Location was great. Breakfast was really good with a lot of choices including GF. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a great size and beds very comfortable. Good check in and out times and baggage hold room. My second time here and will definitely stay again.

Great location. Close to Grand Central so easy to get anywhere. Breakfast good setting up the day. Right next to Chrysler Building which is our favourite skyscraper in NYC. Amazing design and the lobby is a work of art.
Air con a bit noisy but better than hot room.

Great location. solid breakfast. Coffee around the clock.
Bathroom doors: do not fully close because they are smaller than the opening. This means: there is NO PRIVACY in the bathrooms in the rooms. Just absolutely awful. Not a place you should reserve to share with anyone who you don’t feel comfortable seeing your usage of the toilet. Not appropriate for business travel or tourism outside of close families. We paid for two nights and left after the first (no refund).

Ashia remembered me from previous stay. Room was excellent, clean and well maintained. Location is great for traveling within the city and beyond.

Hampton Inn Manhattan Grand Central was closed when I arrived on the 07th July 2026 due to a building structural defect
I liked that I was informed of the closure and my booking cancelled with no charges
