Comfortable bed and pillows, accurate climate control, friendly staff. The location was excellent, and the view from our room was photo worthy. The microwave was a nice touch. Steps away from the Herald Square train station, we did not have to cross a street.
The coffee maker was fine, the available coffee K-cups were not up to par. If your reading this, try a half a cup of water, just to up the taste. Or, bring your own coffee K-cups. You will run into homeless people outside the hotel, but they seemed harmless, and it really is not the hotel's fault, just proceed with caution.

Excellent staff at the reception, efficient, professional, friendly, happy to help and accommodate guests' requests. Spotless room, strong shower, comfortable bed. Last but not least, location of the hotel close to Penn station, subway stations, etc.
Breakfast was poor. Better to have it in one of the many eateries around the hotel.

The breakfast is not really good, limited selection, poor quality and service, staff at the breakfast is not nice.

The beds were really comfortable and the location was great. The staff were very nice as well.
The room was small and breakfast wasn’t included and was very expensive. The safe was up very high and difficult to reach.
