Andy the assistant manager was very helpful as were all the staff. The room was exceptionally clean. The free breakfast was incredible, including great waffles made to order.

Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but good to have. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Free cookies in the morning and ability to make a free hot drink downstairs was a bonus too.
Huge choice of eateries nearby including a great deli a minute away. Nearest Subway about 10 mins walk. High Line 15 mins walk. Bryant Sq and 5th Ave shopping less than 15 mins walk. Summit One and Grand Central Stn less than 20 mins walk. Centre of Times Sq and Broadway theatres less than 20 mins walk. Felt safe walking home late at night. We didn't take taxis or Ubers due to so much traffic. Walk or tap and go on the Subway (3$ per journey, 13th journey onwards is free).
Sometimes needed to wait for the lift as we were on 28th floor (but not that bad). Hotel is a need of some updating eg a little dated, however this did not impact our stay.
New York hotels are very expensive with small rooms. All things considered I think the overall package and what we paid was quite good for New York and I would stay there again.

Loved the location. Convenient for the purpose of our visit. Breakfast was great staff was helpful and friendly.
Night staff at front desk. Not very approachable. Finding out about the valet fee at check in was very misleading. Getting the final bill and seeing that it was a fee per day was not explained by the staff. Was never given a bill to view prior to checking out. This was a main reason that we chose this hotel due to having parking. A parking fee was not clear while booking. Bathroom shower was very small. Time waiting to receive vehicle after checking out was unreasonable. Air conditioning would not stay on which made the room very warm.

Prefect Location, very walkable, and the cost per night.
Like many people said, there's only 2 small elevators that service the entire hotel, even hotel staff with the cleaning equipment use them. So during busy times of day it's not uncommon to wait for the elevator to arrive multiple times and it's full. Even with that I'd stay here again.
