Location and shower
Poorly renovated job done especially in bathroom, a kindergarten could have done a better grout job. Elevator was scary

Location is perfect. Staff was great. Ac was blasting cold I slept amazing. Only like 4-5 rooms per floor so it was very quiet. They had the option to leave my baggage before my check in so I didn’t have to carry it around until afternoon around the city.
Price was a bit expensive. Room was a bit small. Tv channels are minimal.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was ready so we could rest and get ready to sightsee. The ability to leave luggage there until flight was another top convenience. The waffle guy was soooo nice. Very memorable for service!!
The wait for elevator but what do you expect with 32 floors.

Cozy room on 26th floor. Reception was very helpful in correction of our date of visit.
Cleaning staff should not use elevator at peak rush hour (breakfast). You can spend ten minutes or more waiting for space on the elevator.

Our room was generally quite, and the cleaning staff was awesome.
WE GOT NO BREAKFAST! We came downstairs at 9:30 to no eggs, meat, protein ... I'M DIABETIC and we booked this hotel BECAUSE it had hot breakfast -- staff refused to even make an egg -- when I complained later, the front desk was quite rude and blamed US!

Wonderful
Well decorated, comfortable bed, good AC, Nice bathroom w/quality brands of built-in soaps, lotion, and shampoo. Contained a hair dryer, iron, personal safe, mini frig and coffee pot. Water in the shower was instantly hot. Nice free breakfast.

Location
The room size was incredibly small. You could hardly walk around the bed
Some of the staff were ok but 2 were downright nasty! I never had such a poor experience in the service industry.
