Great location- easy walk to Times Square and Central Park. Subway around the corner and lots of eatery choices along 8th Avenue
Breakfast option is more of a grab and go. Wasn’t restocked so if arriving after 9am there was hardly anything left. We did raise it at checkout and they said they’ll review on how things çan be improved for future stays

Fantastic location - close to all the Broadway theaters and within walking distance of Times Square.
There’s a subway station right under the hotel, which makes getting around super convenient.
The staff is wonderful - friendly, helpful, and always available.
The hotel itself is very stylish and well-designed, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Highly recommended.
Two small downsides:
There was some street noise at night (sirens and what sounded like garbage trucks), even though I was on the 9th floor. But it’s a small price to pay for staying in the center of New York.
Also, the shower head is fixed overhead and not handheld, which is a bit less convenient - but the hotel does provide shower caps if needed.

Location is perfect. Couldn't be better. Hotel has a great charm. Loved it.

Location proximity to the theatres and main attractions.
Corner room was super spacious.
Staff super friendly, it was a highlight. There was an issue with the AC they waved off the additional bed fee and some other fees abd when i wanted to leave early they were super flexible. The cafe team super nice to chat with, reception team and the bellhouse team too.
Bathroom was a bit small
No room service for food
Not enough light in the room like most hotels

Great location. Very convenient to all modes of transportation. If you are a theater person, you could not do better. The room was spotless. Might have been better if there were a notepad in the room and a few more toiletries.
See above. No notepad, almost no toiletries. Aside from that there was very little I did not like. The breakfast offering was relatively slim, but there are so many food options in the immediate vicinity that that doesn't really matter.

The location was great. Cleanliness was on top of the line. Really great service overall. Hotel smells great not stuffy at all, room service were very professional. Loved the front desk for accommodating my early check in.
There weren't any toiletries in the restroom like any other hotel aside from the Shampoo, conditioner and shower Gel. I would have loved to have a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste to start. Additionally, for the price of the room, I would have loved if they could have waived the $75 early check in fee.
