Very good location. Central to a lot of tourist spots. Breakfast was satisfactory, but crowded at all times. Room was clean and ready right on time.

Great location, really close to so many attractions and to Times Square. The breakfast has quite a decent selection. This was my second stay at this hotel; my first was back in 2023. The gym is quite decent. It has dumbbells, a water dispenser, treadmills, and a cable machine; the cable machine might need some maintenance. One of the sides was broken, if I recall correctly, but either way, there is a Crunch Fitness nearby, like 6 minutes walking distance, and I just ended up buying the day pass there for a more intensive workout. But at the end of the day, before going to sleep, hitting the treadmill at the hotel was quite nice.

Good location close to Times Square. Well sound-proofed rooms. Good reception staff. Digital key and check-in / check-out through the app worked well and was convenient.
Breakfast was very poor, limited to a variety of packaged or factory-made food options. The two elevators were too small and too few to cope with the number of guests trying to use them in the morning to get to breakfast and check-out.

Location, 20 m from underground. Staff. Free Coffee at the lobby.
Breakfast not too bad but very crowded. Noisy air room. Window did not close tightly.

I really like how breakfast was included, they have options. I really like how online it said they will charge $250 for the damage fee , however when I got there, it charged me 50$ and it was immediately refunded as soon as I checked out.
The only thing I don’t like, was that the WiFi was not working ! It would not let me connect using my room number or anything . A staff member ended up helping me buy putting in his own code, but that was on my phone , I could not get the WiFi to work on my iPad or laptop for the whole night . We also could of used a microwave for our pizza but it’s ok.
