Helpful staff for dinner locations within walking distance.
There was a flight cancellation from
St Lucia. I was stuck on the island after the flight was cancelled. The hotel would not help me in refunding the one night for the reservation.
There was another thing about the hotel I didn't like..... there was an issue with the door ?️ card . I had to call to find out what was going on. Thanks God there a phone on the lobby otherwise I would have had to go all the way back down stairs... But the deactivation should not have happened.

Great location and a good value (at least in non-peak travel seasons!). Large room for the price in Manhattan. Impossibly easy access to subway stations and bus stops to get up or downtown.
Not the cleanest or crispest place I've ever stayed, but I'll certainly be back for this value!
We had an issue with our shower on the first morning-- it was promptly fixed, but it was a bit of a headache. There was some trash left in the bathroom from a previous guest.

The break was okay, hot & fresh. My room was fairly nice & clean.
Not sure what mattress or bed, but it could have been more comfortable, it almost felt like a pull out sofa bed instead of a real bed .

Good location in the city. Reasonable rates for NYC. Rooms are nice and the breakfast is pretty good. The fitness center, while small, is adequate.
I wish they had ice machines on each floor.

Cookies ran out. Scrambled eggs were bad, better as omelet which was only there 2 out of 10 days. At breakfast need more meat. Ran out of butter.

Hot breakfast with many options was great. Location near subway and attractions was fantastic. Staff were so friendly and quick to help, very professional. The option to store our bags was very convenient. I was able to check in early, which was very helpful. Cookies in the afternoon were a bonus!
Elevators were a bit slow or unreliable.
