The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was fantastic! There were so many food choices available!
We had to go to numerous floors before finding a barely working ice machine. Then the ice we got deposited black residue in our drinks so we couldn't use it.

The location
The were replacing the beds in the empty rooms and it was causing traffic on the elevators and only one elevator was available during peak hours.

The location was good and the beds were comfortable, the room was a little small for 4 people to move around in and not much storage for clothes but for 2 nights was OK for us, after all it's only for sleeping in. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
This isn't a criticism the hotel is undergoing alterations and having new mattresses so the lifts were being used to transport them up obviously so you just had to call reception when you needed to use it. Having said that it was there quick enough and the maintenance guy(didn't catch his name) was so friendly.
