The bed is the most comfortable I've ever had at a hotel. The location is convenient for shows as well as exploring the rest of the city. I was concerned that I couldn't adjust the thermostat below 67°F, but ended up sleeping comfortably. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I appreciated the fresh water bottles each day, and the room was cleaned immaculately.
Like every American hotel, the shower has a low-flow shower head. It would be nice, though, if the shower head were adjustable to concentrate to flow to make it easier to rinse shampoo/conditioner from long or thick hair.

Second to none room service - the asian lady who took care of our room 3613 was SO pleasant and friendly.
Prices ara a little higher, but ok.

Location was excellent, rooms were perfect and the housekeeping staff were top class.
Minor points that didn’t detract overall. The lifts were slow at times due to ongoing upgrades. The bar in the hotel were overpriced in comparison to neighbouring bars.
