We like the cleanliness of our room and the number of towels given. (Always nice to have extra towels). The front staff were very nice and assisted us with our backpacks while we ventured around the city.
Did not like the toilet seat. I know, that sounds funny. It was a large square seat, and one could fall into the toilet. Also, the pillows were too thin and soft. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

The location was great. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. And the train is just across the street.
On our first night there was a party on the second floor, hosted by the hotel, that was very loud with music and singing. We were on the 15th floor and the noise woke us up several times.

COMFORTABLE BED AND PILLOWS. BIG SCREEN RV WITH A GOOD CHANNEL SELECTOON. A GREAT SHOWER HEAD AND SHOWER. #6 line station right outside the door.
Hallways on the 12th floor were HOT all week

The staff was amazing! Friendly and very helpful.
Our room faced the enormous outdoor television and the curtain in our room did not prevent the light for the outdoor tv flashing in our room when we went to bed and tried to fall asleep.
