Nice rooms , good & convenient deli & breakfast bar, also great location…
We were on the 37th floor & still could hear the reverse sound of unloading trucks , & all night horns .. also no bedside table on the left very inconvenient for that person who likes a drink while watching tv

This was a very nice room and it was cleaned daily by lovely , friendly staff . The only disadvantage of the hotel was that you had to pay to store your luggage . This is normally a free service

A great location in midtown Manhattan. Clean room that had all we needed. Through booking.com we were able to get a decent price for New York City.
The Hilton club check in was slightly confusing as you have to check in upstairs and we hadn't figured out the elevator system yet (which is being worked on, but to be fair they warned us about it). Being such a large hotel the elevator work really made going up and down from the room difficult at times. That whole issue will be resolved when they finish the elevator modernization project.

They are in a multi-year process of upgrading their elevators. Several elevators are out of service, resulting in packed elevators and very long waits for an elevator. And that is despite using four service elevators for guests.
