The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very short walking distance from shops, msg, and Times Square.
Just a little hard to navigate with a wheelchair. The elevators would have some issues but were fixed fairly quick and they accommodated to get us from floor to floor.

Easy to navigate, free breakfast, morning Chef was friendly and went above and beyond
Elevator issues. Only two elevators that are also used by staff and cleaning which caused even more delays. On our last day the elevator went on private operation and staff was transporting people up and down while elevator was in service. We were not aware that we had to request a pickup from the 19th floor. Better communication was needed. Ended up taking the stairs after waiting for the elevator to take us down for several minutes.

Location was good.
Elevators didn't work half the time, they said they had valet parking but it was not available due to construction so we had to find our own parking which was almost impossible.

Andy the assistant manager was very helpful as were all the staff. The room was exceptionally clean. The free breakfast was incredible, including great waffles made to order.
