The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great.
The bagels weren't real bagels. Which given that this is New York, is disappointing.

Great location, close to Penn station. Empire St, bld, Bryant park etc. Subway 1 minute. We were 4 on room. Room was not so big but for such stay ok. Wifi strong. Room service very good. Facilities as well. We appreciated very much 24 hours coffee, tea, water, hot chocolate service with space for sitting. Sitting outside smaller but was also fine. Breakfast was good and waffles perfect. Not too many options though. Fruits = apples, oranges, bananas. We missed vegetable. Overall can only recommend as great option for your stay.
Paper plates and plastic cutlery. One thing I would improve is breakfast = missing vegetable and overall selection and variability of offer.

One of the elevators was out and I was on the 15th floor, so the one elevator went through a cycle.

The staff when we checked in was nice
The room air conditioner was broken and the room was smelling like bad they need a whole new Room we didn't get breakfast it was horrible I wasn't pleased at all and I will be calling someone for a refund they didn't give me my deposit back either

Location is great for us. The staff is great, we enjoy the free breakfast We walk every morning to Central Park round trip takes a little over 1hour We have stayed here 5 times
