The location was perfect. A cofde shop and subway across the street, and an easy walk to so many shops, restaurants, and attractions including Times Square!

The location is really very good, in such big city still feels that everything is around you. The best site seeings are actually in walking distance.

Breakfast was decent. Location was quite good - near subway and convenient within the city itself.
Staff was courteous but not very friendly. They dropped the ball on coordinating connecting rooms for us despite me calling multiple times ahead of the reservation to request and remind. This was an inconvenience for me, my wife, and our three kids... despite the hotel's ability to put us on the same floor in close proximity. Had someone at the hotel been paying closer attention to our request in the days leading up to our reservation, this need for a connecting room could have been met. Separately, the bar adjacent to the hotel had a rooftop patio that was quite loud all night on Saturday.

The Hotel, its staff and NYC. The people at The Hilton Garden were very nice and service oriented. Front desk and restaurant staff excellent.
Booking.com. You are misleading people with false advertisement. The room you sold me does not exist at this location. I've explained this 5 times and all I get is you cant come to an agreement with the facility. It has nothing to do with the facility. This is 100% Booking.com's negligence, not the Hilton. I paid for a double room, it states that on the reservation. I got a single room. How complicated can it be. Booking.com is using FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I expect more than a $78 credit. Wake up, read the damn email and do something about it or I will post terrible reviews on your website. Customer service has been difficult to contact and your responses have been worthless
