I loved everything about it! The highlight of my stay was everytime I walked in and out the employees especially the people that wear all black always spoke to me I felt seen like they were paying attention to me at all times! I loveeeeee coming to this location it’s always clean and the staff for the most part always answer my questions and I never feel like the tone of the staff is fake or artificial the staff I’m always in contact with always feel inviting!
The only thing I wanted was the robe and the slippers to sleep in I love using all of the accessories that the hotels come with I act like I’m in a movie with the towel wrapped around my head with the robe on sort of like I’m in sex in the city or something lol but my room didn’t have a robe and slippers in it unfortunately

The location was great. You can walk to many restaurants and bars. And the train is just across the street.
On our first night there was a party on the second floor, hosted by the hotel, that was very loud with music and singing. We were on the 15th floor and the noise woke us up several times.

Fact that tv didn’t work, despite someone initially working on it and getting it started, Next night it was out again and not worth long wait for someone to come up to fix it.
