Bed was very comfortable and very good room dimensions.
Complementary coffee and tea at reception is a nice touch.
Nice sound proofing. Very close to subway and broadway.
Water pressure on shower was insufficient. Bath towels should be bigger. At times the elevator was very slow at peak hours,

I met 3 staffs in checking counter. Only one staff was not nice when I checked out at 9:00am July 28th.
