Excellent location, few minutes walk from 5th avenue. Gives the opportunity to see all of midtown Manhattan on foot. We didn’t experience any noise although it is in the centre. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed also every day. Staff were very polite. If you want breakfast at the hotel, cold and warm version are available, both good, but somewhat expensive.

We traveled for the NY Marathon. I did this reservation about two months ago in advance, confirmed in booking. A night before our flight, the hotel emailed us a cancelation notice. Booking agent tried to help with no success. Eventually I did a last minute booking is a near by hotel, paid double! Who run a business like that ?
