All the staff were so kind and friendly, they made everything easy for us. The hotel location is very convenient and prices are reasonable considering being in the Times Square area. This an hotel which we will repeat for sure.

Location is excellet if you want to be in the centre of things in Times Square. Rooms were very nice and beds super comfy. Breakfast had good choices from cereal to hot food.

There was an issue with our bathroom door getting stuck/being hard to close (it was barn door style and I think something was wrong with the track) they offered to send an engineer I said we could just deal with it for our stay, but I hope it gets fixed for the next guest.
