The hotel is in excellent location, within max 15-20 minutes walk you can reach top spots in NYC like MOMA, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, Central Park. Brodway Theaters are around the corner. Just few steps from metro station.
Cleaning service could be better.
Don't expect much from breakfast- we were prepered so no disappointment here - it's simple mostly carbs ;) no sign of veggies at all. But it's just ok if you want to grab something quick

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room itself was bigger than expected, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included and we were in walking distance to points of interest

Happy that the breakfast was included in the rate but I would prefer healthier options. Also the room needs some updating.

Loved the location and facilities. Free tea and coffee in the foyer was a lovely touch.
The only negative was the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery in the dining room. So bad for the environment.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I had a questions which they answered promptly and provided information on how to get more details. The breakfast was great - excellent selection, well prepared, and a good sized staff to service the meal and keep the area clean.
My room was spotless, very clean, comfortable, and quiet (which in NYC is amazing). Everything in the room and bathroom worked perfectly.
The next time I need a hotel room in mid-town Manhattan, I will return to the Hampton Inn Times Square Central.

Rooms were comfortable
The breakfast served on paper plates and cups was so low rent it felt like we were in a soup kitchen or a hostel for the home;ess. Not what you expect from a hotel managed by Hilton.
