Location was great. Second time we stay there. This time was even better. It was very clean, comfortable and the stuff was very helpful. We also used the washing machine what was a great plus for us.
Would have been nice to get a better free wi-if.

Located in a very central area of NY, walking distance from metro stations, restaurants, shops and attractions in midtown. A few blocks away from Flatiron, which is a very nice part of midtown. Room size is very decent for NY standards at this price range and they are really as advertised.
Lots of trash on the sidewalk where the hotel is located, and the works taking place on nearby avenues. Couple of days, the cleaning was not well carried out, needed to call twice for towels replenishment.

We loved everything. It was nice and clean. The staff was wonderful. The best part though was the breakfast buffet. Not only was it delicious wonderful but the staff and manager of the restaurant were so kind during breakfast. We can’t stop talking about how great he was and how we can’t wait to go back in July!!!

Almost everything. The fitness center very good and the room is great. Elevator perfect. Staff very kind. Low noise even in a room nearby the elevator.
The breakfast area is noisy and dark. The breads are not as good as could be. few fruits and yogurts

The location is really very good, in such big city still feels that everything is around you. The best site seeings are actually in walking distance.
In some rooms they have fixed shower ? tap which is really uncomfortable..

Breakfast was decent. Location was quite good - near subway and convenient within the city itself.
Staff was courteous but not very friendly. They dropped the ball on coordinating connecting rooms for us despite me calling multiple times ahead of the reservation to request and remind. This was an inconvenience for me, my wife, and our three kids... despite the hotel's ability to put us on the same floor in close proximity. Had someone at the hotel been paying closer attention to our request in the days leading up to our reservation, this need for a connecting room could have been met. Separately, the bar adjacent to the hotel had a rooftop patio that was quite loud all night on Saturday.

The Hotel, its staff and NYC. The people at The Hilton Garden were very nice and service oriented. Front desk and restaurant staff excellent.
Booking.com. You are misleading people with false advertisement. The room you sold me does not exist at this location. I've explained this 5 times and all I get is you cant come to an agreement with the facility. It has nothing to do with the facility. This is 100% Booking.com's negligence, not the Hilton. I paid for a double room, it states that on the reservation. I got a single room. How complicated can it be. Booking.com is using FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and I expect more than a $78 credit. Wake up, read the damn email and do something about it or I will post terrible reviews on your website. Customer service has been difficult to contact and your responses have been worthless
