Disappointing
Location
Small room for the price
Free water in a dispensary no water complementary in the room u have to go down 14 floors just to get a cup of water
No hot water the morning I left

Very Good
There was no ice on the 21st floor, nor the 19th fl. I did not have breakfast while there. There was a bit of confusion regarding parking garage, if you could come and go.
No ice in machine on floor I was on.

Wonderful
Everything was great. Staff was nice and welcoming, room clean and comfy, 2 free bottles of water, wait for elevator wasn't long. Loved the walk-in shower and the toiletries provided.
Just the view out the window.

Exceptional
The entire staff were great, professional, very helpful, and friendly. The room was clean. The hotel is about 4 blocks away from Penn station, which is very convenient. Security in the hotel is tight. The elevator won't take you up without your key. In spite of being in a busy location, our room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
The only complaint I have is that the shower water pressure was not the greatest. But the bathroom is very clean and modern.

Great location! Everything was so convenient. The subway and Penn Station are also just a short walk away, which made getting around the city really easy. The area felt very safe, and overall, I had a great stay.

The location
My room was on 2nd floor, expected to get the floor in higher level with much better view considering the price I paid

I didn't eat breakfast but I had a dinner and everything was good.
Except the hotel price because I want to extend it due to some issues and the was doubled and it put in to financial situation.

Check in and staff awesome
the block the hotel on is very dirty, sketchy and vagrants coming up to you to ask for money. Security was not at the door at 11 PM and we had to wait for them to come to the door to open it

The rooms were modern, clean and had a nice size bathroom. The AC was not working great, so they put us in another room the next day and the AC was awesome.
