Karina at the front desk was outstanding. She gave us such good advice and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so kind, helpful and incredibly personable- a pleasure to see every morning. She went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. The hotel is very central and well positioned. Close to everything including the subway and Times Square. It was nice to know that after a long day exploring the city we had a perfect “home” to return to.

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was pleasant and new, front desk and housekeeping were friendly.
Crowded hotel, check-in for Hilton Club was on upstairs floor. First floor entrance was the check-in for other Hilton accommodations in the building. In the confusion, I made the mistake of trying to check in on the first floor only to be confronted with unfriendly and curt attitude. Room felt old and smelled a bit stuffy but the bathroom was renovated and the shower was very good.

The location was perfect — everything was nearby, and the area felt very clean and safe. The staff members were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the view was lovely. It’s on the pricier side, but that’s expected in NYC and totally worth it.
It doesn’t have complimentary luggage storage on the day of departure, but it only costs $5 to check a bag, which was reasonable.
