I love this hotel. It is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, it’s in a great location, and it has the best cookies at the front desk in the afternoon. The view of the Empire State Building is incredible.
The furnishings are slightly dated but still very comfortable.

Location is great, views are stunning, staff is very helpful
Breakfast was quite simple… but worth the price. Good enough! Elevators are slow, so be patient. And the rooms are small, but that's normal for Midtown. I would totally recommend and repeat!

Location was great & it was very affordable. I was surprised at how quiet it was inside the room- I barely heard any street noise or noise from other rooms/hallways.
Room was cramped, but ok for the price. Breakfast area is too small for the number of people trying to get fed & out for the day. Elevators were crowded & slow. Staff was nice but not really knowledgeable about local attractions.

Everything about this place was nice particularly after a bad experience in Brooklyn. Location was terrific. Busy but everything went well.

Our room was a good size, coffee maker easy to use, bathroom also a good size with tub, toiletries (body wash, shampoo and conditioner and lotion) included, breakfast included was great! Fresh cookies in lobby were a nice touch as was access to coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water at all times. Felt safe!
Because housekeeping also uses elevators often had to wait longer / they wouldn't let me go in with them sometimes. Room floors could be cleaner. No one to help with luggage in or out.

The breakfast was great , the customer service was fantastic … the maid service was amazing! Location of the hotel couldn’t have been more perfect just steps from shopping and the subway. Highly recommend this place!!

Its location was perfect and having Breakfast included was great. Very good breakfast with different choices each morning also it was great that tea coffee was available all day so easy grab a tea returning after a long day
