Bed was comfortable, bathroom was pleasant and new, front desk and housekeeping were friendly.
Crowded hotel, check-in for Hilton Club was on upstairs floor. First floor entrance was the check-in for other Hilton accommodations in the building. In the confusion, I made the mistake of trying to check in on the first floor only to be confronted with unfriendly and curt attitude. Room felt old and smelled a bit stuffy but the bathroom was renovated and the shower was very good.

Staff entered room twice without knocking, to do cleaning. Insufficient milk and tea pods and despite requests for more, this did not always happen.

The location was perfect — everything was nearby, and the area felt very clean and safe. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the view was lovely. It’s on the pricier side, but that’s expected in NYC and totally worth it.
It doesn’t have complimentary luggage storage on the day of departure, but it only costs $5 to check a bag, which was reasonable.

Hilton Club was like an oasis in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. Room was well designed and appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely rooms with modern accommodations. The elevators were fast & the expected wait time very appreciated.

Very spacious room, friendly staff, the bed was big and comfortable.
Their new elevator system is great, and we didn't have to wait too long to move between floors.
It was on the more expensive side, but the superb location was worth it.

The location was great! Close to many great attractions, walking distance to Central Park, 5th Avenue, Time Square, Hell's kitchen, and more. The room was comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very nice and professional.

The room was very spacious. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and we never felt raced to leave the room so it could be cleaned. The location was perfect - close to Times Square. We also liked that it was easy to get to the train station to go over to the malls in New Jersey!
Microwaves in rooms would be nice. On-site laundry facility for guests would also be a bonus.

Great location. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff.
The glass door in the bathroom had some green slime on the bottom rail. Housekeeping should be more attentive to deep cleaning. We were not aware that time shares were part of the hotel and we did get solicited several times to attend a meeting. We declined though.

Not much of a general lobby area & lots people standing around. The prices of the drinks from the bar was ridiculously high
