Location was good. I like full bath facility. Was relatively quiet. Lots of coffee. Attentive staff.
Small floor space made it difficult to do exercises but prefer less space to more expensive. I do not recall drawer / storage space - seemed minimal.

The location was perfect, close to Macy’s and just 6 min from Penn Station. Easy access to the rooms and the rooms are quite big compared to the “regular” room size in NYC.
I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was fine. Quite oddly enough. The room was a standard New York size. The bed was comfy.
Everything about my trip was good until we checked out. I accidentally left my wedding rings (an engagement ring & wedding band) on the sink in the bathroom after i checked out (the last thing i did was shower and get ready to leave, i took them off cause i didn’t want hair product on them). I realized they weren’t on my finger about 2 hours after we checked out. I called immediately, they checked, and supposedly the rings are no where to be found. That bathroom was that last place i had them on. To then only be gone for 2 hours after check out and the rings are no where to be found was truly the worst news I’ve ever received.
I would hate for someone to assume i stole something, I’m trying to be fair and give them the benefit of the doubt, but someone’s wedding ring is just something you don’t steal. Im from New York too, i get it, im well aware of the city i am from. I was there visiting friends performing on broadway. Was only in town for one night. And it ended with my wedding rings missing in action.
The staff claimed they looked up and down even checked the cameras. There aren’t cameras in the room so how was they know if my rings were stolen from the bathroom. Make it make sense.
I am a Hilton honors member. I often frequent Hilton’s all over. I’m honestly shocked and heartbroken by how the staff handled this.

Location, room size, view.
There is nothing special for a 3-star hotel. Nice and comfy.
The booking was supposed to include a cretid of 25usd per day for use in the hotel and late checkout. The receptionists at the hotel didn't know anything about it and blamed booking.com for not informing them. luckily, a kind receptionist allowed me to check out at 2 pm, but it's only thanks to his goodwill.
Somehow, I believe them.

Hospitality is at top class !!
Staff are friendly and so helpful
Location is amazing, nothing can beat it !! close to many attractions and subway
Bedsheets, covers and towels are all clean
There is no slipper in room
Facility furnitures and wall paints need full renovation as these are old fashioned and almost at the end of their useful lives but still this place would be my first choice at next time !!

I stayed here for 2 nights. When I checked in, at first they gave me a 2nd floor room. It definitely was not a room with "City View", so I pointed it out. I also mentioned that I would like a room away from the elevator and added that note when I booked the hotel. Then I got another room on the 20th floor, but right next to the elevators. For the whole night I could hear those 3 elevators running up and down in the thin wall behind my head, which was super noisy. Therefore, I went back to the front desk again the next day and asked them if I could change the room. However, they rejected my request. As a result, I had to suffer another night at the same room. It was a horrible experience, especially when I paid so much money for the hotel!

Great location in the heart of Manhattan; walkable distance to a lot of sights and underground stations
It was kind of annoying waiting for the lift sometimes, but luckily I didnt have to use it too often.

Rooms are a decent size for nyc. Elevators were not that slow lol. Staff was super helpful and attentive.
It doesn't include breakfast unless you are a diamond or platinum rewards member and the breakfast offered that we bought was meh.
