The location was fantastic. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff was exceptional. Brian checked us in and it was the easiest check in I’ve had in NYC.
The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were less than comfortable. We had a king bed and 4 pillows to start. We requested extra and got 2 more. Sadly is wasn’t enough. Once you lay your head on the pillows 3 become 1. Once we finally got comfortable we woke up with the worst neck ache.

Breakfast- nice American breakfast
Very clean bathroom and beds
Room space- could be a little bit bigger, is ok, but when big people share a room, it feels kind of small.
Beds- Ther are not queen (at least the room we got), they were more like full size- so a little uncomfortable for 2 big ones
