Staff was very friendly, Hotel employee(pretty sure I spelled that incorrectly) and the older gentleman helping with luggage, I am sorry I dont remember his name, were fantastic, very very helpful, kind and funny.

The rooms were extremely small, there were 3 of us in a room with 2 beds. It was extremely cramped and dated

Excellent location, subway access is across the road. Microwave in the room is very helpful if traveling with small kids (as we were!) Loads of food options around. Safe neighbourhood. Friendly staff.

Location was excellent. Subway right across the road. Was great being able to pop back during the day to change or drop things off etc.
I would say there was anything i didnt like about the property it is a good 3 star for its location. The lighting in the room was not great for getting ready to go out but that could be fixed by changing out the yellowy bulbs with brighter ones by the property

I liked the walk in shower. The extra hangers in the closet. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
The dresser/tv stand entirely too close to the bed. Left a dresser drawer out a bit, walked past it, it tore a hole in my pants, my thigh and left a big bruise.
Knocked my shin on the end of the bed multiple times.
Too tight in that area.
My advice, arm wrestle your partner for the right side of the bed.

Very centrally located. Close to many attractions. Room s arent huge but they very good & clean.
Dinning area could be a bit better. Quite dull. Needs modernising. Aircon could have been a bit quieter.

Front desk were friendly, but room was not ready after check in time. This was disappointing after a 20+ hour flight with a 10 year old.

Good location in midtown. Subway very close.
Rooms were clean.
Rooms were clean but dated and cramped. The building could do with some repairs and renovations.
Complimentary Breakfast options are very limited if you are vegetarian and do not eat eggs.
