The location and room were both excellent.
The breakfast arrangement wasn't great - a tad chaotic and needed more staff to organise the customers as they were often rude due to the lack of people and space management. The choice was also a little limited - expected more for the price.

Location is great, right next to Times Square, walking distance to Hudson and Central Park.
US style breakfast one-way disposable tableware. Breakfast itself was good, but make it more eco-friendly pls.

Great location, very clean modern hotel with nice amenities and a wonderful staff.
There was a disturbance in the hallway outside my room and I thought I heard police, but I wasn’t sure. I didn’t get to sleep until after 1 AM. Not great.

The room was quite spacious and very comfortable.
