooms. The elevators are small to accommodate so many people. Probably could use extra elevator cars. When trying to leave the premises to check out it can be a long wait for an elevator car to come to your floor and when the elevator finally arrives there's a strong possibility the elevator car is already full with customers....

Small rooms, front desk was rude. Tried to ask a question and she literally said “let me get through my Schpiel first”. She was loud, pushy and not friendly or welcoming at all.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Guests were instructed to choose only one sandwich, which was not communicated in advance.
Cereal and other main items are not available, and coffee refills were not offered — we had to request them ourselves.
If I had known this beforehand, I would not have added breakfast to my accommodation.
Additionally, there was dust throughout the room, which suggests that cleaning was not done properly.

Location, bed, and shower were good and above average. The security greeting you in and out is also nice.
Check in staff not attentive. I had to wait about 15 minutes despite one person in front of me of me. I was waiting behind one person and another staff member called on a group of 8 behind me thus skipping me in line.

Close to the Train station.
I don't think the reservation included breakfast. The takeaway items in the food shop were difficult to pay for using whatever system there was, either room key or credit card.

The location is ideal—close to Times Square but far enough to avoid the area's craziness. The room was comfortable, and the shower was perfect. I’d like to give a special shout-out to two people who went above and beyond: Khori at the front desk and Carol from housekeeping.

Incredibly convenient location to Penn Station and major metro (subway) lines. In-room coffee maker, mini fridge, and even a microwave enhanced the sense of home away from home during a business trip. Sizeable bathroom with instant hot water, room darkening shades, a very comfy bed, working desk, and friendly staff made for an excellent experience.

I loved the location of this property.
The front desk staff was super chatty amount each other and not very helpful. Last time we stayed here they were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t receive that this time. Housekeeping was amazing though. Whoever was cleaning the 25th floor January 23-26th did an amazing job.
