The property was cute and clean and reasonably priced. It was within walking distance to Times Square, and the staff was amazingly.
No, we’re just a few maintenance issues that could’ve been tidied up. Both doors were falling off of their hinges.

The place is simple and good. It has all you need. Room gets cleaned everyday. Breakfast is very simple but alright.
The location is amazing.
The elevator situation is awful in the morning. Waiting time can be up to 30 minutes.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast staff who provided excellent service.
The furniture is outdated and needs renovation. There is often congestion in the elevators during breakfast time, and the breakfast area is quite small and crowded.

The location was perfect, everything was close. The bed was comfortable. The room was small but since we didn’t spend a lot of time there, it was ok.
The breakfast was great, but the breakfast area was very small for the amount of people. And without lying we water HALF AN HOUR for the elevator lol. The hotel was so full that we couldn’t fit into the elevator so we had to wait for half an hour.

Location was a short walk to Times Square . Felt safe to venture out for day and come back late night. Staff was amazing. From check in to cleaning to maintenance. They were so friendly and all helped with all needs . Susana was the best and so kind to us . My daughter’s Birthday this week and even decorated and provided cake slices. Snack bag and apology letter provided too for inconvenience on night of arrival . Definition of going over and beyond .. Even though room on 32nd floor we didn’t have any issue going up or down . No long wait time like other guests had previously commented. We did not have breakfast either day there but there was a sitting area even coffee , tea when arrived late night. Lobby has snack area and couches etc while wait for rideshare pick up. Good price if wanting to prioritize your money on food and exploring vs a luxurious hotel stay . Wish the whole staff and crew went to another property with bigger rooms when we bring the whole family so we can stay with them all again ! lol .
First room was not to standard as slight mold noted in restroom and what might be a blood drop on ceiling weirdly. Was moved and given an upgraded room) Mirror damage too. Elevators are small and outdated and had one go down while there but happens everywhere truly so not the biggest deal. Older , smaller rooms. Ice machine only works on lower level. Unfortunately went to 3 different floors seeking for my injury before finding out. Should be notified upon arrival maybe.
