Very Good
Centrally located on the heart of Manhattan at Times Square. Easy connectivity to all parts through Subway and Buses. Good variety of Breakfast each day. Safe with people moving around all the time outside the hotel. Friendly staff and luggage locker facility to hold your luggage for short periods.
Too narrow passage, small room for families and no fully closing doors for the toilet. Bit un-convenient when travelling with family. Also more pricier for such a congested room.

The location was amazing, breakfast included and it was delicious.
I asked for towels and to throw the trash out since they weren’t going to provide room service, I even gave a tip prior de service. She gave me the towels, but gave me the trash bag for me to do it.

Location was great and breakfast convenient.
I booked a queen bed and got a double, was too small for 2 tall people. Room size in picture looked bigger, was OK for 2 people, but not 3. When booked, I forgot to added my Hilton #, asked the front desk to add when checking in and they refused.

The property was almost center of Times Square but actually on the top of a side street which was perfect.
The pillows were horrible.

Quietness. View from the rooftop
Keyless entry. Location. Easy to use the subway.
I feel like this was a higher quality hotel but the breakfast was that of a lower quality hotel. This was very typical breakfast that has been around a long time. The supposed scrambled eggs were unrecognizable. And not good. Coffee was great. I think a whole new look on the breakfast would bring the quality of this hotel up to date.

Location. Updated rooms.
Breakfast offerings were nothing to write home about for the price of the hotel room. They were okay.

Oh my goodness — the staff were incredible, the rooms were comfortable with awesome views, and the breakfast was delicious! ?☕ Every staff member (with one exception, noted below) went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing stay. We absolutely loved it here and would gladly return. ?
The Good:
✨ Exceptional hospitality from nearly everyone we encountered — kind, warm, and genuinely helpful. We even had one person at frnt desk help us know where and what to go to! AMAZING.
✨ Clean, cozy rooms with beautiful city views.
✨ Great breakfast selection and friendly service to start each day. (thouh we do wish there were fresh berries)
The One Downside:
Unfortunately, our late-night check-in experience (around 11 PM) wasn’t consistent with the otherwise stellar service. The staff member who checked us in that evening (we were told it was her last day) was curt and dismissive.
We had clearly requested in our reservation to have rooms close together and on higher floors due to my husband’s medical condition and sensitivity to noise. The daytime front desk associate at our 2 PM check-in was fantastic and assured us those requests had been honored. However, that evening, the second staff member placed my husband on a much lower floor (11th) without apology or explanation — and when I asked about it, she simply said the other guests on the higher floor had extended their stay. Later, it seemed more likely that the room was reassigned rather than unavailable.
While this experience was disappointing, it stood out only because the rest of the staff were truly outstanding. Everyone else made our stay feel comfortable, cared for, and welcoming.
All in all, this hotel remains a wonderful choice in the heart of Times Square — great people, great comfort. We’d happily return and just hope that the front desk continues the otherwise exceptional level of service we experienced. ??

The staff and breakfast were amazing. We loved being right by time square. Honestly, the staff were so friendly and helpful, that was the best part!
ELEVATORS!! They were horrible. We had to walk down the stairs with all of our luggage because it kept skipping our floor. We waited 10 minutes and then just used the stairs.
Rooms are very small but clean.

Clean, comfortable, great location in Times Square. Easy access to subway lines. Can’t beat the free breakfast either. Mini refrigerator was brought to our room by request.

Pleasant
room was fine, modernized, as you'd expect.
Two issues: breakfast is sub standard. And I was charged ridiculous fees for laundry - not same day but normal next day laundry - and, outragousely, shipping, packaging and congestion fees. A small bag of simple items amounted to $160!
