The location was great! Close to many great attractions, walking distance to Central Park, 5th Avenue, Time Square, Hell's kitchen, and more. The room was comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very nice and professional.

This property really needs a facelift. From shakey elevators to rusty fixtures. This property has seen a time.

as soon as we checked in into our room, i had to used the toilet and the toilet didnt flush, it was so embarrassing i had to call service, they came to fix it but it was not a nice experience. the next day after we came back to our room in the afternoon, there was a tool drill in the bathroom countertop, someone left it there by mistakes, we told the guy at the front desk. the next day a worker knocked our door and asked if his tool was there, i told him i already gave it to the staff. it was weird

The room was very spacious. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning the room, and we never felt raced to leave the room so it could be cleaned. The location was perfect - close to Times Square. We also liked that it was easy to get to the train station to go over to the malls in New Jersey!
Microwaves in rooms would be nice. On-site laundry facility for guests would also be a bonus.

Great location. Nice rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff.
The glass door in the bathroom had some green slime on the bottom rail. Housekeeping should be more attentive to deep cleaning. We were not aware that time shares were part of the hotel and we did get solicited several times to attend a meeting. We declined though.

Perfect location, central to everything in midtown Manhattan. Great rooms, friendly staff, and a variety of things available right in the hotel. The on-site luggage check was a big plus.
The wifi in both the rooms and the conference areas was extremely spotty and made it nearly impossible to use reliably for work purposes.

Close to Central Park and Times Square.
As a Hilton "Diamond Member," I was truly disappointed in this stay.
First, the parking was not $80.00 as Booking.com says it was $117.00 per day. If you have an SUV, expect to pay more.
Second, I waited for over an hour and made a trip from the 36th floor to the front desk after two calls for sheets and pillows for the pull out bed that I requested be brought to my room at check in. I returned after a day out to realize this was not done.
Third, no one checked on my "status" while at the hotel. I have stayed at many Hilton's (Diamond Member) and always received a text asking, "How is your stay going, etc." Not one person checked on me at this prestigious location.Very disappointed in this stay.
Hopefully, your visit will differ if you decide to stay here.

Staying when a conference in the hotel made movement very difficult. Could take up to half an hour to get an elevator. Lobby always very loud and busy.
