Staying when a conference in the hotel made movement very difficult. Could take up to half an hour to get an elevator. Lobby always very loud and busy.

Great location, close to subway. Super comfy beds and pillows, large spacious room. Coffee machine was nice touch too.
Food in foyer is expensive so walk around the block for better value

clean, great location, friendly helpful staff
unfortunately we had to have an early departure and pay 150 extra. i had called 4/10 and spoke with Lynn because i needed to accommodate my daughter who was joining us two days later and was told I had a king with a sofa bed. Upon arriving we had only a king, therefore having to check out two days later. I was able to get a room to accommodate 3 at the Hilton New York Midtown. was disappointed I had received incorrect information, if I had I would have cancelled and made the reservations elsewhere.

Only thing was the lobby area was very loud with the conference associates there. The hotel needs a area that is quiet for guests to sit and relax without having to talk at the top if their lungs just to hear each other. Other than this, the stay was very good.
