There was an issue with our bathroom door getting stuck/being hard to close (it was barn door style and I think something was wrong with the track) they offered to send an engineer I said we could just deal with it for our stay, but I hope it gets fixed for the next guest.

The hotel is in excellent location, within max 15-20 minutes walk you can reach top spots in NYC like MOMA, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Central Park. Brodway Theaters are around the corner. Just few steps from metro station.
Cleaning service could be better.
Don't expect much from breakfast- we were prepered so no disappointment here - it's simple mostly carbs ;) no sign of veggies at all. But it's just ok if you want to grab something quick

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room itself was bigger than expected, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and we were in walking distance to points of interest

Loved the location and facilities. Free tea and coffee in the foyer was a lovely touch.
The only negative was the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery in the dining room. So bad for the environment.
