The location was good and the beds were comfortable, the room was a little small for 4 people to move around in and not much storage for clothes but for 2 nights was OK for us, after all it's only for sleeping in. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
This isn't a criticism the hotel is undergoing alterations and having new mattresses so the lifts were being used to transport them up obviously so you just had to call reception when you needed to use it. Having said that it was there quick enough and the maintenance guy(didn't catch his name) was so friendly.

The property was cute and clean and reasonably priced. It was within walking distance to Times Square, and the staff was amazingly.
No, we’re just a few maintenance issues that could’ve been tidied up. Both doors were falling off of their hinges.

The place is simple and good. It has all you need. Room gets cleaned everyday. Breakfast is very simple but alright.
The location is amazing.
The elevator situation is awful in the morning. Waiting time can be up to 30 minutes.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially the breakfast staff who provided excellent service.
The furniture is outdated and needs renovation. There is often congestion in the elevators during breakfast time, and the breakfast area is quite small and crowded.
