The location was fantastic. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff was exceptional. Brian checked us in and it was the easiest check in I’ve had in NYC.
The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were less than comfortable. We had a king bed and 4 pillows to start. We requested extra and got 2 more. Sadly is wasn’t enough. Once you lay your head on the pillows 3 become 1. Once we finally got comfortable we woke up with the worst neck ache.

The location was perfect - super close to the Times Square metro station that connects to every line and around the corner from the broadway show we wanted to see. The staff were all great, the room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing (and changed daily).
The thermostat was tricky. It was either too hot or too cold. It was hard to find the sweet spot, but once we did, it was great. The elevators at breakfast time are obnoxious if you are on a floor lower than, say, 20. So we ended up taking the stairs down 9 flights after the 4th full car. Not really a problem with the hotel, itself. More just highrise congestion issues.

It was a decent location. Several major attractions were within walking distance.
We reserved 2 rooms. One was ready at 3pm. The other wasn't ready until 4pm. Rooms were on same reservation but half of our party had to sit in lobby waiting while the other half was able to go to their room with their luggage, use restroom, freshen up, etc. We also did not like how incredibly long it took to get an elevator, sometimes close to 19 minutes to get one up to the 27th floor. Not ideal especially when traveling with an elderly person. This was our first and last time staying here. We've had much better experiences at other nearby hotels.
