Disappointing
The food was good.
The shower was small and the closet wat too close to the front door and bathroom. That was a fire hazard.and it was a tight squeeze in the room to get to the bed.

Central location, easily accessible. Good breakfast variety. Staff exceptionally friendly and responsive.
Only two elevators for 30 floors, long waits and crowds at peak times. Breakfast room was messy and overcrowded at peak times, overwhelming staff and space capacity.

Room was decent size but not superior as booked.
There was pipe leakage probably as we could smell water and the carpet on one side was slightly wet. The water in the tap is not drinkable. When asked for water at the reception we were charged for it.

Close to Times Square, clean, staff were friendly and bed was comfortable
Breakfast is very poor and a big mistake if you want to go back to the room before leaving as you will be waiting for the lift for a long time!

The location was not bad.
But the elevators are not sufficient. Our check-in was way too late from the time we expected to. And the rooms are very tiny.

The location
The hotel needs to be renovated. Our rooms were small and in need of repairs. The elevator wait time was long. The continental breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate many guests.

The top sheet on the bed was dirty and appeared to be unclean as there were long strands of hair and dried mucus. I also made a report of bedbugs as I was bitten at least twelve times!!! Although I was moved to another room I never felt comfortable. The hotel claimed their housekeeping did not find any bedbugs upon their alleged inspection. I requested a copy of their report and was told by the general manager that pest control company would have to perform an inspection. I requested a copy this report as well and was told I'd have to wait 48 hours regarding the findings. I provided several pictures of my bites to Hilton. There was no offer of compensation. If you decide to stay here I highly recommend checking the bedding and bring bedbug spray for your protection! Just a side note, the elevators for the facility are extremely slow.
