unfortunately we had to have an early departure and pay 150 extra. i had called 4/10 and spoke with Lynn because i needed to accommodate my daughter who was joining us two days later and was told I had a king with a sofa bed. Upon arriving we had only a king, therefore having to check out two days later. I was able to get a room to accommodate 3 at the Hilton New York Midtown. was disappointed I had received incorrect information, if I had I would have cancelled and made the reservations elsewhere.

Only thing was the lobby area was very loud with the conference associates there. The hotel needs a area that is quiet for guests to sit and relax without having to talk at the top if their lungs just to hear each other. Other than this, the stay was very good.

Excellent location in midtown. Close to Broadway and Central Park and close to the subways. The rooms were generously sized and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Great location, staff super friendly.
Cleanliness could be better in the room. On check in one of the night stands had a grease stain.
From that night on, the room was always kept well clean.
