Great location, really close to so many attractions and to Times Square. The breakfast has quite a decent selection. This was my second stay at this hotel; my first was back in 2023. The gym is quite decent. It has dumbbells, a water dispenser, treadmills, and a cable machine; the cable machine might need some maintenance. One of the sides was broken, if I recall correctly, but either way, there is a Crunch Fitness nearby, like 6 minutes walking distance, and I just ended up buying the day pass there for a more intensive workout. But at the end of the day, before going to sleep, hitting the treadmill at the hotel was quite nice.

Very good location. Central to a lot of tourist spots. Breakfast was satisfactory, but crowded at all times. Room was clean and ready right on time.

I really like how breakfast was included, they have options. I really like how online it said they will charge $250 for the damage fee , however when I got there, it charged me 50$ and it was immediately refunded as soon as I checked out.
The only thing I don’t like, was that the WiFi was not working ! It would not let me connect using my room number or anything . A staff member ended up helping me buy putting in his own code, but that was on my phone , I could not get the WiFi to work on my iPad or laptop for the whole night . We also could of used a microwave for our pizza but it’s ok.

Fantastic location: 5 minutes' walk from Port Authority (bus terminals) and 5 minutes' walk to Times Square. Room was very clean, check in fast and convenient
The included breakfast (scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage patties was tasteless, but coffee and juice were good.

I met 3 staffs in checking counter. Only one staff was not nice when I checked out at 9:00am July 28th.

The very poor breakfast and very limited option
Room cleaning upon request only and although that talking time to come
no helping for luggage transfer
No drinking water or any refreshment in the room

Great location. Staff were helpful and attentive. Spotless and comfortable.
