We love staying here. Great staff, clean rooms and very close to train station. The neighborhood feels safe and is walkable all hours of the day. We will being staying here again.
This is the third time we have stayed here. There is always a party at the adjacent bar at least one night during our stay. The parties are very loud and go very late. This stay the party was our first night. We arrived close to midnight and after traveling all day we were tired.

I was content with everyone's courtesy, and I enjoyed my time there. The Keurig machine, was a little difficult to start, but after consulting an online video I got it to work.
Although I read at the time of making the reservation that there was a separate charge for breakfast, I thought I would take care of that at check in. However, at check in, it slipped my mind, but the Front Desk agent didn't mention it either. The next morning, I completely forgot about it as I went to breakfast, and found an employee standing directly in front of me, essentially blocking the way to help myself to breakfast. After about 15 or so seconds of just staring back at me, the breakfast employee, finally asked me if I was on the list. "What list?" I asked. It turned out, I wasn't on the list. At that point, I was already flustered, so I just walked out and found a Dunkin Donuts a few blocks away.

The restaurant hosted numerous loud events and we could hear thumping music from their rooftop patio which was several floors below our window. Hotel staff had to go and ask them to turn off the music at 10:45 PM.
